Brilliant hotel in a fantastic location, we have stayed here before a couple of times. Great views from the room and the rooftop bar. Would highly recommend this hotel

My only frustration with this hotel is that for two adults and a child I have to book two rooms!

Perfect location, trendy interior, comfortable room with a great view, and a good breakfast. All of the staff were excellent.

Evening meal was only passable, staff were responsive and quick to sort it out through.

Lovely hotel, with big beds and a nice view. Everything we needed in a good location for a fair price.

The shower kept flooding around the toilet, so everytime we used the toilet we was in a pool of water.

I thought the set up of the room was really good. It's a small room but it's really well laid down. I particularly like being able to control the television from the iPad at the side of the bed. Also I love the fact that you can change the colour of the lighting and the brightness using the iPad. Also the window blinds can be controlled from the iPad which I thought was great. Why do all the hotels struggle so much with technology when you can see here that it's really easy to get right. Everything in the room is in the right place

The bathroom area was a little bit tired and could be a bit cleaner but it was fine. No the problems in the room as far as I'm concerned. All of the staff that I engaged with during the stay were really good. Very personable, confident and full of character. I really like the buzz that you get in the lobby area and I thought the breakfast was really good.

Very handy for underground train station. And really close to where I was working.

Very positive, friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out really smooth and easy. Great bar and service at the top floor. Really nice interiors, very inviting and comfortable to hang out. Bed is huge! Room was very functional and clean 😊

Nice view, great location for Tower of London and two tube stations, although shut as strike on. Easy access to Thames for boat trips, uber boats etc. and very reasonably priced. Property was clean, friendly, comfortable, and liked the tablet for room control, heating, lighting, blinds, tv etc. Easy check-in and out using app. Nice effective shower.

Rooms were a little small and had to clamber over bed to get in. I paid a lot more than usually offered on line but wanted location for a function nearby. Was offered a breakfast due to high price paid which was nice. No non-dairy butter/marg available for breakfast.

Great location with the tube station under the building, in zone 1. The views from the top floor are amazing. The decoration is fashionable. The breakfast is very healthy and tasty.

The room wasn't always properly cleaned with dust in the floor and in the window even when we asked for a deep clean. The bed wasn't suitable for 2 people because you need to jump over the other to get out of bed.

I have stayed in a couple of citizen M now and once you know it is compact, and for me, fine for short trips, then it is perfect. Rooms are comfortable, clean and location is great in this one near Tower of London. Most staff very friendly and helpful. The downstairs offers lots of spaces to work or relax. Good nights sleep too with the blackout blinds!

Got stuck in one of the lifts a couple of times despite a working key card and given there were only three lifts, one working on “priority” service only and one that was acting up, it was roulette each time if your lift journey would take 2 or 15 mins! As long as you weren’t in a rush, like trying to get out to your friends wedding… all good 🤣 Price for the size of room is somewhat higher in comparison to others in same area.

I was surprised that I was not able to prepare a hot drink in my room. This may have been better communicated either on booking or arrival as it made sense once I reviewed it for myself. I also think that tea and coffee being charged for is excessive. I think I paid about £70 more to stay here compared to a hotel that was offering and hot drinks available 24/7 and included in the price.

The basin in the bedroom space was annoying when you are sharing a room.

It was small and cozy yet it had everything we needed with the right amount of room. We loved the bed it was very comfy with a good amount of pillows. The black out blind was prefect for us trying to recover our jet lag and get a good sleep and also the customisable lights! The staff were so lovely and helpful and checking in and out was quick and easy! My boyfriend says this is still his favourite accommodation of the Europe trip so far! Also the location is perfect so easy to get everything on foot or by bus or tube from hotel!

The room sizes are tiny, but that's part of the design concept and the very high standard of finishes and bed comfort makes for an excellent experience.

Location, Location, Location. Easy walk to some of London's best sights. Next to the underground station for easy transport. New, modern, staff were amazing. Loved everything about this hotel.

Found the room claustrophobic but was comfy actually.

We really liked the very simple way to check in and check out. We also really liked the application through which we managed everything in the room: light, air conditioning, blinds, etc. What we liked the most was the location of the hotel and the proximity (1 min) to an underground.

We didn't like the cleaning. Through the app we chose the option to have daily cleaning. It wasn't like that. They only arrived on the third day. Cleaning only meant changing towels, toilet paper and taking out the trash. They didn't sweep (so you can see what was on the floor). The sink was cleaned only once in 8 days. Otherwise, nothing.
