Excellent staff, location, decor

The bed. Just done a half marathon and struggled with the bed when sleeping on the side next to yhe window

Great for a solo traveller. Excellent location by the tube station and Tower of London. Comfy bed. Staff were very helpful with things such as checking in and leaving bags after check out. Air conditioning worked well to keep the room cool. Chromecast enabled easy casting of TV from my phone

One of the towels had a bit of a stain on it. Some noise from hallway and outside.

Excellent location for tubes. Water taxis and sightseeing. Everything was what we expected. Very modern and clean. Will definitely book this hotel again.

I like the design style and the relaxed environment. The drinks, snacks and food are good value for money. Staff are helpful and cheerful. It is also utterly predictable and reliable as a place to stay. I've stayed many times. CitizenM Tower is also in a terrific location, just above the Tower Hill Underground!

Excellent location, right on top of Tower Hill station. Friendly helpful staff. The easiest most prompt check in system I’ve encountered. Clean comfortable rooms. Ironing room on each floor. Amazing rooftop bar with spectacular views over tower bridge. Especially love how you can control everything in the rooms with an iPad. Excellent stay and we will deffo be back. Would 100% recommend for location!

I had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel, which is conveniently located right next to the Underground station. The ground floor was particularly impressive, featuring a stylish bar with a great ambiance, comfortable lounge areas with sofas, and relaxing chill music. The atmosphere was so inviting that you could easily spend the evening in the hotel instead of going out. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day.

The room was quite small, and there wasn’t enough space for our luggage, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Also, the food bar snack we intended to have for dinner had very limited choices.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location. Very chic and cozy rooms, the lounge and rooftop bar are a charming and comfortable... plus that view ❤️ Staff is extremely attentive and friendly. They’ve even went the extra mile and offered a birthday card to my daughter and left it in the amazing room with direct view of the Tower. Definitely will book again when we’ll next be in London. Thank you for a memorable experience!

What attracted me most about this hotel was that it's very close to the underground entrance, the beautiful landscape of the rooftop bar with a view of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, and almost all the room facilities could be controlled by an iPad. And what I want to say in particular is that the service attitude of the hotel staff is excellent! When they think there is some negligence, they will take the initiative to apologize to you and try their best to make up for it!

This hotel doesn't have laundry service. If you want to have your clothes washed, you can only make an appointment with the company they cooperate with.

So close to the Tower and Tower Bridge with a wonderful view on both. Very good mattress and the rooms are comfortable and good soundproofed. Nice rain shower. We had two wonderful days there.

Air condition is running the whole night.

Tech was great, controlling room from the iPad. However, really annoying that our tv didn't work. We tried the iPad, the remote control and it didn't work. Told staff and they said they'd check whilst we were out. Still didn't work. Sometimes tech is trying to be too clever when you just want to put the tv on and this made it impossible. For the price Id expect this to work! Apart from that, all was great

Love the citizenM Tower of London. Really funky hotel, right next door to Tower Hill tube station, so perfect for getting around the capital. Easy automated check in, although there are staff available to help, all of whom are super friendly. Rooms are small, with a big bed, and have pretty much everything you need, apart from tea making facilities, but with bars and a cafe in the lobby and a bar on the 7th floor, that's not really a problem. Everything in the room (lights, blinds, TV....) is controlled by an iPad, which is pretty cool. We were fortunate enough to get an upgrade which gave us a view of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge beyond. Breakfast can be purchased as an extra and is really generous, including barista coffee. All in all another great stay.

Great boutique hotel, loved the roof top bar , location was in most beautiful part of London imo , coffee shop. Staff on roof top bar were great ! 😊 it’s modern and iPad controls were great in the room. Unique with great ambiance. !!

The welcome from staff at the self check-in was friendly and helpful. The location was just perfect. We liked the modern room amenities (tv/blinds/housekeeping) which could be accessed via an iPad.

I have stayed here several times and find it just right for my needs. Easy for Barbican, South Bank and West End. Super access to underground station and walking along the riverbank.

I made a BIG mistake and forgot to book a 'premium' room with view over the Tower of London/Thames. My room was quiet but no view to speak of....😨

The breakfast is good but could be great - only one type of hard cheese , only scrambled eggs ( how about boiled eggs ? ); the choice of pastries is limited to croissants and pain au chocolates . Overall it’s fine , but for the price of £20 per breakfast I would a bit more choice .
