We stayed at PARKROYAL on Pickering for four days in a suite, and overall, it was an excellent experience. Our room offered a beautiful view over the park, which made the stay especially relaxing. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, with attentive and professional service throughout. We also really appreciated being given access to our room two hours earlier than the official check-in time. As we had an early morning arrival flight, this thoughtful gesture made a significant difference and allowed us to rest right away. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options ranging from continental to Asian cuisine. The quality and selection were truly impressive and catered to all tastes. The hotel is very well located, right next to Chinatown, making it convenient for exploring the area and enjoying local restaurants and attractions. The swimming pool is slightly on the cooler side, but once you’re in, it is perfectly enjoyable and well worth it. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for both comfort and location.

We asked for cots to be available on arrival at check in and they weren’t. This was a little annoying. Pool could be heated.

Excellent service, well designed room, great breakfast and dinner. Super convenient location. The entire staff across the hotel, reservations, reception, restaurant, pool, house keeping were all highly attentive, professional and positive approach to any question and/or request.

The water in the pool was too cold but I'm not sure it's possible to heat up the water. The room we booked was a good fit for a family of 3 not 4. There was a missmatch between the description on booking and the hotel's standard of 3 vs. 4. We managed but I think booking should update their listing to better match the hotel's.

Amazingly designed hotel, absolutely stunning. Great location as well for exploring Singapore. Room was spacious with a large sized bed. Beautiful bathroom with separate toilet which was nice. First drink in the minibar was free which was a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet was good too.

A fantastic buffet breakfast, everything is very well prepared and the biggest range of all types of food I have experienced for breakfast.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

However, one issue we encountered was that the bathroom and toilet in the room did not have proper ventilation (no exhaust fan), which caused some discomfort during our stay. Overall, it was a good experience, but improving the ventilation in the bathrooms would make it even better.

Absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful pool with a sweeping view of the cityscape. Very close to so many eateries / Chinatown. Short Grab rides / MRT to sightseeing.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, greenery in every corner, marvellous views, infinity pool, and more. Our corner room was partly overlooking the swimming pool, the city but also the floors with palm trees above us. The views were so ridiculously nice that they looked like generated by AI :-)

The staff was very accommodating. We had an infant with us and thus booked a room with a baby cot. They went extra mile and arranged a baby bath tub and toiletries for the baby. Also, there were limited vegetarian (no-egg) options in the breakfast. They managed to make special arrangements for us during our entire stay. The property is very beautifully maintained. The concept of garden is very good. A very unique experience given that the entire garden is way above the ground.

There should be more options of vegetarian food without egg in the buffet.

The hotel bar is very disappointing, this included it's position as well as the quality of the cocktails served - the staff were very friendly. Room service was hit and miss with the food quality requiring some work.

First room had some mould smell, kindly got moved to a different room. Very humid in SG might need air purifiers.

This was a magical experience we stayed here one night to experience the pool and Garden terraces. The resort did not lets us down, we had great views from our room and the pool deck did not disappoint. We here also next to Chinatown area and gay nightlife.

The hotel is very nice, green and we really liked the room and the kind staff. Breakfast was great and well organized. What we really appreciated was the position, many things reachable by foot and otherwise MRT very nearby

Although the room was very nice the lights were not easy to figure out and the light of the smoke detector could not be turned off and was right in the face at night.

Beautiful hotel with rooms in the middle of a jungle. We received a room in the area of the hotel that we preferred. Stuff is very polite and friendly. Breakfast is good, with a lot of variety from different cuisines. Overall, it is worth to try!

A stunning property in such a fantastic location. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again every time we’re in Singapore.

Service was great, room was just what we needed with our toddler, breakfast was great, pool area was very relaxing and well maintained with great views.

Room block out blinds needed a little maintenance (coming off the runners) but still worked well enough. Lighting controls were a little over complicated (i.e. some bathroom lights linked to a bedroom night light...) but nothing too bad.

- The location is ideal, walking distance from Chinatown, Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, Raffles Place and slightly longer to Marina Bay. - The pool area - The staff is very helpful - Kids friendly amenities (bottle steriliser, baby bath, sofa bed for toddler, etc) - Room was spacious

The only thing maybe is the lack of storage in the room.

I loved The Pickering Hotel! The location is perfect—close to Chinatown but also within walking distance to Marina Bay, making it easy to explore the city. The views from our room were incredible, and I absolutely loved the minimalistic style of the interior—so elegant, modern, and calming. We were lucky to be there during Chinese New Year and had the honour of taking part in the hotel’s celebration, with dragon dancers and drummers visiting the property. It was such a memorable and joyful experience that made our stay even more special. I would highly recommend The Pickering Hotel for anyone looking for a stylish stay in a central location in Singapore.

A little pricey

Amazing location so close to public transportation, local restaurants and bars and easy to get to and from. The views were just beautiful, the garden and plant details perfect and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

I would have loved to see the in hotel bars and restaurants with some live music and more atmosphere but as a hotel couldn’t complain at all.
