Incredible room, excellent breakfast

The attention paid to detail in this hotel was fantastic. Having stayed in 5 star hotels across London, the Ned is very impressive. The service was excellent, the facilities with so many bars and restaurants and a resident band, made the stay even more enjoyable.

We booked the Japanese meal and found that once we had finished eating (even though we had been told we had an hour +) we were made to feel that we had to leave. There were a few spaces to sit however the waitress put a couple directly next to us which was absolutely fine. But we were definitely made to feel we should be moving on. IE being glared at.

The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish ! The lobby hits you immediately as it has the most vibrant vibe. Rooms , staff everything was exceptional

The location is perfect to get around london. The property itself has beautiful decor and has its own unique history.

The hotel is very popular with guests and the general public because of what the hotel offers in the way of various restaurants and music along with a nightclub, therefore the lobby can become very busy so the waiters are often occupied with all sorts of tasks this meant even if you are staying then you have no priority when requiring a drink etc.

The hotel was superb and one of the best in the UK I have stayed in, the rooms service and hotel are just stunning. We have booked again.

Disappointed that we were charged £46 for mini bar when we had not consumed anything and have disputed the charge. Room overall very good, although views from window were of all the H&V plant, even from the 7th floor. We had an issue with the Nespresso coffee machine not being connected and required an engineer from the service team to resolve

I think for the price of the room, you should be shown to your room with your bags rather than pointed in the direction of a lift and sent on your way.

Lovely room but it should be for £735 for one night! Good food and loved the band and dancing in the main bar area

Reception staff didn't seem to know what they were talking about sometimes! I stayed on a Sunday night and was going to be charged an additional amount to enter the Vault but the Vault is closed on Sundays!

Excellent preservation of the building and celebrating its origin. The standards were extremely high and the team were clearly passionate about their working environment

Reception being so far back for the hotel was somewhat disappointing. Whilst the doorman were exceptional and made us feel welcome, a host stand or reception area upon entry would be beneficial to support new visitors.

Central location ,atmosphere staff,restaurants were great. We had an evening meal at Millie’s served by a great waiter called Lav, who made our experience that bit better.

Pillows were a little flat, filling up the water tank in coffee maker burnt back of my hand on the kettle in the coffee station in the comfort room 333 Plug in the sink didn’t close The lighting in the hotel and rooms was very dark, having limited sight this made it difficult for me to see the menu and my food and also made it difficult for applying my make up. We booked in at Lutyens, then, after we had gone out for a walk we received a phone call to say that our booking was not possible, so the member of staff from Lutyens went round all of the other restaurants to try and book us an alternative, which we appreciated but all of which we found a little disappointing. We did enjoy our meal at Millie’s saved by the excellent service by the staff.

Decor is top notch, bed was comfortable and the whole stay felt very luxurious. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Great amenities from the pool/ spa to rooftop bar. Amazing lounge with entertainment. Room was beautiful with plenty of space. Location is very central.
