The time we were staying was air conditioning broken, one of the lift and dryer were out of order.

Great location, lovely theming around pacman, good sized rooms and facilities such as lockers for storing luggage (for a fee) and a laundry. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kids loved the bunk beds with the sliding doors to give a bit of privacy in our shared family room. The toilet was separate to the shower which was great too. Shower was powerful.

Limited food options in the evening; the restaurant was a bit fancy for our family so we opted for "bar snacks". Pizzas were sold out and the pasta was a quick microwave reheat. The air-conditioning was only at 50% and whilst we got some compensation with free breakfast it meant a very warm two nights for trying to sleep.

Location was excellent. walk to Seine And Eiffle tower, Children love this hotel because of , free arcade in lobby, the bunk beds and painting on the wall Staff was wonderful, extremely polite and helpful

There was no basic facility such as coffee or kettles in the room and we have to pay £4 in lobby to drink a cup of coffee or tea but everything else was excellent

The hotel has several issues with the air conditioning

I visited Paris for a conference and I travelled by car from Germany, hence I needed a secure parking spot to leave my car. YOOMA was the only one that confirmed me the possibility to book the parking spot in advance. The access to the parking lot was possible only by card and it was very safe and discreet, I felt safe to leave my car there unattended for 4 days. I shared a quadruple with my colleague and we were very satisfied with the space and the cleanings. The breakfast was of excellent quality, with a good variety of French pastries like croissant and pain au chocolate, as well as eggs and bacon , yogurt and different types of cereals. Staff was very present and the hotel overall was very clean. Location was very good, around 10min walking from the metro and 30min walking from the tour Eiffel. We walked almost every day and reached without problems the main sites like Louvre. Finally, we also came back at different hours and late at night and the area was very safe. One final remark which was not very clear while booking this property, this is a games theme and family-centred hotel , with the main theme being pac-man. If you don't like being surrounded by children (in our case they didn't cause any problem or didn't disturb) or large groups of adolescent, then this might not be your hotel.

Not all staff was friendly. I had problems the first day when requesting the invoice for reimbursement and the receptionist insisted quite rudely that booking was supposed to provide it. When I tried to explain that booking already confirmed me that YOOMA was supposed to provide me with the invoice, she rolled her eyes and said it was impossible. At the end of my stay , I talked to another staff member which promptly confirmed me that I was going to receive all the invoices, both stay and parking, in one week time after my checkout.

We have stayed here twice and mostly stayed a second time because our children loved the arcade machines :D. Booked a 4-person room and got a six-person room which was great. Lots of restaurants and metro a short walk away. Great lounge. Great breakfast (but we missed the madeleines from last time!).

They didn’t have pizza the one night we were going to eat in the lounge so just check before you get your hopes up :). The machines were randomly not working, maybe half of them might need some repairs.

Aircon was not good barely worked but then we were there in unusually warm temps ???? staff did provide us with a fan and changed our room which we were grateful for. Rooms were quite small but we weren't there much so not that much of a big deal.

Kids were excited to go there. Was a little disappointed as the aircon was non existent and paid extra for a river view but couldn’t see anything due to large trees in front of the hotel. Spiders & wasps right outside the window, so couldn’t open windows.

So quirky, loved the free sweets and games to play. Kids loved the play room bit, which was a huge bonus. Great location wise!!!

Shame there was no kettle in the room.

The location of the hotel is easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, metro, RER trains. There was a comercial street two blocks away where you could get just about anything you need. We were there on a few very hot days and the AC kept up very well. The TV had CNN and a few other English speaking programs, all news type. It had the option for two twin beds. Overall we would stay there again. It would be perfect if you have kids.

The beds were too hard for my wife, but OK for me. The twin bed rooms are really small, but just adequate. Wish they would have had a small refrigerator to store those very expensive Paris restaurant leftovers. On occasion we would hear the kids playing outside and you often heard a siren go by. Never could get the screen casting to the TV to work. And finally, had two fire alarms, one at 7:00 AM, but nothing serious.

The public areas were not properly cleaned. In the breakfast area, there were not enough tables, and the sofas looked dirty. There were available tables in the middle of the restaurant with “reserved” signs on them, but no one was seated there. Despite this, the staff did not allow us to sit there and gave no explanation.

The location close to the Eiffel tower was great. Nice to be able to see the tower lit up in the evenings while just being out on a walk. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffé was tasty with quite a large selection. Staff was friendly. The hotel has good facilities for children in general, but the baby cots need an update. There was an issue finding one that wasn't broken.

New baby cots are needed.

Personnel very friendly, the whole gaming theme was fantastic, the kids playground very useful. Good value for money in Paris.

When I arrived after a tough day travelling i was greeted by the lovely Georgia who was so welcoming. It was really nice after such a difficult trip. There is free drinking water at reception

There was no kettle in the room

Breakfast was standard. Although always the same things to eat, its tasty and always fresh with enough diversity to find something new to eat for a few days stay. Rooms were clean with enough space and cosy beds. Everything looked of quality and sturdy enough. Acessories were all there (soap, hairdryer, tp..). Service was ok, Maybe some of them could use english lessons, but everyone was polite and willing to help.

Water was shut down for a few hours in the afternoon right when you shower in these hot days. Later in the night (4am) a false alarm was raised for unknown reason, people started evacuating but in the end alarm was shut down (after long few minutes) with simple explanation it was false. A bit hard to sleep after that adventure but hey, better to have an alarm than none at all I guess.

Very spacious for a Paris stay..10 mins walk to Eiffel..it's a hidden gem .. 5 mins walk to a variety of eating places..10 mins to subway station .. The room itself acvomsatws a family of 4 very easily .. Bath is separate from toilet giving 2 people access. Lobby has multiple games and mini arcade, gym and sauna The locker storage is an amazing idea . Will definitely stay here again

Pretty convenient and within walking distance to the metro station. There are stunning views of the eiffel tower when walking right outside the hotel.

One lift didn’t work and the other lift was quite slow. It could take minutes just to go up to the hotel room. The room is also fairly small. There is a lack of amenities such as a kettle, a fridge and drinking cups.

Brilliant for kids. The free old school amusement style games were a bonus especially for my 6 and 9 yr olds. Handy little play den and the bunk beds in the family room catered perfectly for my 3 children. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with our air con however never flagged it with reception as we were so busy out and about that we kept forgetting so obviously wasn’t too big an issue.

As the weather is 30degrees The aircon is so low , they should put it alittle bit cold so its much nicer to stay inside

Excellent location, 10 min walk to train, eifel tower and the hop on hop off bus tours pick up from the eifel tower. Perfect location and hotel for families of all ages.

Family room was small but perfect for a couple of nights stay, separate toilet and shower made it all the easier. Only negative, the air con wasn’t great, room got stuffy and the windows didn’t open.

This place is perfect if you have little ones it’s game related and everything in here is an experience. From the moment you step into the reception area to the moment you leave you will love it. The games in reception are an added bonus the rooms are comfortable and clean the cleanest room we’ve most likely stayed in. It feels safe and has the added bonus of the gym and sauna which we didn’t have time to use. It’s around 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and has restaurants and coffee shops even closer. It’s a busy hotel but as soon as you shut your room door we heard nothing. AC in the room was also a bonus the kids loved there bunk beds that even had charging points and reading light in too. Everything has been thought about and you will not be disappointed if you stay here. We had breakfast which was Buffett style continental with bacon eggs and beans and croissants galore coffee was good too. It also has parking for €25 amazing please we will definitely come back.

We were not made aware of the €200 deposit for the room which wasn’t a problem but it was a surprise. I get why they do it but it was a surprise pay it in cash if you can because you get it back right after you check out that way.

Brilliant location and perfect accommodation for a family weekend Paris trip. The breakfasts were excellent and all the beds comfortable. The children loved the games area in foyer!

Location, no-nonsense service.

Very small rooms. Even with just 2 bags of luggage we found it difficult to maneuver around. Also no electric kettle in the room.

It was very hot in the hotel and hard to cool our room down and it was very hot outside the day we stayed. Other than that, we had a great experience!
