Great breakfast, the facilities are top notch but there is not much around the property. There is a boat that takes you into the center of Geneva.

The hotel is very cosy, a nice luxury style. We had diner and breakfast near the fire place, the food was very good.

Pitty that the sauna's where located in the dressing room and therefor separated for men and women. The extra's were also very expensive (appr. 26€ for an Aperol Spritz)

Outstanding in every way, the best location for businesses meetings

Everything! perfection! Very attentive staff. Lovely spa, good gym. Food was amazing. Very very dog friendly even in the Michelin star restaurant.

I wanted to have an appointment in the spa, but the rather arrogant receptionist curtly informed that they were fully booked - this was disapointing as the spa was a major reason for choosing the hotel. It would have been helpful if the reception could have advised this was likely during check in.

Location is super convenient for those living in Geneve or Vaud. Staff were very professional and not pretentious Room was comfortable with all sorts of goodies for us It was my partner’s birthday and they gave us a special cake that was out of this world All the little details such as the evening turndown service were impressive

Room was a bit small and no view Shower was in a bathtub that requires a bit of balance to get in and out of The spa has its separate men’s and women’s saunas so we could not enjoy that together, which kinda hurt the couples vibe

Too much noice of airplanes during the day

service is exceptional order the French toast at the breakfast. try the pain au chocolat. they look standard. but don’t judge a book on its cover. they are super the Chinese restaurant made me reconcile with Chinese restaurant. thank you so much to all the staff. everything is super clean

it’s a bit further from the city center and we were looking forward to use the shuttle by boat. it only operates in the summer since COVID. a pity

Hotel Rooms are beautiful, quiet, and clean

The AC was not working in the room. Maintenance team came to check it late at night, yet were not able to solve the issue. We had to spend the whole night with no AC, despite staying in a 5 star hotel in Geneva. Staff needs to be better trained to ensure that the guests are comfortable with the services and not just the facilities of the hotel.

Location next to airport and highway is good.

The lady with a long black pony tail guided us to the breakfast table at 10h15. At 10h30 breakfast closes. Despite asking we were not given the nice empty table at the window. We had to sit in the back in the dark and were disturbed by the dismantling of the buffet. I told this to the same lady again and in a super arrogant way responded. Unacceptable behaviour for such a place. Never La Reserve again. By the way a tall waiter was behaving extremely responsibly. A staff like this does not belong to such a place. Also it was dark everywhere so one could not see the state of the property and the cleanliness......

The surroundings are perfect, the massages are outstanding, the food is great

It is not a palace hotel, people don’t go out of their way to make things perfect for you. They are all driven by money. The smallest thing that is outside of your breakfast bill, they charge you for it. It’s petty

This place is utterly mis-sold and massively over priced. Very underwhelming. No views of the lake. Main road noise outside on the terrace. Restaurant over priced and waiter service not good enough. This place need to be more honest about itself.

the play ground, the pool and the garden, the tea room.

the rooms are outdated, the food wasn’t delicious, the service in the breakfast area was slow. I found a small cockroach in the room and an ant on the towel in the bathroom.

a beautiful property - the facilities and food were lovely, the spa was best-in-class and loved the water transport to town and the concierge

room wasn’t ready on time so to check in before our dinner (8p), had to downgrade.
