The location is ideal. Close to the train station, Palais do Congres, Ste. Catherine Street etc etc. The room was a workable size and clean. Staff was always polite and helpful. The restaurant is very good. Nothing but good things to say, would definitely go back.

The property is very clean and modern, and the location is perfect especially if you plan to spend a lot of time downtown. But it’s right next to a Metro station so it’s definitely easy to get around if you need!

The hotel is modern and in a prime location for access to Montreal. The hotel has a really good breakfast buffet which is always hot and to a good standard. The bed is really comfortable with a fluffy duvet and soft mattress. The self check-in kiosks are easy to use.

The rooms are nice and clean, the hotel overall has an aesthetic design. I would definitely stay here again, the location was very accessible for walking and transit. Breakfast was great as well!

We brought our pet which was stated when I booked and I knew there would be an additional charge but it came out to $55 PER night so that was a real hit to the price. I would prefer that hotels just request an additional deposit for pets rather than such a high charge.

I appreciated that I was in crisis and had to figure out where to stay for three nights in Montreal when another hotel missed my prepaid reservation. Mon ville helped me greatly and the staff helped me to feel calm and secure.

Loved the location, the clean but moody aesthetics, the customer service and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast brunch buffet was exceptionally tasty and I loved that as a genius member I was able to have a breakfast included with my stay.

The room was a bit small, wasn’t a fan on the entry layout. I also wish there was a pool and sauna

I thought the room was a little small considering two adults had not much room for their suitcases.

The (VERY) strict timing on Breakfast with everything cleared away at exactly 10.30 am despite the breakfast area being full of guests!

They were very attentive. Someone was always there if I had any questions.
Anything I asked to be brought to my room was done very quickly.
As my luggage was delayed, they provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and extra items to help cover the items I didn't have.

The water pressure on the main shower head could've been better. The other hand-held shower head was great, but I think people would like to have the overhead shower to have more pressure.

The hotel was great, but what brought it home was the amazing staff. Our flight was cancelled due to terrible weather so we had to make another booking in another name, and they were very nice enough to keep us in the same room that they had already (generously) upgraded us to. Shout out to all the staff, in particular to Connor, for being so accommodating.

A minor thing: their amenities like body wash, shampoo and conditioner, came in tiny containers that they replenish day by day. Would have been better to just be in a big dispenser.

the location it's really great because you have a metro station near, as well as other small stores and restaurants (5 min walk at least). The room was really comfy and it was always clean. The staff it's really nice and polite. If I return to Montreal, I'd love to stay again with them.

There's only a 600 dolar retention that I was asked to pay at the beginning. When I checked out, a few days later they return the money to my account without any issue :) I'd have loved that someone explained this to me before I arrived.. Other than that, everything was clear and it did meet my expectations.

Fantastic location for all Montreal activities - downtown, Old Montreal, Vieux Port, Mont Royal, theatre district, etc. Very comfortable 4-star hotel with an excellent gym
