Hotel Arts, Barcelona

The hotel is so beautiful! We were so lucky to be upgraded to suite with a sea view, it was spectacular. The staff are super friendly and the breakfast was brilliant. And they offered us a free late checkout. We were gifted a beautiful bottle of wine and chocolates.

The room was superb extra spacious, with a breathtaking view over the see, the Barceloneta and partly the city.The premises were lavishly decorated and the cleaning of the room would happen even during our night outing, if this was necessary.

The breakfast venue was small for the size and the guests of the hotel and particularly cold. Elderly people were asking blankets over their shoulders and the personel was attending their request. Although the variety and the quality of the food at the boufets was satisfactory, one had to rush and get out as quickly as possible. Maybe this was what the directors of the hotel came up with, to counteract the habit of lingering and playing with cell phones.

The view is amazing and the breakfast was nice as well. room space is also big as well

just some odour coming from the bathroom but the manager sorted the issue out.

The staff are great the food options were great the room was comfortable , special thanks to Natalie from the concierge

It was our family vacation to Barcelona and Hotel Arts Barcelona made it a memorable one. We loved each and every aspect of the hotel. The room was such wonderful that we will remember it for a long time. The staffs were very helpful and always eager to help. Our family loved interacting with them. We also loved the breakfast which had lot of options and here again the staffs were so excellent that we used to enjoy having breakfast. Overall, this was great and life-time experience for us.

Arts Hotel is being refurbished so not all facilities are open and in particular the breakfast room is small and limited to what used to be.

They did not le me know at the time of booking that the hotel was being refurbished and therefore not at its best, staff is not as it used to be on the days Ritz Carlton was running the hotel and has gone downhill rapidly

No thing all perfect

We had a fantastic room with a king-size bed. We were able to stay in this room with a toddler and a baby and still have plenty of room. Besides size, the room's quality is amazing. During our stay, they were renovating the hotel, so some parts were closed, but we wouldn't have even noticed it if we hadn't seen the construction.

Due to construction, the amenities were limited. I wasn't able to find a proper place to work, so I had to work from the lobby. The Internet needs an upgrade.

There is nothing I did not like. Super friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic design rooms totally refurbished and very well isolated so no noise at all. One of the best breakfast buffets I have seen in recent years. Top service, probably one of the best 5 star hotels not only in Barcelona or Europe.

Outdoor pool is quite small if there are a lot of people that want to stay outside

The best hotel in Barcelona. We had a lovely stay and definitely will be back. People working here are so friendly and attentive to details. Rooms are beautiful, modern and well equipped.

Reception is not on the ground floor

It’s rare that a hotel really is close to perfect and I think this most definitely is! Everyone was helpful and friendly who worked there and it felt safe and relaxing. The room was incredible- really clean and stylish and the bathroom was such a treat. Location great Pool and pool restaurant was very good. We are keen to come again as it was excellent. Thanks to all staff

I like the hotel close to the beach and have a nice good view. Staffs are helpful and assist to sort out my reservation. House keeping did an excellent job to keep the room clean. They are also attentive to small details.

The shower cubicle drain is clogged and water cannot drain properly. It flooded to the other bathroom area. I believe the drainage should maintain better form time to time.

I can’t say that the hotel is super, but not bad. The breakfast was really good.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel ARTS ! The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the view was simply breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond — they were so helpful and even spoiled me with thoughtful surprises throughout my stay. I truly felt cared for in every way. I’m already dreaming about coming back to this beautiful hotel!

The property was gorgeous, clean, bright. Location was perfect. Our room was stunning with a great view. Staff was so genuinely helpful and friendly. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Food was pricey. Pool menu was not extensive. No kids meal. So if kids are happy and swimming there wasn’t much to buy them to eat.

Elevators are not enough , and the staff of the hotel use the same elevators with the guests.
