All you need to know
Giving the spectacular panorama of the whole city that has inspired people to visit it for centuries is located Rome’s most prestigious hotel: The Rome Cavalieri Hotel. Surrounded by huge gardens of the Mediterranean, visitors can view the whole city of Rome and the Vatican from Montemario which is located on a hilltop.
The hotel is 3.5 km away from the Vatican and is at a 25-minutes drive from the Colliseum. It also gives a free hourly ride to the guests to/from Via Veneto.
The place has huge and sumptuous rooms with balconies. The luxurious rooms offer free Wi-Fi, an LCD television with channels of pay-per-view, a marble washroom, and a gallery that either gives the view of gardens or Rome’s historical center. Some even offer access to the Imperial Club Lounge situated on the seventh floor. A huge space is allotted for parking so that guests can park their vehicles easily. Also, a wellness center with an area of 2500 meter square is present.
In total, two restaurants and four bars are available at the Rome Cavalieri. The Michelin La Pergola, which is a rooftop three-star restaurant, serves gourmet food. L’Uliveto has a porch at the side of the pool where the guests can devour great Italian and global cuisines.

5* Hotel
I loved it all. It was our anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wifey with a red roses and the Hotel help me so with the most georgeus roses I’ve ever seen, they added complimentary some other things.
The outside pool is an olimpyc pool, rooms are specious and cosy, I have to praise the cleaning lady for our 564 room, silent, smiling, neat.
Uliveto restaurant is excellent.
Staff is excellent.
On top of everything I met Mr.Alessandro Borghi in front of Hotel, great great person.

Beautiful property for the money I would say somewhere closer to downtown we spent several hundred euro in taxis. Also I
Very clean, beautiful hotel loved the steam room. Beds were comfortable bathrooms were lovely. Exceptional staff very friendly.
Prices are outrageous at the bar and for rim service. I understand up charging, but it was a bit excessive. Also, the location is terrible €25 every time we went in town each way.

Nit really a reflection of the hotel in itself but some of the guests were rude and unpleasant observing how staff were spoken to.

Fantastic hotel with beautiful communal areas.
The bar area is beautiful and the balcony has lovely views over the pool and garden. Pablo on reception was an absolute delight and a credit to the hotel.
We were a little disappointed with our meal in Ulivetto. The hotel was a little further out than we anticipated and it was around 10/15 minutes to central parts of Rome. That being said there was also a taxi available.

Already trying to organise a trip to include this hotel in our travels.
Our entire stay went very well. This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were brilliant. We had easy access to the city either by cab or using the courtesy bus provided by the hotel.

The hotel was clean and tidy, a bit distant from the center of the city but quiet with a very beautiful view overlooking the whole city.
When you arrive at the hotel, there is no one to greet you at the hotel entrance and guide you where to turn until you don't search for yourself.
But at the Guest relations vip desk they welcomed me nicely at the check in and during my whole stay and there was a girl from the guest relation vip desk who always smiles, cared and called to check if everything was okay when I asked her something about a problem in the room.
She gave a personal, caring and concerned attitude.
Her name is Carla.
The bar staff were also excellent and kind and quick service
Upon leaving, the hotel was very busy, and I had to go to the front desk and I was very disappointed with the different attitude than it was at the guest relations vip desk, which is not suitable for a customer who tooks a luxury suite.
Also regarding the parking,
I think that those who take a suite should have the parking includ.ed and not wait for the car when ask to take it.
In the end, it was an amazing experience

They had confirmed in advance the baby crib, however it was not in the room when we arrived very late in the evening.
Breakfast ok but not 5 star quality vs. 5 star hotels in general.
