Our room was small compared to others in our party but naturally they cannot all be the same . The room was very hot. As a Brit in Italy in the winter we find the Italians really feel the cold . They brought us a fan up with no issue.

Hotel personnel were super nice and attending. Room were cosy, spa was relaxing. Location perfect.

The location of the hotel – located centrally in the city – is excellent. You can easily walk to about anywhere, be it the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Piazza del Popolo or Roma Termini. Breakfast, while not huge in options, has something for everyone and the staff is very friendly and was able to help me with all my enquiries. If I hadn't spent all my time outside of the hotel to maximise my visit, I would certainly have used their spa center. There is also a certain level of attention to smaller details; for example, housekeeping will leave a card everyday with the weather forecast for the following day — a lovely timeless practice of days gone by in a world where people usually tend to lose themselves in three different weather applications which each have a different forecast.

The room is satisfying in terms of size and comfort. Some parts of the bathroom do need a new lick of paint, especially above the shower as it's starting to peel off. Housekeeping seemed to have forgotten to clean the shower-head, which is regrettable as it was a stain on an otherwise clean room. Would have loved a room that wasn't so far down an internal courtyard to get a little bit more of natural light.

Location was great, close to all sights, staff was very friendly & made our stay very comfortable & upgraded our room. The spa is a great & it’s perfect after a day walking around best part of the hotel.

We had such a great time! The staff went above and beyond and even surprised us with an upgrade to a Junior Suite at one of their other hotels - Martis Palace Hotel, just five minutes away. The suite was gorgeous and super comfortable. Everything was handled so smoothly—we didn’t have to worry about a thing..

Great hotel with exeptiinal service! Everyone did more than 100 percents for us to enjoy ourselves and get everything we needed. Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was great and the spa was really nice. Thank you for a perfect stay in rome!

The property is in a great location and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

The only thing I could say I didn’t like was the size of our room. It was very cramped and not much spare space to store empty luggage etc. For what we paid I would’ve liked a bit more for my money.

The location of this hotel is ideal for first time or returning visitors to Rome. You can walk everywhere to see all of Romes famous sites and TONS of restaurants near by the hotel. The staff are wonderful and very attentive.

A typical room is a bit small, but this is typical of boutique hotels in Europe. There was good storage for close in the room.

The central location and the luxurious finishes in the hotel were wonderful, however we all agreed that the amazing staff made our stay truly magnificent.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property! The location couldn’t be better,it’s right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Whether you want to explore the sights or enjoy a quiet stroll, everything is just minutes away. The staff were outstanding warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay so relaxing. It’s clear that great care goes into ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service near all the city’s highlights. This is a lovely hotel in a great location. We loved having cocktails on the rooftop bar…greatest bartender and sunset view. Comfortable beds, well appointed bathrooms and products, and a wonderful selection of breakfast items on the Buffett. Located in walking distance of Pantheon and Campo Fiori square.

Small breakfast buffet area for a 4 four hotel and the rooms though nice were also small. Also there is no lobby area enjoy a drink. (Might be that I am from Texas and like space.)

Hotel Lunetta was in a fantastic location. Just around the corner from Campo de' Fiori. Everything was in very close walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was spotless. I actually looked to see if the hotel was free for another night to extend my stay but unfortunately for me it was all booked up.

Perfect location to walk to monuments and attractions! Great facilities with the most amazing rooftop bar and underground spa! The staff were incredible! They offered us coffee when checking in and the room was ready early. Very clean and overall the best part of our Italian road trip! Highly recommend
