One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. True 5 star. Every single experience was top notch. Staff were amazing, facilities were well kept, rooms were gorgeous, they even upgraded us to a suite for our honeymoon. Thanks again Park Royal team. We will be back!

Beautiful, cozy, and clean room with great amenities. The bathtub in the room was very nice too, and all interactions with staff (check-in, room service) were very pleasant :)

Our room was given to us slightly over an hour after check-in time. The staff were apologetic and handled it well, which I appreciated very much, and we were given complimentary drinks at the bar. Nevertheless it would have been nice to not wait that long.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even helped us print some documents. The location is great. The room was always very clean and the bed was big.

The menu for breakfast could maybe add something new every day, just to rotate a bit the selections.

All the front desk employees are so nice and polite, One night I had noise from construction work near the hotel. The reception manager Ethan on the next day moved me to an upgraded room and gave me $200 in compensation for using the hotel facilities. Beyond that, he was very helpful, caring, and saw that it was important to him that I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean! An amazing and beautifully maintained gym, a pleasant and modern pool, and the general atmosphere at the hotel is simply perfect. The spa staff is very professional, especially a therapist named Jasmin who gave me a very high-level professional massage.

The hotel is perfectly located for walkable access to China Town area, public transport. Close to great food markets and stores as well. Hotel offers great amenities and accommodating to requests.

A beautifully built hotel created with a focus on combining hotel luxury with sustainability. Located on the edge of China Town within easy walk of the quays and food markets. Close to the metro as well. Amazing facilities, good buffet breakfast with a wide selection of food options and great service. Rooms are of a good size and furnishings comfortable and modern.

We had some issues initially with having the bed set up for our kids which resulted in a room change late at night. Other than this issue I cannot fault the staff, the rooms, the facilities or the hotel in general. Drink prices are at the high end (not unexpected though).

The location is excellent – right next to Chinatown with plenty of dining options, and very close to the metro for easy access around the city. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. While there were some minor cleanliness details that could be improved, the overall comfort and design make for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast offers a good variety in a lively setting, though the quality could be slightly more refined. The hotel can be busy at times, especially in the evenings. Overall, a stylish and well-located hotel that offers a unique concept and a comfortable stay.

Parkroyal Pickering is a sustainable luxury hotel, convenient location with a very relaxing vibe. The staff go out of their way to help and please but never in a pushy way. Would recommend including the breakfast, one of the best on offer. The room was quiet, the bed was really comfortable and shades darkened the room at night

If I reaaaally need to look for something, breakfast is a bit crowded during the rush hours.

Location is great, many hawker centers nearby and close to MRT. Good size of the rooms, spa, gym and pool. Nice loby.

The room was not cleaned fully, there were bits of litter left inder and near the bed.

The hotel is excellent. We were given an upgrade and the room was frankly amazing. Brent who looked after out bags couldn't have been more helpful. The staff who came and set up our daughter's bed were awesome too. We spent a relaxing afternoon at the beautiful infinity pool followed by a delicious dinner at the restaurant. We all slept great and were sad to leave. Great place to stay as a stopover or longer. We will definitely be back
