There is absolutely nothing to dislike at this hotel. Hotel location, room cleanliness, room size, breakfast and restaurant, staff courtesy / politeness, spa, pool...................... all absolutely as good as it gets........!! 5*+

Location, location and location. Great places to eat within walking distance. Hotel is clean, even as some parts are undergoing renovations.

One of the staff members at the front desk was not very friendly and almost seemed bothered by our questions.

It was for a business trip so just a short two night stay, but I thoroughly enjoyed my trip, the staff were fabulous and accommodating. Super professional, the food was great, room service was good. I used the spa after a long day of meetings and again the spa staff were great, I probably spent two hours in there just unwinding using the different rooms.

The building is stunning. Excellent location. Lovely spa. Most of the staff is incredible (kuddos to George who was serving breakfast. He is awesome).

Some rooms are very dated (special he Residence part). The weather was quite chilly and the whole hotel (public parts and our bedroom) was very cold. When we tried to put the heating on, we have been informed that the heating wasn’t available anymore. They did provide us with a portable heater but it was so tiny that it didn’t make any difference. The main restaurant is not opened for lunch. One option is the bar but the choice is very limited and the quality not great.

Be nice to be able to make tea, no kettle in room and only a not very good coffee machine . Also, our room sometimes was not cleaned properly, they leafy dirty cups and water glasses which was a bit annoying …

The room's size and the breakfest with A large variety of food.

The room was very cold (and the bathroom floor is marble!!) and even after 2 visits from the air conditioning technician, it didn't help. Quite by chance we found out from a nearby room that the hotel provides a portable heater which strangely wasn't offered to us. This solved the problem..in addition , at breakfast, there is almost no dessert on offer. Only stale croissants.

Amazing hotel, attentive staff. We would definitely stay here again when travelling to Budapest.

The breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was, and the room had a (too old) classic feel with a courtyard view. No electric plug near the bed

Prime location in the city centre, classical design of the hotel and the rooms and smiling friendly staff at every turn.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extensive and delucious. A very comfotable bed. Good locstion fir rsstaurants and sights. We had a couple of minor issues with our room which were rectified immediately.

The Hotel is gorgeous, elegant. The room was very confortable and large. The breakfast is great, with options for all tastes. All the staff is very polite, helpful and gentle.

Beautiful hotel and facilities, excellent helpful staff. The breakfast was plentiful, high quality and varied. A bottle of prosecco and cake for our anniversary was a really lovely touch and we appreciated it. Concierge and porters helpful and knowledgeable when we needed a taxi.

Beautiful, spacious and luxurious. Staff all great. Arrived early at 10.00 am, and given our room immediately. Breakfast offered a vast selection of food, even an egg station where eggs are made to order. Executive option allows you to eat snacks and drink wine , beers, soft drinks and coffee from 12.00pm to 22.00pm. Heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna, plus spa facilities. Everywhere was spotless, bed super comfortable. Great value for money, especially compared to similar standards in other European cities.

Would have liked a riverfront location, but public transport and taxies are very efficient. It's about a 40 minute walk to riverfront.

This property is stunning both inside and out. The breakfast selection was superb, and the espresso is a straight 10/10. I was particularly impressed by the attentive staff, who never failed to offer a warm 'good morning.' To top it off, the spa is fabulous—my massage was nothing short of extraordinary."

I like that you offered me a later check out, which was very much appreciated and not expected at all.

I did not like that I was told breakfast was served until 10.30am, but what that actually meant was you wanted us out of the breakfast hall by 10.30 and that every morning, and the host would start reminding the tables of that fact after 10am. I would suggest bring the serving time in by 30 minutes to achieve the same goal.

Excellent location and really attentive staff

Beautiful architecture and interior decor. The rooms were spacious with separate bath /shower. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make a birthday special.

The rooms were still quite warm with aircon at its lowest. The spa costs extra if you don’t choose a deluxe room.
