W Hotel, Rome

Location was excellent and room size was good. Gym facilities were excellent.

The AC was not working properly in our room, switching to 17 degrees cold on full blast on its own in various times of the day, resulting in our room rarely being warm. The hotel team did not try hard enough to fix the issue as I was being polite about it. I am sure if I was being rude and calling reception every 5 minutes it would have been fixed instantly. Sometimes it's good to reward politeness too, not just rudeness. As a gesture of goodwill they paid €55 for the airport taxi but considering our room was more than €4k I don't think that was enough.
The room service was inconsistent, I ordered a ceasar salad three days in a row and each day it was different and the quality kept deteriorating.

everything was nice, the room was well equipped, bathroom is bigger than room:), the complementary coffee in the room is peter than anywhere in Rome cafe's, don't miss it,

room too small, no space for luggage, the location is good but difficult to walk for old people who like to explore Rome on foot

The hotel facilities , including the room itself are modern, well designed and super clean. The staff are the best - helpful, cordial, and just give you the feeling that you are so welcome.

Great breakfast and restaurant. Exquisite attention to detail and great care for allergies and restrictions. Room service is impeccable,and the concierges are always ready to help.

The reservation office closes some days (holidays, I assume), it was unexpected due to being a hotel part of a large international chain (other branches could cover them).

Facilities feel luxurious as a whole. Nice staff.

Location isn’t great if you want to be close to Rome’s sights. Room feels small for a luxury hotel. Breakfast is good, but could offer better buffet (instead of a la carte options). In summary, some people might feel that the experience is not as great as in other hotels in the price range.

In an excellent upscale area. The staff was amazing, Alesseo set the tone with an immediate warm greeting and was there every day of our stay asking if there was anything he could do to help, with a genuine smile and professionalism. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

The facilities/location staff were excellent and will stay again if I come to Rome. The only problem was the smell in the shower - it smelt like the drains weren't working properly on level 3 especially in the shower cubicle. Beautiful property , delicious breakfasts and fantastic staff.

Location is a far walk minute walk from things but otherwise the stay was amazing!

I had a great experience at the W Rome. First of all, the hotel is beautiful. The social areas and the room are very well decorated, very modern. The room is large, beautiful and very comfortable. The service was exceptional from the entire team. The breakfast was delicious. We had dinner at two of the restaurants, once at Pizza and once at Gianno and both were delicious. The hotel has a very young and sophisticated vibe. The bed is very comfortable, the products (soaps etc) are excellent too! I would like to highlight Martina who was very helpful and polite. It was my birthday and she organized a wonderful cake, it was a unique experience! I thank the entire W team for the wonderful stay.

Absolutely worth to visit it. For us there is no reason to look for another hotel during our next visit in Rome

The location is excellent, we can walk to everywhere. The rooms are nicely done, modern with an excellent taste, it is not overly decorated. We are particularly grateful that the hotel lets us check into one of the two rooms earlier, so we can catch up some sleep after a long intercontinental flight. This is really a service we did not expect, so thank you so much!

Location is excellent and the staff were very helpful and nice, from the doorman to reception desk and a special mention to Alina, at the breakfast room, from the first day she remembered our selection of beverages, always very helpful and nice.

This hotel was the perfect start to our Italian tour. Outstanding in every regard. The staff, and particularly the housekeeping staff and bar staff, were terrific. Seemingly on a mission to 'surprise and delight', they made the experience. However, the facilities (including the gym - one of the very best I've seen) were first class and our corner room was spacious with amazing views. Now in my personal top 10 hotels!

I really couldn't fault the hotel and the service at all.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. My family loved it. The smoked salmon was exceptional.
