The Rooftop views were amazing . The infinity pool was great. Very clean throughout.

You could not use the stairs to walk from one floor to the next which was annoying. This meant the lifts were very crowded at times.

Location was convenient

Rooms were fairly worn, aircon was only cool in one room. Only three elevators in the property so caused long queues, on our last day one stopped working all together adding to the chaos.

Nothing to like...

Breakfast was not good. And a very cold breakfast area. The room was not good. We even needed to ask for a side table. Lighting management is awful. No plugs at bedside. The front desk didn't issue a company invoice and told me to request it from Booking.com. The pool area and the bar were not good. Limited drinks at the pool bar, very poor menu.

Close to BTS surasak. Only good thing to say really.

Nothing around the hotel except a 7/11 across the street and breakfast place by the reception. Extremely misleading photos of the rooms. Not 4 star quality hotel. Will not stay here again when coming back to BKK and will not recommend to others either.

Air con - My room (studio single 2905) had a large vent pointed directly at the bed and even on the lowest fan speed it was like trying to sleep in a strong, cold wind. I had to turn it off completely.
Night light - the digital light switch panel for the bathroom faces the bed and is extremely bright at night. It needs a cover for those who like to sleep in the dark.
Cleanliness of “Unused” towels & bathrobe - I found long dark hairs on the bathrobe and a bath towel. (My hair is short and grey - and I did not have any visitors!)

The pool

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was far below the standard I would expect.
Upon check-in, there seemed to be a system error regarding our reservation for three guests. The staff member who assisted us handled the situation with a noticeably unfriendly and unwelcoming demeanor, which was a very poor first impression.
Throughout our stay, several issues went unaddressed:
* Despite our reservation being for three people, the room was not prepared with the appropriate number of towels or amenities.
* The soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty. When we called to request these items, it took over an hour for a staff member to arrive, and they only provided soap, without any communication.
* During checkout, I asked for directions to the parking lot. The front desk staff failed to inform me that I needed to validate my parking ticket. As a result, I had to walk back to the lobby from the parking lot to get the stamp, which was a significant inconvenience.
I am particularly concerned that these issues seemed to be linked to a difference in the way my group and other guests were treated. It felt as though we were not given the same level of care and attention. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these shortcomings to ensure all guests are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

The staff weren't very kind or accommodating unfortunately and out of my 5 days there, I didn't have hot water for 4 of the days unfortunately.

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The adjoining coffee shop had tasty food but service was slow due to short staffing but the existing staff tried their best

More staff in the coffee shop excellent location, good value for your money and I’d highly recommend it for everyone!

The room was super cool and the pool also. The staff and buffet were great. I highly recommend this hotel and Im willing to come back soon

The European reservation of towels on the chaurs at the swimmingpool in the morning so no one can find a free slace to sit/lay and the people putting a towel appear hours later, so not social and the staff just accept that bad behaviour.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The amenities were spotless and staff super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was superb. It had a good mix of western and eastern cuisine. I really appreciated how the head chef did regular rounds requesting for feedback on the food. This was top class.

The roof top bar was incredible too. Being able to get a great view of Bangkok was something to remember.

The traffic to get to the hotel was shambolic. I would strongly suggest using a scooter or a Grab Scooter to get there. Good luck trying to access the hotel throughout the day. I don't think there is such thing as peak hour traffic in Bangkok. The area within vicinity of the hotel was ALWAYS BUSY and packed.

Room was good with a nice view.

Poor breakfasts. Mediocre food, that was cold and kept running out. Useless toaster, coffee machine kept breaking down and poor choices.

Drinks in the roof-top bar were very expensive.

Lighting system complicated and not fiery user friendly.

It was hard go get a beer at the pool bar or for mini fridge.

Location is very nice. Very close to BTS Sky train foot bridge.

Room small. (1 x large bed type). Concave old bed.

My third visit, and I have always enjoyed staying here. The Executive Double corner room has a great view and is quiet and comfortable. The BTS Surasak station is directly in front and the Sathorn Boat Pier (to IconSiam, Asiatique, Grand Palace, etc is one stop away. The coffee shop downstairs is great for quick bites.

The Rooftop restaurant has changed to "high end" dining - and is very very very overpriced. The floor used to be unlocked all day to hotel guests, then serving casual food and reasonable drinks at a fun bar in the evening. Now it is locked during the day, the bar is gone, and the prices are outrageous, As a frequent previous guest, this was a HUGE disappointment.
