Loved the iconic building, always wanted to stay there. Loved the view from the rooftop. exceptional breakfast

Very satisfied with the property. Excellent atmosphere, restaurants and decoration. The amenities are great. The room was excellent and exactly what we expected.

Really hard to think of anything at all. Can't speak to any of the other room types besides ours but I assume the rest of the property is up to the same standard.

When the hotel staff heard it was our honeymoon they immediately upgraded our room and made sure there was a delicious gift package waiting for us. The ferry to the other islands is a true help and an amazing staff. Would recommend!

Great hotel and location. Staff at breakfast and reception/concierge were so helpful and friendly. The shuttle boat is great value especially if staying a few days. There are some lovely restaurants on Giudecca itself.

The pool booking system requires far too much organisation than we’d like to partake in whilst on holiday, but the reasoning for it is understandable. Also just some small niggles and lack of attention to detail that wouldn’t be expected of a 5 star hotel; not a big deal, but irritating (broken kettle in room, only full length mirror in room has a grey film on it, etc)

View was good but I was expecting a different one from the pics in booking. For the price, at breakfast, I would have expected real squeezed orange juices and not just the supermarket ones.

Breakfast was outstanding, so much variety for the price! Very friendly, helpful staff and gorgeous atmosphere created! Although not directly in the centre, the ferry boat is frequent (every 20/40 mins) and can be used an unlimited amount for 15€ a day. Will definitely be staying again!

I loved the hotel styling from inside and the furniture in the room. It was so modern and elegant. The staff are friendly. The water taxi service was very helpful. The pool and the roof top bar made the whole visit so beautiful. The food in Altro restaurant was delicious. The view of Venice on the rooftop was stunning. I loved every minute in the hotel. My son also was amazed by the hotel. Very luxurious place which makes you feel great

Hotel is a great experience in itself - historical building, great location on its own island, wonderful view. We really appreciated the dinner - if you have this included, you can choose any 2 courses on the menu + dessert and their food is at a 5-star level. Lovely view from the pool also, great room, plenty of staff to help you with anything. Lovely breakfast, plenty to choose from, everything at a high level, even prosecco is served as much as you like. All in all, it's what you would expect from a 5-star hotel.

Prices at the restaurant / bar quite high (25-35 Euro for a dish, drinks roughly 20 Euro). Their shuttle service isn't included in the price (and the hotel is on an island) and costs 15 Euro / person one way. Would recommend you take the public vaporetto (has stations on the islands near the hotel, simple 300m walk to the hotel from there, half the price). Also, pool reservation method could use an upgrade - you can only reserve on that particular day, near the reception, for a 2-3 hour slot / day. Reservations start at 8 and close at 11, this leads to quite a queue forming in the morning for this, from 7:30 onwards, with a chance to miss your desired slot if you weren't up so early. Maybe an online reservation would solve this issue better.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very professional and gave excellent service, specially Alice!

The waiting for the swimming pool tickets in the morning was expected to be first a 5 star hotel, especially as they didn't even checked at the pool, also the breakfast was to noisy, couldn't enjoy it.

Loved the convenience of the shuttle and being on Giudecca is a nice oasis away from the crowds. Loved the hotel!!

The hotel is located on a quiet island, easily accessible from the center. The hotel decor is pleasant, and the rooms were also nice. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. Daily reservations for the pool were hassle-free. Breakfast was delicious and varied.

I was given a room facing the interior patio, which was filled with music all day and loud in the evenings. There were no bottles of water in the room. Garbage, used bottle containers were piled up right outside our window. The water in the rooftop pool was freezing cold. The hotel blocked 30 euros on my card without prior notice, but they refunded it after I requested a refund twice. Our room also was very dark.

Facilities and restaurant are lovely. Best food I’ve ever had. Half board is good value for money!

Our stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky was amazing. We found the staff to be lovely and super helpful. The room was beautiful, perfectly clean and we really enjoyed the attention to detail across the hotel. It's location could not have been better.

There isn't anything that we didn't like. Staying at the hotel was the perfect end to our Italy trip. I would say that the cost for drinks was expensive. This is to be expected with cocktails on the rooftop bar (which were amazing) but the €7/8 for a coffee was a tad pricey. Regardless, this has been one of our favourite hotels to stay at.

Loved the water shuttle. Rooms were large with a really comfy big bed.

Breakfast. The service was very patchy. The staff dont seem to manage an agreed already of tables.....so sometimes it felt like we were ignored.

Complimentary toiletries, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, extra toilet paper (when travelling with kids), and drinking water (2/3 bottles), should be provided in the room. For breakfast, the boiled/fried egg option should be considered

An absolutely unforgettable stay – this hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth, elegant, and welcoming. The building itself is stunning, a beautifully restored historic mill on the Giudecca Island, with a perfect blend of Venetian charm and modern luxury. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a beautiful view over the canal and city. Every detail was thought through. Hot water, strong water pressure, and a luxurious bathroom – no issues at all. Just comfort and calm. Breakfast was exceptional – a wide variety of fresh options, both hot and cold, from fresh pastries and fruits to made-to-order eggs and Italian coffee. And best of all, everything was served in the hotel itself, in a calm and elegant setting. Staff were professional, polite, and always helpful, from check-in to room service. The rooftop pool and bar are a must – the panoramic views of Venice are simply breathtaking. The location on Giudecca is peaceful, away from the busy tourist areas, but easily accessible by shuttle boat, which runs regularly and on time. If you're visiting Venice and want a stay that feels special, refined, and truly relaxing, Hilton Molino Stucky is worth every euro. I can't wait to come back.

The property is in a fabulous position to experience Venice. The restoration of the building is beautiful.The staff were friendly and helpful.

I was at the Hilton to attend a festa and the Hilton was hosting a special function for this occasion. The rooftop occasion was a fabulous spot to enjoy the festivities. I was disappointed with the food selection. It was six courses served with complimentary wines. Value for money it should have been exceptional however it was not up to the standard I would have expected here. Many patron discarded the final course because the meat was tough and chewy.

Breakfast and staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble.

The swimming g pool was out of order for our whole stay. We were very disappointed, we picked that hotel for a special occasion for that reason.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were amazing. The breakfast was great. The location of the hotel was perfect.

The only comment I have is the inconvenience to book the pool and the gym took 3-4 days to complete maintenance so we couldn’t use it during our stay.

The entire hotel is beautifully clean, with lots of facilities. The staff are more than happy to help you with everything - directions, bookings, service, etc.

Loved the entire experience, except for the fact that you have to pay for wifi in your room - 12EUR for 24 hours.. This is not mentioned before staying, so just keep this in mind..

We weren’t told before hand about the 30 euro to use the hotel water taxi. We assumed it was free for guests. Also don’t eat in the hotel bar area. Very expensive and not great.

Property was very modern inside, perhaps recent refurbishment of the rooms and lobby area so very nice. Away for our honeymoon and this was the only hotel on our trip that provided us with a bottle of champagne on arrival to our room which was very nice. Staff very helpful, concierge very knowledgable. Bar and restaurant staff were fantastic and the food was really nice overall. Rooftop bar was great along with the rooftop swimming pool and sun beds. Just be aware that you have to book a slot for the sun beds due to limited availability and space.

Had a bad experience in one of the restaurants bacaromi, cleaners knocking on door at 9am one day maybe use do not disturb signs when in your room. Little pricey on the food and drinks. A corona was €14 same corona over the river was €4 just be prepared for pricing If eating and drinking at the hotel.

The location is far from the center you should wait for the boat shuttle to take it

They needed a gift shop, purchase of toiletries and soft drinks. Had to take a taxi to get to main island, $50 each way.

We really enjoyed our room, it was clean, nice design, lots of day light . Also breakfast was good, lots of food options including vegan, fast service . The shuttle to San Marco was really convenient , concierge service was also helpful.

Staff was doing mistakes all the time (( First when checking in our keys didn’t work , then the staff member redid them and I asked to come with us to have someone to see if everything works properly now but instead of checking-in we discovered the room was already occupied by other guests and they were having their luggage delivered, so we had to go to the front desk for the third time tired after long layover flight . Then we finally got our room and staff offered us a free breakfast access and promised to inform the staff that it’s now included for us , instead every time when we arrived to the breakfast we had to explain that we don’t need to pay (( even at the check out they included breakfast into our totals and asked to pay , we had to explain all the situation again and wait for a solution losing our precious time on the way to the airport. And 2 more surprises: the phone was disconnected from the line but the wire was put under the phone the way that doesn’t allow you to understand it’s disconnected from the first sight (so what is that ? Avoiding guest requests for any services ?) . Next day we ran out of water and nobody refilled the fridge with any water bottles after the room service so we called and asked to bring us water , the reply was shocking : 6€ per bottle (actually 7€) and no they don’t offer their guests any water for free except the one you have in the mini bar on the day of the check-in. Just for your information the hotel is located on an island without any grocery stores or supermarkets access in the area so you have to pay for the water in the hotel because it’s the only possible way to get it ! So I don’t consider that a 5 star hotel experience at all ! What am I paying that price for then ?

- Clean, and feeling new. - Good breakfast selection. - Nice views from rooftop. But you need to book it all in advance as few bar tables.

- We were not given any free water because we had booked on Booking.com - as explained by Reception staff! For the price we paid for the room (nearly €380 per night) that is unacceptable. - We were charged for using what we thought was the free hotel shuttle to San Marco. Why would anyone stay here - it is on an island after all- if not for a free shuttle? - It feels like a factory, which is what the building originally was.

Lovely hotel and the hotel boat to st marks square every 20 mins or so was great.

I booked the hotel for our wedding anniversary and one of the main reasons for doing this was the roof top pool. When we went up we were informed it was closed for maintenance and had been all week. We weren’t told in advance of arrival and wasn’t told when we checked in - it was only when we went up.

the location is amazing, and they have a great shuttleservice that drives you right to the old centre.

the breakfast place doesn't have an outside sitting area, which is a shame for this kind of a place. we stayed at the smallest room, which is still nice but needs a bit of amenties to make it really feel like a 5star: for example, a bottle of water free of charge would be expected, and a coffee maker would be nice.

Disappointed with a lack of attentiveness from waitering staff at the outdoor restaurant on our first night. Staff seemed disinterested. Lack of free WiFi was also pretty poor form at circa £500/night to not have free guest WiFi was disappointing.

The lobby and reception area is very creatively and tastefully done up , gives high level of comfort and privacy . breakfast spread is good Staff was very helpful , polite and well behaved . would like to mention particularly Alessandra and a male colkeague if hers at the reception were very helpful . The premium king room was a bit too small but the junior suite where we stayed last two nights was very good.
