Great location, very nice staff

Air conditioner was not strong enough so it was not cool enough in the summer time. But the staff was very nice and provided a ventilator

No kettle and fridge in room. Maybe it’s our room category. But there’s always free coffee / water / snacks on 7th floor

Great location, there were fantastic staff members throughout our 3 day stay - even with an evacuation at 1:15am (because some very inconsiderate guest did the wrong thing). The hotel is super clean, great bed, fabulous shower and lvl 7 was a nice touch.

Heavy loud doors, since the floor plan is rotated and the bathrooms are at the window and the bedroom at the door - you can hear some louder activities on the corridor

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the train and the beautiful courtyards of the Aksha Market. The breakfast is very good served on the top floor and there is a lovely city view. The staff at the restaurant at Kotza 7 was always welcoming and the fact that there was free coffee, cookies and fruit throughout the day and night was a fun bonus. The rooms are spacious and clean, including changing towels and robes every day.

The gym has no air conditioning and the equipment is a bit outdated. We found ourselves running every morning outside but it's in a beautiful setting and 5 miles from the lovely forest

Perfect location! Bedroom was cool, quiet and you could make it completely dark. Sauna is great =)

Room was very clean, the vibe was more than expected. Highly recommend to do the sauna while you're staying! We did it on the last day of the trip and it was the best choice we ever made

You have to pay for the food in lounge Despite of that, free morning coffee was nice and we could get the best view there

Each year I visit this hotel for 2-3 weeks in summer, so I can confirm the quality of this place. The location is excellent. It's very convenient to the U-Bahn, Hackescher Markt, restaurants, a pharmacy, and other essentials. The neighborhood, even with plenty of businesses surrounding the property, is pleasantly quiet. The room is comfortable, cleverly organized, and cleaned upon request. The staff are always friendly and professional, making me feel welcome after a long day in this amazing city. I've tried other places in the Mitte district and have never found a better deal. I'll definitely be back. PS: Be sure to visit the 7th floor for a lovely view of the city - and an honor bar!

Nice decor and location. We were there in the middle of the week and there was not much life. Bonus it had sauna.

The location was very good, we took a room with option to use the uper flore that ofer hot drins, fruts, watter and baigels all the time. It was very helpfull.

That there was'nt litel refrigirator in the room.

Breakfats is a bit overpriced it took us a while to find out how to put the black out for the night since it is not very obvious, but after we found out we slept very well

Been staying here for years; well designed functional rooms and superbly located in Mitte.

The property has a tired feel to it; looks like the corporate who owns it is milking it. No renovations over 15y I have been staying here; broken doors merely painted. Also, used to be a very generous breakfast; now, less than 50%; no meats, no proper muesli, etc. Also, snacks on 7th floor, which used to be generous, are now non-existent.

The property is a little quirky but aptly represented. The toilet was separate from the shower. The vanity was part of the bedroom though separated by a curtain. Prefer a little more privacy. The shower head needed either cleaning or replacing. It was heavily covered in mineral deposit which gave it the appearance of not being cleaned. We had twin beds as requested which were pretty comfortable. An extra pillow would have been nice. The complex has a “campy” cheap feel to it, but it did serve the purpose and was reasonably priced. The location was close to public trans, which we made good use of. The window shutters create a very dark space allowing for good sleep. We didn’t purchase breakfast but checked in on it and it seemed very expensive for what was offered. You don’t have to commit to breakfast when booking.

The air-conditioning was not as cool as I like. As described, the bathroom.

Casa Camper Berlin is an oasis in the middle of Berlin. Friendly, smiling staff Spacious room Lounge to relax in with tea/coffee and view over Berlin.

The rooms and the bar/breakfast room on level 7 were well appointed and a pleasure to be in. The hotel was well located for a first time tourist to Berlin. Plenty of public transport, restaurant and shop options a short walk away.

Some of the front desk staff were not friendly.

The room layout is spacious and functional. The 7th floor lounge is welcoming, thoughtful and relaxing. Conveniently located, less than 10 minutes walk to public transit, various restaurants in the neighborhood, 4 minutes walk to Edka supermarket.

Breakfast isn’t what it used to be. Upstairs lounge has also been downgraded and didn’t even serve coffee.

A well located hotel in the middle of a beautiful neighbourhood. The clean was spacious, clean and with a nice view. Stuff was helpful with all our questions. Highly recommended !!

Room service was very late in the day. Also the room was oddly shaped and the red decor was a tad overdone.

A very comfortable hotel in a central location (for East Berlin).

There's not much to not like about this hotel. My only quibble is that there was no milk in the coffee machine. Told the staff a couple of times about it but they were too busy to replace it.

The location is fantastic! Could not be any better. Restaurants, cafes and shops all around. Property is very modern and well maintained. Bed was super comfortable.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that the sink and shower and toilet were separated from the bed by a curtain. No wall or door do if one person was using any of these, the other person could hear everything. I personally don’t find this convenient.

There is no possibility to open the window in the room, but the air comes from the air conditioner. The room is hermetically sealed and can cause claustrophobia and anxiety in some people, which was my case until I adapted.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Quiet and very clean.

Breakfast was included but very limited options (i.e., no fruits), which were a la cart only. Guests with breakfast included have a poor menu as compared to those without breakfast included and paying extra. For instance, orange juice was from concentrate for those with breakfast included but freshly squeezed for those with breakfast not included, which didn't make sense given that we have paid for it as well. Water, tea, and coffee are available for free on the 7 floor. However, water and coffee machines were frequently out of order.

The location and the view

Walking distance to public transportation, restaurants and good coffee shops. Very nice breakfast (option for a la carte or set menu). The shared upstairs facility offering free coffee, tea and a trust system for alcohol and cocktails was a nice extra and had pretty views. Staff were great.

The bathroom shower and toilet had a floor to ceiling window to the street, there was a shower curtain but it was a little exposed. The shower and toilet were only separated by a shower curtain, so water sprayed everywhere.
