Lovely rooms, amazing views for Tower of London. Very clean, comfy.

The Location was very convenient to attractions. The Breakfast area was nice, clean, and food selection was wonderful. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar with the spectacular view was a bonus.

we knew the room was going to be small, but was smaller than we expected. Tough with two people getting ready at the same time. Overall, it was clean and bed was comfortable.

Amazing hotel, all facilities are brand new. It is well kept, clean and staff is so friendly and helpful. It is very very quiet in spite of being right in the heart of Tower Hill. We loved it. The staff at the bar were so helpful with our orders even though we're not in the menu.

We liked everything. Service, cleanliness, room facilities. It is a small bedroom but very well thought and perfect lay out. We liked everything.

Perfect location to hop on the underground and mooch around London. The staff were super helpful and very accommodating! The rooftop bar gave beautiful views of the tower bridge, needle and the rest of the London skyline. The hotel is very modern and enjoyed the little modern quirks.

The bathroom situation, wasn’t a fan of the toilet being in a plastic room attached to the shower, and the door didn’t close very well but that didn’t make any difference.

The location is perfect, just above the Tower Hill tube station. The design is very cool, staff are friendly and very helpful.

Comfortable bed but only one side to get in. The location is absolutely great, close to the tower and a tube station.

The lication was fabulous—could not have been better. The food was wonderful but i believe the breakfast at 20 ponds per person was a bit steep! Loved the vibe.

The rooms are unusually small. You must crawl over your bed partner to go to the toilet.

Really liked the hotel vibe. Modern and slightly quirky. The lounge was great.

Amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste are not really visible in the common area and needed to ask for it as it's also not available in the hotel room.

Our room was very small. We arrived early after a long international flight and while we understood our room wasn’t available, there was nowhere available for us to freshen up/change clothes other than in the toilets downstairs.

The bed was very comfortable The shower was lovely & hot The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Check in was easy & fast.

Breakfast selection was amazing and the location was spot on for what we needed. We had the view to Tower of London and that was spectacular! Nice touch from the staff for the card for our anniversary (thank you!)

Conveniently located in central London , accessible via public transport, small but mighty rooms , absolute silence and darkness. I always go to Citizen M in London when I travel alone because I feel safe and I can rest

My friend lost his wallet ( or was pickpocketed) near the pastry shop.

The stuff is really friendly, proactive, always there… The ambient in the lobby is like your comfy living room… Breakfast was fine, just about enough of everything for every taste … Rooms are a bit smaller, but very well organized… Location is great. The train and the bus stations are in front of the hotel .. I will definitely stay here again 💫

Room was seriously cool and comfortable. When they say they have the fluffiest pillows in the world, that is no lie. They also have the thickest and most lovely towels. Room is small, but perfect for a solo traveler.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the tube, lovely surroundings with a fantastic view from the rooftop bar. The view really is amazing, you can see for miles all along the river, tower bridge, the Tower, Shard, merchant Navy & fishing memorial garden all the way round to the Gherkin building, amazing. Our room was very modern, all controlled using an iPad, Blinds, lights (colour changing) aircon and TV. Nice and clean lovely comfy large bed. The communal areas are lovely very stylish lots of lovely seating areas and an easy check in. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. We didn't book breakfast as we were meeting friends locally. The bar area was fantastic, could sit in there all day looking at the view off the balcony. Really great hotel we will definitely be back soon

My only negative comment is this is the only hotel I've ever stayed in with no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Bar prices were quite high.
