had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were super modern, and I really appreciated the warm welcome and the amazing staff. One of the highlights for me was the Soft Play area, where my kids had a great time playing—it was a huge plus, especially since it was raining a lot during my stay. This hotel is an excellent choice for families with children! Another big advantage is the location—it's very close to the Eiffel Tower. I was able to walk there at night with my three children and felt completely safe in the area around the hotel. The laundry service was also a must-have! On the morning of my departure, before heading to my next destination, I could wash and dry my clothes at an affordable price. The space was convenient and made my stay even more comfortable as a family traveler. The only downside was that the elevator broke down on my last night, and since I was on the second floor, getting down and back to room with bags, stroller, and kids was a bit challenging. But despite this, I truly loved my stay and would definitely return!

Everything was clean but the bathroom smelled like mold so bad especially after someone would shower. No ventilation in bathroom or a window. Had to keep bathroom door closed at all times or it made the whole room smell of mold. Otherwise clean, great location, beds were comfortable

Fantastic location near to Eiffel Tower. Very friendly staff. Free water refills for bottles. Great kids play room, board games free to use, video arcade machines free to use. Large lounge area to relax. Rooms small but very clean and comfy beds. Kids loved the pacman decor. Breakfast was nice. You can get pizza for ten euro to eat in lounge which was great with kids.

Check-in was easy and smooth, also online check-in was offered. The location is very good, the rooms are modern and clean but extremely small. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very kine and helpful. The breakfast is abundant and typical french. It is a family and kid friendly hotel which is a cool thing. Parking is also available, for extra cost, but it is a great advantage.

The rooms are extremely small. For a few nights it is OK, but for a longer stay it would be a bit uncomfortable. A fridge could be useful and very much appreciated. It was strange that we hd to pay a deposit for possible damages of the room.

Yooma is close to Eiffel Tower. Also, you can reach metro with a few minutes walk. The hotel’s design is enjoyable for kids. There are free games at the lobby area for the kids. The cleaning was good and the staff were nice and helpful. Also, I felt safe during my stay. As a family, we enjoyed our stay at Yooma.

We loved the neighborhood as it was quiet but had great shops and cafe/restaurants around the area. Also Eiffel Tower was very close to our home. In same time we were far from touristic loud area. Location was great for our taste. The hotel itself was good value for money: comfortable beds and clean rooms. We did not spend a lot of time in hotel, mostly just slept there, however they did have gym, sauna, pool table and many more. Next time we will try to use these as well ;). Now the most important thing SERVICE. The service was very very good. In the morning time we were greeted with nice smiles. We arrived at the hotel a lot earlier than our check in was supposed to take place and they let us in. I think we arrived around like 11 and check in was at 15. We had planned to put things in locker and go to the city, but they made out day as we were able to change clothes and fresh up before heading to the city. Our last evening we came from bar and staying drinking in the hotel bar. The barman had very good sense of humor. It was very great stay! We did not eat in the hotel so unfortunately we have no information about the food.

If you are a family or group of six, you can do no better than this is central Paris for location and price. This is a modern, quirky, and wonderful place in a great location. The staff is excellent.

Very convenient location. Food and facilities were brilliant.

Paid the city tax on arrival. On checkout we were told we did not pay it and looked for the tax again. Had a full argument with us at the desk about it. It was paid in cash and was not logged on our payment. Receipts should be have given over the counter or straight into our email on file. No need for any confusion if the staff follow the correct protocol for payments.

Location easy access to Eiffel Tower to the right of the hotel and to the left of hotel is a great area for high street shops and dining. Family friendly and relaxed vibes.

The room was smaller than expected it’s quite tight if you are 5+ with luggage.

It is really close to everything we needed and wanted to visit.

The Yooma Hotel is in a great location to see all of the sights of Paris. We were able to walk everywhere. There is a big supermarket within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and could get gluten free bread and soy milk. The kids loved the playroom and the arcade games. We had a room with 2 bunk beds and a double. The room was a good size and we liked having a seperate toilet. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend staying here if you have kids.

Room wasn’t quite big enough for 2 adults and 2 grown children with large bags. Need up to date board games.

The fact that the toilet and shower were in different rooms was wonderful. It was also nice being located close to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly and fulfilled requests when we made them. The kitchen had oat milk for my coffee, which was great because most places I found in Paris didn't have any alternative milk for those that do not consume dairy and lactose.

The room was smaller than the picture shown on the website, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice if breakfast was provided rather than having to pay an additional amount for it. The hot water in the hotel went out, but staff was kind and the problem was fixed relatively quickly.

We stayed here from December 24th to 28th, 2024, and it was perfect for a budget-friendly family trip to Paris. The location is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the hotel is incredibly child-friendly. The Pac-Man-themed decor was a delightful throwback to the '90s, filling me with nostalgia. My kids loved the free arcade games, and the family lounge provided a great space for us to relax together. Highly recommended!

There was no water available in the room, and Coffee was a machine made that cost 4 Euro which I felt was a kill.

The place was very close to the Eiffel Tower by walking, also close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The staff was very nice and helpful. The shower in the room was excellent, with a strong stream of water that is not typical for Europe in general. The hotel itself is located in a quiet passage so that walking around at night near the hotel feels comfortable and pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the room was relatively clean and access to the room was very convenient. The hotel's & room's design was cool and fresh, loved it.

The location of the hotel is in an area that feels a little unsafe at night. Also, the location of the hotel is not in a central area and some walking or using the train is required to reach a central area of ​​the city. The smell in the room was a bit musty, maybe because the windows don't open in the rooms. Outside the window of my room was a lovely little patch of grass that I would have loved to sit on, but because the windows don't open - there was no access there. The room didn't have a small fridge to store food products in, but I was only in the hotel for one night so it didn't change much.

Location was fantastic with shops, restaurants and transport options near by. Check in was quick and easy. Being Christmas time there was also a lovely little gift. The facilities are clean and well appointed with a gym and entertainment space.

Be prepared for small rooms. They are clean and include daily servicing but there is very little space for suitcases and bags. I would recommend packing light if you are staying here!
