Hotel Parkroyal on Pickering, Singapore

Location is perfect, rooms are beautiful, hotel has the best pool. Spa is nice and massages were great. Facilitated early check in and late checkout.

Amazing stay - everything was great - rooms, breakfast, service, location. Beds are very comfortable, the breakfast has huge variety of fresh choices. The service - reception, concierge, room service do a great job. And the hotel's garden is AMAZING! I would recommend this hotel over any other in Singapore - the price is more than worth it.

Almost everything was absolutely perfect. Probably the most friendly staff I've ever experienced at any hotel. The room is very spacious and quite comfortable. The hotel itself is crazy but in the best way possible. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The cleanliness of the room could have been slightly better - this is the only thing that stopped me rating this a perfect 10.

Our first time in Singapore and The Parkroyal was a perfect choice. Close to Chinatown and walking distance to the Marina. Our room was clean,spacious, and the perfect temperature ( given high temp and humidity) outside. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice and staff were very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend staying at The Parkroyal.

We ordered lunch by the pool Sunday and also in the lobby on Monday. Both days, it was around 12 noon. On both occasions, we had to wait 30/40 minutes. A cocktail in the lobby took even longer.

The room was beautiful with high ceilings, a stylish design, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel’s lush greenery made it feel calm and refreshing, and it was so visually stimulating for my seven-month-old - we did a garden walk on the 5th floor every morning. The staff went above and beyond, preparing not only a crib for my baby but also a bottle steamer and a baby bathtub. Breakfast was excellent with both Asian and Western selections. The location couldn’t be better, right by Chinatown in the CBD, within walking distance of major sightseeing spots and subway lines. Everyone we met was warm and helpful.

Fabulous hotel, in a fantastic location. Beautiful views from lovely spacious rooms. We loved soaking in the bath tub whilst watching an early morning thunderstorm. The dining was everything that we wanted and then some. Very friendly and attentive staff. We loved our stay at the Park Royal Collection, Pickering and shall definitely return and highly recommend!

In a great location. MRT station around the corner and a fantastic pool.

No storage for clothes which was odd. One cupboard had 4-5 hangers and a deep shelf underneath that was very dark and insufficient to store your clothes in. We ended up laying them across the room or living out of our suitcase which I try to avoid with a one week stay. For $500 a night I’d expect more thoughtful storage options for clothing.

It is gorgeous and an icon of the Chinatown area with its luscious gardens and infinity pool.

A very small thing - There seemed to be only one entrance into the hotel, across an expansive block of land. Would be nice to have an entrance/exit available on the other end of the building as well.

Love the landscaping and the eco architecture. We are also very pleasantly surprised by their efforts to celebrate our anniversary. The location is situated at the heart of CBD area, it was easy to access food and shops. We also like facilities (pool, gym, wellness centre, restaurant), it was very well equipped.

Their room aircon was a bit too cold for us, but they have an option to choose eco function. All good.

It’s unique and iconic and a place of quiet in the city.

Most of the staff were amazing, but some didn’t make you feel comfortable or meet the 5 star expectations. Breakfast was chaotic. No where to relax in the sun.

The environment and atmosphere was excellent. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredible attentive to everything guests needed, including during emergencies.

The hotel’s architecture is stunning and the location excellent — right in the heart of Singapore with easy access to Chinatown and Clarke Quay. The greenery around the building really makes an impression. However, some practical aspects could be improved. The pool area is beautifully designed but not very functional: there’s no jacuzzi, and because of the building’s layout, the infinity pool gets little sun, making the water quite cold. There were also too few lounge chairs, and the pool towels were unusually long but narrow, which felt awkward to use. Inside, my room felt dark with a lot of wasted space that could have been better planned for comfort or storage. Overall, a visually impressive hotel with an eco-luxury vibe, but the design sometimes prioritises aesthetics over comfort.

Staff amenities and location were outstanding

Booked urban room which was lovely. Just have a thing for heights so the open walk way to the room had me gripping hand rail a couple of times. No fault of the property

Property was is a great location, pool was beautiful and staff were incredibly helpful.

As a family of three with a 5 month old the room as a little small once the cot was in. We had no wear to put our bags that wasn’t directly in our way. However if we were just a couple the room would have been a very comfortable size.

The glass wall between the shower and toilet too close, we hit it every time we used the facilities.

The bed was very comfortable and we loved the filtered water at the sink. Great shower too. Loved the area, close to the MRT and Chinatown, and the building was gorgeous...reminiscent of a rainforest, with an infinity pool as well (although it was small).

The lighting in the room was too dim...made it difficult in the vanity area as even with a magnification mirror, it was hard to put on makeup. Also, the air conditioner seemed to have a mind of its own and was difficult to modulate. It seemed there were a lot of new employees on their first day who admitted they didn't know what to do, so it begs the question of what kind of training they get...it worked out in the end but wasn't a slick service as the environment exuded.

Everything was exceptional and perfect. Starting from the check-in staff, concierge, all the other personnel, through cleanliness of the room, hotel design and ending at delicious breakfast.

The building with all the green terraces is wonderful, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the (very large) beds are very comfortable. We also enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast. We would like to thank Amy of the breakfast staff in particular for being so attentive.

In comparison to the extremely large bed, the room felt a little small.

- We loved everything about the hotel! - The staff cannot do enough for you, they are so pleasant and polite and we felt very special from the moment we checked in. - The breakfast was incredible, there is almost too much to choose from and everything available was delicious. - Location is central to everything as we like walking and were able to get everywhere on foot easily. - We were very happy they allowed us to keep our room on for a late check out of which we were happy to pay for - it allowed us to enjoy a full day in the city before a late night flight.

the lighting in the room - dull down lights that didn't illuminate anything. The whole 'green' aspect that they pushed. The only place that it seemed to be of importance was in the room!!! Also the continued dance party music everywhere at all times of the day!! Got a bit much after a while,

Great location, in the middle of everything, the room design is great, the place is clean, comfortable, the view is nice as well, the bar, the restaurant. The hotel from the outside looks stunning. I'd say that is the most outstanding after MBS as architecture, and the greenery makes it feel like paradise. Great for business and kids family trips too.

The only thing I would change, I'd make the water in the pool slightly warmer. I dislike getting into cold water and this time I didn't gather the courage to enter the pool.
