Great staff and the room was very nice. Club was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Breakfast was outstanding!

The room I had was very big and well equipped, clean and comfortable

There was some sort of issue with the Air Con, as I had to stop it due to a electric click noise it made at night which was quite low and it sounded as if it was shocking something in the wall.

Was very lucky to get this lovely hotel at a discounted rate for our 3 night stay in Bangkok. Very nice attentive staff who spoke good English and went the extra mile, such as one lady named Dream on reception who overheard us discussing where to go first after checking in and she gave us a map of the immediate area around the hotel as well as a great detailed printed map of Bangkok which was better than the Lonely Planet map I had bought in the UK before travelling! Huge room with twin large beds, robes, slippers, with two armchairs and a small table as well as lots of counter desk space for anyone who might need to work while staying there. large modern bathroom with bathtub and separate large enclosed shower. The infinity pool on the 12th floor is quite small but looks nice and offers good views (we intended to use the pool and spa but didn't have time in the end). One evening we did have a few drinks in the rooftop bar on the same floor, which was quiet and relaxing and not too expensive for a 5-star hotel. The hotel's location is good as while it's on a very busy main road, it's a short walk to the nearest MRT metro station and only one metro stop the BTS sky train interchange at Asok, making it very easy to get around a lot of Bangkok by public transport. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Staff was great. Upgraded us. Super clean room. We checked in really late near midnight so they let us do late checkout. Only stayed here a night so wish I had more time.

Location isn’t the best best

Our stay was perfect - the staff is exceptionally helpful and the property is excellent. We will visit again for sure.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious throughout. Very comfortable rooms, beds, and lighting with quality fittings and quiet, not aware of other guests at all. Overall well designed. The staff were excellent, too.

The location was a bit far away from the main attractions

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, thanks to the excellent daily cleaning service. The view from our room was perfect, adding to the overall experience. The location was also great—just a few minutes' walk to the tube station, where you can easily catch a train to the airport or take the metro to the city center.

The rooms lacked soundproofing, and our room had a connecting door to the neighboring room, which made it quite uncomfortable—we could hear people as if they were in our own space. We were even woken up in the middle of the night by very loud shouting. The early check-in policy was very strict. Despite arriving in the middle of the night and the rooms being ready, we were made to wait until exactly 6 AM to get the keys—not even 10 minutes earlier. After a long journey, this didn’t feel very welcoming. A bit more flexibility in such cases would greatly improve the experience.

The rooms are amazing, beds very comfortable, the staff very accommodating and professional, the breakfast and amenities top notch, a great place to stay in Bangkok to enjoy the city!

The building is really well set up, our room was large and comfortable. The gym is great for a hotel gym, we didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and there’s sauna facilities too. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Thailand

The TV was a bit limited, no option for apps (like netflix) which I would expect to see especially as the TV in the room was clearly new and could have supported this if the network restrictions were changed. The room also smelled a bit musty, which seemed to be an aircon problem.

The professional attitude of all staff members. Our doorman Sugar welcomed us with a big smile and the front office agents were very quick to help, also always with a smile. Front office agent Ja was a delight to talk to. Location is amazing. Close to the mrt and bts. The room is spacious and has an amazing bathroom.

Our room had a bit of a smoke smell on the first night. The bed was too soft for our liking.

Fabulous hotel everything was a 5 star experience. Breakfast room service was amazing and the roof terrace bar at night was spectacular . The whole experience was faultless and we will defiantly stay again.

The location is central, but difficult to get to and from. Can take some time to get to other areas due to traffic around the area.

Certainly true 5 stars hotel. From the moment you enter the lobby, you can already feel the differences. Have all the bells and whistles for a great hotel.

Location is a bit odd even though it is close to airport line. Rely a lot of taxi to go from place to place. Traffic jam is absolutely horrible. Took us nearly 2 hours to travel approx 10kms (from the time I call the Taxi via Grab app at the hotel to arrival at destination). Steer clear for Taxi and use other transports! Also why is the outdoor infinity pool so cold ("ice cold"). Is it even necessary. Took the joy out of having a good swim as you cant stay for long.

We booked a room with lounge access and it was definitely worth the extra money. The lounge had a good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and the cocktails were nice. The food on offer was also great and we didn’t need to go out for dinner. Breakfast in the morning was very good and there was lots of variety.

Lovely property and would stay again.

Everything was amazing! I stayed for 3 days. Every single staff member was great. Especially Femke She was in the club lounge and made sure we had everything we needed every time 😊

The Hotel is good located in Bangkok. Restaurants, bus stop and metro are located closely. Although there’s a big street in front, rooms are very silent. Building is quite impressive.

Some of the furniture had better days, but it’s very clean.

A fantastic stay at the Lancaster in Bangkok. Staff were very friendly and the amenities were of a very high quality.

The only thing that I can think of is that the TVs in the rooms could be smart TVs/google chromecast connected

The housekeeping staff and the doormen were exceptional. Breakfast was exceptional. My husband got sick and the staff let us stay in the room until late and were extremely accommodating. Felt safe and snuggly. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and the pillows were perfect (in very fussy with these things 😂)

The staff were exceptional—extremely helpful, welcoming, warm, and friendly, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The pool area offered stunning views of the city, providing a perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The breakfast was another highlight, with an impressive variety of options to suit all tastes and plenty of delicious choices to start the day on a high note.

Only downside is the location. The hotel is situated right next to a busy main road, so there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity without relying on a taxi or public transportation.

We liked the fact that the family room is divided into two sleeping areas - one with twin beds, and one with a queen bed. This gave us some privacy while being in the same space. On the whole, our room was a good size, everything was clean, we had a good and peaceful rest, and staff were very friendly.

It’s not a very walkable neighborhood

- Fantastic breakfast buffet. - extremely large and well equipped gym - large swimming pool - close to the ARL which makes the commute to the airport easy

- the concierge forgot to reserve our taxi that I asked to book the night before leaving to the airport. - the family room was quite noisy for a strange reason.

Breakfast was tasty (and we received a discount coupon), comfortable bed, amazing jacuzzi next to the pool. The honeymoon surprise and unexpected fruit surprise were fantastic :)

Room was quiet most of the time but we could hear people from other rooms sometimes. Freezing water in the swimming pool. No debit card allowed for deposit purposes (only credit card). Also, the welcome drnk was quite large but we were not allowed to take it to the room so we had to finish it next to the reception when checking in. Location wasn't the best, hard to grab a taxi because of a constant traffic jam.
