Banging noises at 7am in the morning

The spa and rooftop pool are amazing, so is the "library", service, food and drinks. Highly recommend!!

Nice breakfast. good lobby area

The location is not near down town, about a good mile or so in an industrial type area, we did walk to town center but took ubers most of the time.

Everything absolutely everything. The rooms the tiolet in the foyer when birds sound as you enter. The books the books. The staff - Marie - Lena @ reception - welcoming efficient kind. Jeff - Karim and Randy extra ordinary waiting staff. Engaging helpful professional and very friendly. My friend and I loved the place. We will return with other friends and family. It is a true destination hotel. The rooms were decorated beautifully as was the buildings design and decor.

Excellent staff, very clean and great location.

Lots of options and very efficient and friendly service. Nice atmosphere in the library area. The staff (especially Simirit) could not do more for you. Generally excellent breakfast. The staff on reception also excellent (especially Irinin) and they could not have helped me more. From trying to get my room ready early as I arrived at 7:30am to helping with Ubers. I did not try the spa but I will next time I stay here.

Maybe more vegan options, not that I’m vegan. But many places now cater for a variety of people’s diets.

Very clean, very welcoming. Easy access to all locations. Friendly staff from breakfast to all through the night. Breakfast does the job.

Spa access for non hotel stayers was slightly off putting and was not made aware anyone could access, but only minor in the scheme of things

The hotel was located where I needed to be, was clean, comfortable and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a situation with my luggage, which was lost and returned dirty from airline. The hotel staff felt so bad that they cleaned all my clothes on the spot at NO charge. I travel all over the world and this rates at the top for me.

Great staff that is focused on solving problems and ensuring Guests satisfaction is huge. Super water facilities with pool both on the roof and in the basement. Superb breakfast with great selection of Swiss cheeses and eggs made to your order.

Problems with spa

Staff friendliness, welcome, service, spa and breakfast

Very clean, elegant hotel with good customer service. The gym is small but it has what is needed for a couple of sessions, bike, dumbbells, and one machine. The breakfast is not huge but has enough variety and tastes great. It is close to the city center, you can take the tramp and you are there in 15 mins (tramp station 8 mins). A few supermarkets and shops close by, sadly the spa was under renovation.

Amazing and exceptional staff!! They are what made my stay beautiful. I enjoyed staying in the hotel more than going around!! Will definitely be back. Thank you again and again

Absolutely nothing to dislike

the staff were Amazing and especially Leonardo who made us a special map with places to see and things to do. Also the breakfast and mini bar were amazing and the bath house was the cherry on top.

The spa was lovely, the steam rooms could have been steamier not much steam, some of the pools were not very warm I caught a cold it was chilly at night. The breakfast was ok not many choices but sufficient. The food we ordered was just ok but I loved our room and view of Zurich. The rooftop pool very nice.

Steam rooms were not working properly the pools were not warm enough only one was very warm. No soup, just a few menu items. More food choices would have been good.

The hotel staff were lovely. It has a nice feel.

It's the best hotel ever i booked in Zurich. Lovely spa, hyper friendly staff, wonderful and comfortable room. The location a bit far from the center, but it is much better to walk a bit

Great variety and great service

Absolutely liked everything. The staff are great, rooms are large and could not wish for more. Breakfast was great. We were even allowed to leave our truck outside reception as was too big for the parking garage. Staff really went over and above.

It’s was a great hotel - very personal, clean and all the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel has an amazing rooftop pool/spa and it’s a 20 min walk (at most) into the center of town. Excellent value!

Clean, bedroom is big and comfortable. Unfortunately facilities nothing much. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Speak well English.

A bit far from city and not easy to find.

The staff are exceptional, and the hotel is beautiful. From the leadership to the front desk, to the amazing whiskey sour by Karim, B2 is a home from home.

Excellent service, great room with minibar included in the price and high quality cosmetics. Fantastic spa with discount for hotel guests.

The hotel is situated on the hill so if you are travelling by public transport, be ready to carry your luggage through a steep road.

Le Spa was fabulous if a little expensive. The dining room / Library is superb.

Access is still a little complicated. We asked a friend for dinner. They got hopelessly lost even though they have been living in Zurich for 50 years

I did not go to the spa or pool. I did have breakfast, though, and it was plentiful, with options for all tastes. The coffee was not their strength, though. I am sure they can work on that. What I really liked about the hotel was the service. Truly every single one of the people who work there is absolutely delightful and extremely professional. I was welcomed with a massive smile, they upgrades my room, and offered me a complimentary drink. The receptionist explained everything about the hotel to us, the explanation was on point, not too short or long. I had inadvertently booked for one night instead of two and they were able to accommodate me very quickly. What was not very good for me was the distance from the center. I was staying a day and a half and if one is splurging like I was on the hotel, I should have calculated the distance better. Staying in town would have been better for us. Also, I really wanted a room that gave to the forest at the back of the hotel. Those are the two things that I would have wished for to make my stay extra special. The hotel is a great place for business people that is for sure, there is plenty of room in the reception area for work and it is quiet. Great experience all round and again, excellent

Spa is exceptional. Very different to many hotel spas with the Roman baths style, steps to follow in a spa ritual. Room was spacious with a good view. Comfortable bed too.

Very basic breakfast of cereals, muesli, meats, cheese, breads and juices. Option for eggs - scrambled, fried, boiled or omelette. But that’s it and it costs CHF 35 per person.

Absolutely beautiful and luxurious in a very relaxed, modern way. I felt truly comfortable.

Having to walk up the steps or the hill to get to the entrance, and on a couple of evenings walking from the nearest tram stop on my own in the dark wasn't ideal. I never felt unsafe, but it's something to think about.

Staff were excellent, very accommodating. Waiters could not do enough for you. Access to the spa and rooftop pool at discounted price was a big bonus. Mini bar topped up daily at no extra chart which is very unusual. The room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. Would definitely recommend and return.

The library and lamps made of beer bottles are impressive. The rooms was very stylish and breakfasts were delicious. I have enjoyed treatments and Spa facilities. The staff was super friendly! Anna, thank you for all your help and guidance! I will recommend the hotel to my friends and hope to be back there soon!

Stylish, comfortable and characterful place in a great peaceful location for eating out. Having the spa accessible directly from the hotel is great and with a discounted rate, a day pass is 24hrs.

Minor complaint: No usb plugs in the room, the I could see anyway

That you have to pay for the spa and for parking when you pay £400 ish for a room for a 5 days , parking and spa should be included.

Excellent friendly staff and room service

Breakfast was average from the way the food was displayed to how the egg dishes were cooked. Breakfast felt a little like a tech staff meeting but that was probably just the timing of our stay
