Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very nice home style breakfast.

Friendly-helpful staff. Very nice lobby/cafe space. Comfortable rooms, bathroom. Location is close to river, transit stops but away from the tourist crush in Old Town. Asian Kitchen (next rood) is superb.

Sustainability focus meant A/C temp was limited, given the heat wave at the time, one night was a bit warmer than we would have liked, but a very minor issue.

We stayed in the penthouse east room which was incredible to celebrate our 35th year anniversary. A bottle of prosecco was waiting for us. We loved the space with a beautiful patio outside our room with relaxing chairs and plants. The view was amazing! It was easy to store our luggage before we checked in and when we got to our room we loved everything about it. It had beautiful windows, and a spa feel to it all. The location was great to get to many of the attractions we wanted to see in this part of Prague. Many cozy nooks throughout the hotel to relax. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. We felt pampered throughout our stay!

A beautiful hotel with lots of places to just relax after exploring Prague. Loved the lounge area and secret garden. Lovely staff - service was excellent. As someone with allergies to animal fur, it was nice to be in a non pet hotel. Clean and well presented with an ideal location.

The staff were really sweet and polite. Nothing was too much for them and they really looked after me. I really would definitely stay here again.

The location is just a bit far out from all the main areas of interest however there is public transport no more then 50 metres

Comfortable, friendly, welcoming. Great breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Has a stylish and luxurious feel while remaining relaxed. Location is ideal, a.short walk to old town, close to the river, plenty of restaurants and cafés around. We booked the private spa, which I would recommend.

We had a room on the 6th floor with a garden balcony and it was like a little oasis. We would definitely return to Mosaic in the future. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff were lovely at every moment from check in to meals to check out . Breakfast buffet is fantastic and the hotel is in a great part of town close to the river.

This hotel felt thoughtfully designed, with beautiful details that are clearly well cared for. Everything felt clean and inviting. The staff were truly exceptional: warm, attentive, and left a wonderful impression on us. It really felt like they went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and we deeply appreciated it. The breakfast was delicious too

The room was a bit on the smaller side, but still very comfortable and well designed, so it didn’t bother us. The elevator could be slow or busy at times.

The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town. The room is cosy and thoughtfully designed, down to the smallest details — there was even a laundry basket for dirty clothes. The furniture is brand new and spotlessly clean. Sitting in the secret garden was such a lovely experience. The AC was pleasantly cool during the hot days we visited Prague. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff were polite and friendly. When we checked out, they gave us a small bag of sweets — it may seem like a simple gesture, but it really shows how much they care about the little details.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like, but just a small note for older guests or anyone who might need help: there’s no one to help you carry your luggage when you arrive, and you have to go up about ten steps at the entrance. Also, the shower has a handheld showerhead only, not a ceiling one — it’s a minor thing but it might matter to some people.

Great location . Lovely decor, a bit quirky. Great private spa facilities.

We loved the lounge area, the Michelin star Asian restaurant, how quiet the room was. How attentive the staff were and there were free bikes!

This is a fantastic hotel! I cannot fault it at all. It's in a great location for the centre of Prague. The hotel itself looks great with modern furniture, cosy spots and a high level of cleanliness. We wrre very pleased to have aa complimentary bottle of prosecco on ice when we arrived! The room had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable, which is something I often struggle with. We had a lovely balcony and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was delicious with an enormous variety of excellent quality food. We also had a massage in the spa centre which was excellent and a lovely relaxing space to be in

The room was clean and tidy, The hotel location is 10 min walk from the tourism zones or 5 min walk away from the river, there is a tram station outside the hotel and many resturants Our flight was cancelled and anton at reception managed to extend our stay for few days

Staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean and modern.

In the bathroom the shower was in the bath which was very high and difficult to step into and get out of, especially with wet slippery feet. There could have been a handle for safety. Perhaps we should have asked for a room with a walk in shower!

The door lock is quite noisy—I can hear our neighbors going in and out every time, and it’s pretty loud.

Good location - easy 15- 20 min walk to Old Town & Charles Bridge. The interior of the hotel was lovely - very 'boutique' style. Lovely reception and cafe area with plenty of seating. Very clean & well maintained.

The room did feel small but it was as advertised and bed very comfortable. Very clean, although if being picky, slightly let down by the quality of the towels...bit thin & rough!!

The hotel is beautiful and unique. The staff are so nice, especially Olga from the reception. I was greeted with a glass of perseco. So nice. The room is beautiful, and the balcony is a dream. Great, comfortable bed. Throughout my stay, they were so nice and helpful. Great breakfast. Highly recommended. I would love to stay there again. Such a good atmosphere and vibes. Excellent

Perfect location! All the main sightseeing spots are located around the hotel. The staff at reception were very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. In the room, you’ll find not only a coffee machine and tea, but also complimentary still and sparkling water—no extra charge. Since it was my birthday, the hotel surprised me with a lovely complimentary gift in the room :) The bed was very comfortable. In the bathroom, you’ll find all the essentials like shampoo, lotion, etc. It was really nice to see all the design details throughout the hotel. A special surprise was the secret garden—a green oasis with birdsong in the evening. A ride with Wolt from the airport to the hotel will cost approximately €22. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this excellent, welcoming hotel. The design is very chic and modern. Although our room wasn't very spacious, it was beautifully styled, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight – delicious and with a wide variety of options (don’t miss the mini-pancakes!). The location is also great – walking distance to the old town and very close to both metro and tram stations. The staff was very friendly and helpful (thank you Alex, Olga and Petra)

A couple of small cons: It would have been nice to have a bit more closet space for clothes, and a few extra hooks in the shower would be helpful.

MOSAIC House is a beautifully designed hotel with lots of nice details both in the room and the public areas. Breakfast was wonderful with new dishes every day. Very friendly staff. simply loved it.

It's a beautiful modern hotel. Not small, but also not too big. Service is very friendly. Breakfast was great with a good variety of choice. Room was very nice, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice bathroom. All very clean. The location is also great. Just away from the busy tourist area (just under 15 minute walk away from the Charles Bridge). Some nice restaurants in the immediate area. Next time we are in Prague we will most definitely stay there again.

Amazing location. Great lounge area with cool library space. Loved the balcony off our room in the warm weather. Breakfast buffet and the Asian restaurant QQ kitchen not to be missed.

Room design trying too hard to be funky led to some less than functional and annoying details. Very hard to control room temperature. Light from bathroom shines through glass wall right onto bed disrupting sleep. Lights hanging right over bed often leads to bumped head.

The design of the room is very cute, loved it! I slept so well both nights I stayed; the bed is very comfy! Breakfast is not free but the vibe of Mosaic Cafe and the food is delicious too with good price. Staff are also very helpful and friendly. I'd totally choose Mosaic hotel again if I visited Prague in the future.

This is really minor but I had trouble adjusting the room temperature as it was a little cold at some point; the image on the instruction looks a little different from the actual control panel. However totally not big deal once I played around the control panel a little more.

Everything about this hotel is fabulous!!!!!! Highly recommend anyone who's coming to prague to stay here. It was lovely. The room had a beautiful view, everything in the room was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a great stay!
