Perfect location to enjoy Seoul and room for all those full Olive Young bags.
Location, location, location. The hotel walls were thick enough to not hear the neighbors unlike some other hotels we stayed at. We stayed at 10 different hotels throughout the country and Jeju. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Within walking distance of many areas and the river. I loved that the breakfast was a bit on the American side. There are very few reprieves from spice, seafood and fried foods.
Figuring out how to get the fan/air to work in the room. Not everyone likes it hot. The windows do not open. The carpet in the rooms could use some shampooing, but the dark grey hides a lot. The rooms were clean for the most part and the beds are comfortable.

The wifi very poor and the room air conditioner was not able to be lowered and room got hot. Twice rang maintenance came up but nothing changed.

It was a great location and a nice hotel to stay in.
The room was spacious and the breakfast was very nice. I liked the hot pool to relax in after waking all day. The staff was nice.
The bed was ok, but got use to it after a few days.

Great location, great staff!
The location was fantastic! Easy access to shopping, and the airport bus stop is directly in front, just steps away! (And the bus runs every 10 mins! )
It was west facing and the room got really hot, so we had to always close the drapes to help manage the heat from the west facing afternoon sun! We could not get the room cool.

Great value and great location
Very central and convenient location, airport limousine right outside the hotel. Right on the doorstep of the night market.
I wish there was more Korean food at the breakfast buffet but it was more western focused.

The hotel is average, a 3 star hotel
The hotel location is great, very convenient for shopping with plenty of places for coffee or food.
Room was clean but the bed was cheap, not comfortable and kept shifting around when another person changed the position.
The temperature of the room cannot be adjusted. At one point the room was so warm so I had to open the window when the outside temperature was in the 30s..
The bathroom also was small.

Best location and great hotel stay.
Location was the best. Just outside of the busy night market at Noon Square.
Busy and bussing during the day but quiet at night. All the large department store across the road and easy to get a cab or train anywhere.
The best location to stay and an easy walk to the business district or artist district. We walked everywhere. The hotel itself is very clean, staff was great and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are quite large for Korean standards too.
