Hotel Mosaic House, Prague

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were excellent and exceeded our expectations in every way. What truly stood out was how supportive and helpful the team was when we needed assistance during an unexpected situation. We felt genuinely cared for, and that made our experience even more special. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We loooooved this gorgeous hotel. The staff are so welcoming. The room spectacular. It has so much history and the design overall is amazing. We loved the choices for breakfast and efficiency of the staff. We wish to stay again and again when we visit Prague. Also a must do - spa and massages - the best!!

Great location close to city center, very cozy room and the cafe down stairs makes a great breakfast, drinks and snacks all day long. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. It was nice to sleep in and great for watching a movie after walking around the whole day

I don’t know why booking accepts the hotel providing parking when they just use a public parking garage close by. I didn’t want to use the valet service and park my own car, but i still had to leave my car keys at the garage which didn’t sit right with me. The alternative would be parking further away in another garage or leaving it on the street. Considering this it didn’t feel like the property “had parking”

An excellent hotel, ideal position to all attractions, easy walking position to get everywhere. A great breakfast and fantastic Asian restaurant within hotel. Excellent service from all staff, polite, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Nothing really, everything perfect

The accommodations were excellent, and we particularly appreciated the private terrace in our room. The hotel's location is highly convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. The river is also easily accessible, just a five-minute walk away. The staff demonstrated professionalism and helpfulness, and our rooms were meticulously cleaned daily. My companion thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino served at the restaurant. For guests arriving by car, valet parking services are available.

Room was clean and spacious, beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choices to pick from. Valet service was also good and the price for the parking is fair. The staff is really kind and professional.

This hotel is an oasis in the busy city of Prague. The exterior is playful, highlighting its creative design aesthetic. The interior similarly is impeccable, with tasteful art elements everywhere, from the impressive red-carpeted double stairway up the front, to the hypnotic undulating sculpture lamps in the comfortable hotel bar. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The room was quiet and clean and had everything from heated bathroom floors to the simulated fireplace on the TV whenever you entered the room.

Prague is a big city, and while this hotel is easily accessible via walking to many locations, it is still about 3/4 mile from Old Town and about 1.5 miles from the castle. It's a walking city so if you're up to it, great. If not, no worries...there is a tram stop only two blocks away!

We were welcomed by a bottle of champagne and a welcome letter which was a nice gesture, the room had a nice design and comfy bed, overall everything was clean. The places you want to see are pretty close even on foot, and I also recommend their cafe its a good way to start your morning.

I know its a green hotel and there is also a notification about the room temperature which is 21 °C by default but it was pretty cold, upon request they have set it higher but took a while to feel it, other than that no issues.

It was a beautiful, clean hotel. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the design of the rooms. The welcome drink was lovely. Maybe a 10 minute walk to the oldtown.

This hotel offers a quiet and safe location, just a 10-15 minute walk to The Old Town Center. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is polite and helpful.

Air conditioning is my preferred method of cooling, even in the winter. Therefore, I was searching for that information on how to lower the tempreature as heating was 22. However, the outside temperature was 2 degrees, so we opened the windows.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful while accommodating our requests. The hotel is beautiful, cozy and has a lot of character. Is very well located. The room was the right size, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. Price to quality ratio is very acceptable.

It’s very well designed even though not part of any brand it feels like it. It’s a great location. The internal coffee shop and breakfast is great. It feels like someone cared when designing the rooms which feel great.

We had to open up our window to reduce the room temp. Our group got rooms all by each other.

Perfect location just steps from Old Town Square, stunning art-deco mosaic interiors, spotlessly clean and stylish rooms, super comfortable beds and a fantastic breakfast. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful. Felt like a boutique luxury stay at a fair price. Already planning my next trip back!

Second visit. We loved the location, the style of the hotel, the lovely friendly staff, and on this time playing chess in the bar area in the evening.

Such a minor point - out bed had a solid metal frame with no give, this made the sleep firmed than usual. Although hardly a problem.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of Prague. The location couldn’t be better just minutes away from the Old Town, Charles Bridge. It made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. The room was spotless, beautifully designed and modern. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety of fresh options and the dining area had a calm, cozy atmosphere. The staff truly elevated the experience — everyone at reception was warm, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations, taxis, and reservations. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Prague and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in the city center.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was within easy walking distance to the old town and was in a quiet area of the new town but had plenty choice of eating and drinking places nearby. We booked a superior room which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel cafe bar is a nice chilled out area for breakfast or a place to have a drink after a day of exploring Prague. The staff at the hotel couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Prague.

The room was very clean and homely, lovely decor and a very large bathroom. All the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was brilliant. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The toilet was very high up so your legs dangled down. Also, we could not alter the temperature of the room so was very warm when trying to sleep sometimes.

I rarely bother writing reviews, but this stay deserves it. We booked a room with a balcony at the Mosaic Hotel, and it was the best choice we could have made for a trip to Prague. The staff handled every request and went above and beyond! The balcony quickly became our evening “spot” to relax after walking around the city. They even arranged small details for us that we didn’t expect, and that alone set the tone for the whole stay. The SPA deserves its own mention. Super clean, calm, and relaxing. Perhaps a lil pricey, but it was worth it. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, but everything else was handled so well that it didn’t matter. This was one of those hotel experiences where you walk out thinking: “Yes, I’d come back here without hesitation.”

Everything about our stay was lovely. We stayed as a large group for our friend’s birthday and it was the perfect place for us!

There was absolutely nothing we could fault about Mosaic House, the staff were great, breakfast was delicious, the bar/cafe area was cosy and the room was great. The beds were very comfy and the shower/bathroom were modern and well equipped. The view from our balcony was lovely too.
