We loved the very large king bed

Great sized room, not the typical european size. Great vegan selection at breakfast

The reception was very welcoming & upon check-in we were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a suite (203) - a very spacious, quiet suite w/ sitting & eating area, huge comfortable bed, walk-in closet & dressing room, coffee etc in room, 12ft ceilings with beautiful painted murals. Splendid way to end our month in Spain!

Lovely large room. For the price, I expected more facilities in the hotel.

We had a great stay at Catalonia Las Cortes; Breakfast was excellant and diverse, room very spacious, quiet and had blackout curtains, and very accomodating staff.

The breakfast was superb! The staff were friendly and efficient. The Hotel was centrally placed to explore the city. Only a 5 min walk to the Metro.

We found the bed a little too hard and the air conditioning was very noisy at night. Unfortunately, we had to turn it off to sleep. No Restaurant.

Friendly staff, good location and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast good.

Would have been good to have bottled water in the room for everyone not just Catalonia club guests

We loved everything! The staff members, the breakfast, our room, the location - everything was perfect.

The only thing I can complain about was the shower in the morning which was always cold early in the morning. I always had to wait until later to take a shower - but that's not a big problem.

Very comfortable- very clean. Nice and calm after the madness of Madrid- central location easy to get to everything especially the Prado. Thank you too for the nibbles at 4pm! Ever so grateful for that!

The buffet breakfast was delish we were more than happy with it :). The hotel was in a grt location within walking distance to restaurants plus it had an amazing bar a few doors up. It had an underwater theme it was amazing well worth a visit for a cocktail and just to experience the effort which has gone into creating the being in the ocean feel.

Staff was not warm and friendly. One person scolded my husband twice in a tone not welcomed.

Fabulous location

We loved the staff in the entire hotel. It was a gorgeous room, and in fact, they upgraded us from a normal suite to a much bigger suite which was a wonderful thing. The people were friendly, the bartender was excellent as was the front desk, and the breakfast was excellent every day. The location allowed us to walk to various restaurants which is helpful and we were able to meet our tours easily. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!
