I liked everything about it except SPA services.

My recent stay at Dolder Grand was an experience that truly set a new standard for luxury and guest satisfaction. From the outset, the staff's exceptional service was a standout feature. The view was stunning, the staff was super friendly and professional, the facilities, including the rooms and common areas were amazing. We particularly enjoyed the bathroom and its under floor heating, the radio mirror and the many shower nozzles.

Although it felt like we could get many benefits included, it was offputting that the minibar was not included in the price. The "double bed" was composed of two single beds bundles together, which is not quite the same. When the shuttle to the city centre was not available, the hired taxi replacement was not up to standard.

Everything accept the beds for a five star hotel the beds are 2 stars the majority of hotels have far better mattresses than this hotel.

So Dear agents from Dolder, with all respect, when we asked for the king bed it’s not to put two single beds together… otherwise you are sleeping in a hole.

Whole experience staying at The Dolder Grand was excellent. All facilities especially Spa was incredible.

Enjoyed the upgrade of room, the friendliness of the staff and the location of the Hotel. Although I didn't have enough time to book a treatment, the Gym and Spa facilities are amazing.

Checkout was a little bumpy, waited 30 minutes for my bags. The day I left it was quite busy, so quite slow. Other than that, excellent experience.

Lovely location above Zurich with a quiet big spa area. Rooms with a great view and breakfast was delicious. Would book again if a chance occurs.

The hotel is amazing! Fantastic location and superb amenities. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, and the view stunning, especially if you get the front side of the hotel with views of the Alps in the distance. Amazing to wake up to and amazing to fall asleep to. The spa was fantastic (Vincent! He helped relieve what feels like years long lower back pain!) And the restaurant absolutely delicious! All in all a great stay, just wish it had been longer.

The price was a bit on the high side, especially for a family of 5. But you pay for what you get, and what we got was worth it.

Everything in the hotel was perfect. From the reception staff to the gym, everything is 5 star level

The location for solo travelers who go to Zurich for the 1st time is a bit far. Prepare yourself to pay at least 30 euros every way you go from central zurich to the hotel. If this is not a problem for you, enjoy! Besides the distance, i Would definitely come back to the hotel!

If this place is a 5 star hotel, then every other "5 star" hotel I've been to is a 3 star.

Expensive but worth it. Fantastic check in and friendly helpful staff. Overall service was exceptional, we are in The Restaurant, having the 6 course tasting menu - amazing experience.

Very nice SPA area, great location and lots of arts in the hotel.

Couple of no go happened during our stay: 1.) we got a room in a historical part of the Building, which was a surprise but had some charm although the rooms are smaller and balcony can hardly be used due to size and location. The extra bed for our son was the cheapest possible „Feldbett“. After I complained („we don’t have others, you can book a single room extra but for a charge“) we somehow got a better one. And this all for 1.250€ per night (no breakfast included!) 2.) hotel has „no kids under 12“ in SPA policy which of course, I checked before. My son was registered 13,5 by presenting his passport upon check in. Nevertheless I was asked at SPA reception again and stated his age. Couple of minutes later (I was in SPA!) I had a missed call by reception regarding the age of my son! This was so annoying. Better check all your customers wearing bathing shorts in Sauna, this is much more of a problem.
