We had a wonderful Christmas stay at the Hilton in Venice! We were thrilled to be upgraded to the tower suites – the room was incredibly spacious and had one of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever seen. The hotel itself is large and beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to relax. One of the highlights was the convenient hotel ferry, which made it so easy to visit different islands. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety to choose from each morning. The staff were warm, attentive, and really made us feel welcome despite the busy holiday period. It was a perfect holiday experience, and we’d love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed the unique blend of history and luxury at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. The setting on Giudecca Island offers a peaceful escape from the crowds, with breathtaking views of the Venetian skyline. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. The convenient shuttle service to Venice’s main attractions was also a great touch.

They couldn’t have been nicer - everyone was so lovely. It was my birthday and they gave us a birthday treat which made the stay so memorable and warm. The room was beautiful and they brought us extra pillows when we asked (we’re more used to memory foam). The bed was very comfortable and the curtains really kept the light in or out. Our view was beautiful. The shuttle was handy and it was nice to be away from the crowds (but you needed to factor in time on the boat to get to the middle of Venice).

Was sometimes hard to get hold of reception staff beforehand on the booking.com app or by email.

I have a lot of confusion with blocking of money on my accounts. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with payment to be done in the hotel upon my arrival but 3 days before my arrival payment for 1 night for each room was blocked on my account. Upon arrival Hilton did another block om account for 1 night payment for 1 room plus 100 Euro extra. Next day I have got confirmation of another 24 Euro block. So, overall before my check out about 80% payment for 2 rooms was reserved on my account but during checkout I was requested to pay this amount again. So, now I am looking forward to have 752 Euro unblocked on my bank account as quickly as possible. Will you please inform when it will be happened. Thanks

The experience was nearly flawless. The room and facilities were in excellent condition, and the service was attentive throughout the stay. The location is really beautiful, we got free upgrade to a suite with a view, which was a pleasant surprise.

I encountered two minor issues. A hold of half the total stay amount was placed on my card three days before check-in, and it was not released until I reached out hotel a week after check-out. Additionally, during check-in, I wasn’t informed that joining Hilton Honors was necessary to access free Wi-Fi, so I ended up paying an extra fee. This was promptly clarified at the reception, which I appreciated. Clarifying this upfront would have helped, but overall, it was still a pleasant experience.

The location was great with boat transfers to San Marco. Standard room was spacious, bed comfortable.

The hotel was very nice and the room was spacious. I had requested an upgrade to my room only to find out that my room was located in a floor that has no view and had a strong musky smell to it. The staff was very nice. It cost us 70 euros each way to/from hotel by water taxi which is quite pricey, and the hotel still charges an additional 15 euro per person to utilize their water shuttle, which wasn’t bad but still was inconvenient to wait for at times and should be free considering this is the only way to commute to the hotel. The small water bottle at the room cost us 6 euros each, which is ridiculously expensive . Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Commute to and from termini to hotel! Pricey… Additional fee for hotel water shuttle, although it’s the only way to get there. Strong musky smell on our floor, which was very unpleasant. Room didn’t smell though.

Stunning building with great views, clean with a great smell throughout the building.

The executive lounge was ok if you wanted a drink but very basic otherwise. Very little to eat. Had much better experiences in other Hilton lounges.!

Gosh the chocolate foundation with an abundance of sweets /candy on offer for breakfast ! Even a Chupa chupa stand. Parents stand no chance . Half the kids were high in E numbers before 10am .:/ The pool was rowdy on some days lots of tipsy people drinking in the pool . Don’t think it should be allowed when families are allowed in the pool. Water shuttle service was great would be good if the Zattere stop would be good during the day as it would assist in exploring the city during the day.

The location is peaceful and a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Venice proper. The rooms are clean, modern and there are a lot of plugs, both normal AC and USB. The TV has a great amount of channels, there are probably over 20 sports channels alone. The breakfast is simply astounding, a really great selection of anything you might want. Staff is helpful and the service is prompt. The Skyline bar has excellent and innovative drinks. The hotel-provided shuttleboat system is extremely usable and a real lifesaver. The water pressure in the showers is great, not always a given thing in Venice. Toiletries and washing liquids are top notch.

The internet is not very accessible. There is very poor reception for your own net connection, and the hotel wifi requires a registration to a Hilton system or a payment of around 13€ day. The faster connection is more expensive. There was some problems with the elevators: our floor had an elevator panel just randomly detach from the wall, which i pointed out to the staff. This same elevator also had a "repair" light flashing with an audible beep going on for the duration of our stay of 4 days which made us feel a bit uncertain of its condition. I have a massive fear of being stuck in elevators...

It’s a big hotel so it is not so intimate and personal.

Beautiful building with helpful staff. Location is perfect, being far enough away from the busy centre but still only a quick boat trip away. The view from the rooftop is great. Breakfast has a near-endless selection.

All facilities (spa, restaurants, bars, minibar) are relatively expensive, on top of the already high room rate. Pool access is limited to two hours per day, but understandable given the size of pool compared to number of guests.

We got scammed from the Airport to get to the hotel, the taxi took 150 Euro from us and they he called a water taxi who took 70 Euro as we arrived at night

We had a fantastic stay and couldn't fault the hotel except they kept trying to take money out of the account that we used to book the hotel. When this was questioned they never really gave us an answer. This could of been a huge issue if all our money had been taken out as we would of been left with no spending money but luckily transferd our spending money to a seperate account. They added on extra charges we hadn't used so made sure they were removed. So highly suggest you ask for a invoice before paying any remaining bills.This was the only thing that let our stay down which was a real shame because the hotel and facilities alone were outstanding.

The Hilton Molino Stucky is set inside a very beautiful building and the history of the old mill is very interesting. The staff are friendly and the facilities are good. The rooftop is particularly stunning and has excellent views.

The hotel is very large and we were not really provided with any directions. Complimentary water in the room was sparse and not replenished. The room could hav even cleaner and the attention to detail with housekeeping was lacking.

Restaurant is the best, the staff is friendly. But the front desk may need more training. Facilities are nice but we can't enjoy it since it's fully booked. Location is great but transport is a problem.

if your looking to be in the heart of venice this is not the hotel but if you want to be just outside it is wonderful.

The hotel was clean and had all we needed as a family. The food was nice, a little pricey but expected given where you are. The shuttle was useful and beds were super comfy.

The staff were what we felt let our experience down. Especially the pool staff, service is painfully slow and you are left standing around for such a long time being ignored. It felt like maybe the staff aren’t haven’t been at the hotel that long and there is no genuine care from them to make your stay feel important. Possibly because the hotel is so big I’m not sure but don’t expect to be treated warm heartedly.

Location and rooftop view are amazing. Giudecca is farther from the tourist crowds, but close to everything, and great views of the city center from the nearby embankment. The rooftop views from the bar and pool are amazing.

random extra charges for small things are extremely annoying: 1) they want to charge you 15-20 euros a day for room WiFi depending on the connection speed (what? are we in 20th century? or are you that cheap?). 2) The boat shuttle is another 15 a day (although you just get a public transport ticket for cheaper that works everywhere and the boat stop is 5 min walk from the hotel). Just make the room price 20 euros a day more and include this, ffs. 3) The pool is great and the view is amazing, but it's small and you have to book your slot in the morning, physically coming down to the reception; there're not enough slots, not even close and it works 10am-8pm. I'd love to go before it's crazy hot, so maybe adding another slot would be helpful?

the nice smell of the hotel entrance, the architecture of the building, the quality of the inside of the hotel, very clean, and how nice the room was. Rooftop pool and bar especially was excellent and the views were great. Location was excellent. Staff were all very professional and pleasant. The food in the rialto bar was good

The food quality of the traditional venetian restaurant was disappointing, our pasta dish was very bad with little flavour. The water front view was good though. Reception need to advise that we need to show a confirmation of the city tax as we got stopped by the police in centre of venice asking if we had paid the city tourist tax

Gorgeous hotel, huge, spacious room. The beds were incredibly comfortable. A quiet location away from the main St. Marks Square. Lovely view of the water and skyline. The rooftop pool and bar view cannot be beat. Loved watching the sunset from above the city. The service was top tier as was the breakfast buffet.

The navigation from the hotel to the city wasn't the easiest to understand. Wish the shuttle went to Zattere in the mornings too.

There are not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Drain of the shower is not efficient. Water does not go down quick enough. The door’s bolt is broken The laundry line in the bathroom is broken.
