citizenM Hotel Tower of London

The location is great and the room is very clean.

I wish there were hooks inside the bathroom for hanging clean clothes. In addition, it would also be more convenient, if we can fetch hot and cold water from a self service station than having to bother the bartenders.

Everything was easy, iPad there to check in, quick and smart, room was clean and shower was good, location was great, beside the tube station on Tower Hill circle line, hotel sky bar was good! Staff very welcoming and checking out through the iPad made it quick and easy. Thanks again, would recommend.

Easy Check in , safe luggage storage on check in & check out days , staff attitudes. Location for Underground services is perfect.

Air con poor with little effect on room , TV picture breaking up ever 2 mins (all channels) . Massive bed is great , but as it's fixed against wall at one side, means it's not ideal with more than one person to access / leave

We used to live in London and loved playing tourist for a chance. The location of the hotel is amazing! Right outside the tube station and walking distance from Borough Market and other amazing sites.

We would have loved a more personal check in experience, its more of a self check in service. Not sure I like this but seems to be the way things go. However for the price, I still expect a little bit more.

The location is great and the room is quite modern.

The room is small (as expected) and the elevators would take a while sometimes.

The situation is amazing and the view are breathtaking. The atmosphere is buzzy and heady but at the same time comfortable and relaxed.

Elevators - slow

Quirky well kept hotel. In a fantastic location with helpful staff. Great city view looking onto Tower of London, the Shard and Tower Bridge. Interactive aspects of the room such as the lighting and blinds are a nice touch.

Not an issue for us but if you aren't familiar with the citizenM room layouts they are snug and bathrooms are very much in the room.

The lifts took a really long time to come to your floor and we weren’t shown where the stairs were located.

Clean and convenient location. Great facilities including fridge in room. Had a funky futuristic feel and the lights and controls all worked. Loved separate blind and blackout blind. Shower was great. Rooms were quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Liked convenient check in and checkout times and fact there is left luggage facility. Also 24h refreshments availability.

No tea or coffee facilities in privacy of own room for when you first awake. The rooftop bar was not open lunchtime

Location is the most outstanding aspect of CitizenM Tower Bridge. It literally sits atop the Tower Hill tube station. CitizenM's breakfast buffet and coffee bar are outstanding. And the staff who service it are marvelous.

Somewhat disappointed there was no fitness center, especially for a modern-build hotel.

I just miss food that i wanted to order for dinner,out of stocks for 3 nights..One night you miss is fine but 3 nights is not good..

I have stayed here before and it's always great. Breakfast price actually had dropped a little which makes sense and it's a great breakfast. Room is good and the rooftop bar is a real gem.

Never seem to get the room with the view of Tower of London but i'll keep trying! The rooms are not for everyone, can lack privacy with the frosted glass bathrooms. Fine for a couple.

Super clean. Has everything needed for a leisure trip. Big lobby with fantastic breakfast and perfect bar with nice menu. Plenty of sitting space. Location is excellent. Next to the tube and Tower!

Not really clean this time…

All the staff were wonderful, over and above: so helpful, friendly and kind. I would particularly like to mention the two men who greeted us and sorted our room and stay, Ash and Ni Laryea, they went over and above and were so lovely, kind and efficient to myself and my daughter. The hotel is really quirky and interesting. great location. Really great value for London.

it was all great

Check in is very quick on the tablet. Since there are a lot of tablets there is no waiting time and you can Scan your roomcard by yourself. The Bed was big and you can control everything over an ipad. Feels very modern and its more fun than just a "normal" room.

View was amazing and location too!

It’s a shame the roof terrace is so “basic”.

My room had a view of the Tower of London; it was amazing to look out of the window at this site both day and night. The location was great; a minutes walk to Tower Hill tube station and lots of pubs in the area. The breakfast was a feast and a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room, on each floor, for ironing was much needed for clothes wrinkled from being in a suitcase . The bar on the 7th floor was a great place to start or end a night on the town.

It was a very busy hotel, but there were only two operational elevators. There was a "priority" elevator that did not seem to be available to people and an elevator that was not working.

The hotel was in an excellent location next to the Tower Hill underground station and a short walk to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The bed was very comfortable. The 7th floor bar at the hotel had a magnificent view and the staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good with a smallish but good quality selection of food.

The room was very cramped with minimal space for our luggage but we did expect this from reviews of previous guests. The seal on the door to our bathroom was coming undone. The room was hot despite the air conditioning being set at 20 deg C. Shower curtain to enclose a shower are a bit dated. I think some things could do with an upgrade.

Location was fantastic. The space was great, with everything I needed, including a tiny fridge, and the bed was spacious.

Sheets were not totally clean, tech didn’t always function as advertised. Some staff members were a little snotty. Value-wise, could’ve done better, I think, in retrospect.

i really enjoyed my stay the members of staff could not do enough for you every i asked was never a problem and they were so polite and friendly the members of staff made my stay so enjoyable and ate a credit to your company

I don’t really have any dislikes other than prices of food in the hotel which drove us to eat out every time but I guess that’s a case by case thing

It is next door to Tower Bridge station and therefore the Tower of London. It is very modern and busy. Checking in was easy. My room, or pod, was well designed and comfortable for one person. I wouldn’t want to share it. The staff were very helpful and charming. The roof top bar had excellent views and again the staff were friendly and the service quick. The hotel app was useful.

My door was very hard to open and I had to get help as I thought my card wasn’t working. It needed oiling. Awful selection of tv stations.

I wish there was coffee and tea in the room

This is our second stay at this hotel, two years after our first and it was just as good as last time. A nice, clean room with a lovely view of the Tower of London and everything you'd expect from Citizen M.

Location was fantastic, offering great views of the Tower of London. Very easy to get around with the tube being directly next to the station. Automatic check-in and check-out was very easy!

Lifts were a bit slow but nothing too serious to complain about.
