I like the friendly vibe and location so close to the tram or bus line. It was really clean and everything we needed was provided. The restaurant was a bonus. They also let us check in a bit early. It is across from a lovely park which we also enjoyed.

Family room was great. Food downstairs convenient and excellent. Very clean

Just the wooden floors were a little creaky

Really clean, modern room far exceeding my expectations. Shared bathroom was also very clean and modern. Excellent cafe underneath the accommodation. Walking distance to the city centre and restaurants.

The lift to the upper floors was a bit old and creaky. Slightly lower price would have been nice but it was quite reasonable for Zürich.

The room was pretty big and nice. The price was not low but reasonable in comparison to other accommodations in Zurich.

Of course, it is not ideal to have a shared bathroom outside the room. Probably I would not take this room for more nights.

Close to trams and buses. Room is comfortable and clean. No fridge or kettle. Can borrow a kettle from the Cafe downstairs. Can borrow cutlery and plates too from the Cafe downstairs. Shared bathroom with separate toilet.

The front desk lady was super friendly and welcoming, room is spacious and clean. Awesome location next to bus and trams. 10/10 highly recommended!!!

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - happy to help with any request. Location is great, about 20 min walk from the station. Beds are comfy and the place is comfortable. Would stay again!

Would’ve preferred a private bathroom, but we knew it was shared before we arrived, and it’s was a clean and comfortable bathroom

Staff all very helpful and they spoke English quite well. It was great to have the cafe on the 1st floor. Public transportation went right by the door -- making it easier to get around. Everything was nice and clean. We hardly saw any of the other guests.

No private bathroom (but we knew that before we booked. ) Water was hot and plentiful. Nice shower.

Big rooms, clean and good services

Furdich has a good location within walking distance to the city center and offers great value for the price. During our stay, there was an event organized, so we didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but everything was well prepared for us, including getting the keys from a safe. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We had some difficulty finding the hotel parking, but eventually managed.

The neighborhood didn’t feel like the safest, but overall, considering the cost, it was a good stay.

Very accommodating to our schedule. Good location to trams, train and bus station. The shower was divine! Water in the room was so wonderful - thank you! Beds were comfortable and room and bathroom were very clean. We were on the 4th floor so glad to have elevator!

We wish the restaurant served dinner but the lunch we got was delicious. A small fridge in the room would be nice but nothing was bad about our stay.

Super cool and comfortable - great for kids. The cafe had a kids corner which made having breakfast (delicious) super easy!

Very cute, spacious, vintage room with a balcony. Location was a bit out of city centre but that just means you can explore more :) we also found a very good restaurant just 200m away. Bathroom and linen were very clean, which is a big plus.

Vintage is also means squeeky floors. Very squeeky. Also floors were a bit dusty, to the point of dirty. We also for sure realized that sharing a bathroom with people is not for us. Yes the staff kept it clean, but some people just can't seem to clean after themself.. so yeah.. that's a gamble with these type of rooms.

We loved Guesthouse furDich - the rooms were comfortable and hip, and everything was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient to walk around the City, as well as to access transit. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect location, clean rooms, very convenient to have parking in front of the door and a café just below and there was an elevator.

The shower was making the entire bathroom wet, there was no airconditioning and the building is old so very loud. If someone closes a door or goes down the stairs, the entire floor wakes up.

Cool concept of combining a coffee shop and a guesthouse in the upper floor. The room is pretty clean and spacious for what we booked. We had to use shared communal bathroom and toilet in the hall way which isn't bad. Facility was clean. Overall not a bad stay

the floor makes a lot of noise which can be hard to walk around and be mindful of others, the sink in the bathroom drained very slowly, there is no shower curtain so just have to be quite careful during shower to not splatter everywhere. Parking is only in blue zone which can be difficult to find nearby and need to be paid online (the staff helped us with this but otherwise can be confusing unless you are a local).

Family oriented, very clean, amazing restaurant in the hotel with amazing breakfast. Great service. Rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. My kids loved the playroom that the restaurant has and I love it to because it kept them entertain.

Room was very small for the price. Had stayed there previously and booked again as we loved it last time especially having the café downstairs for breakfast. When we booked, we did not know that the café was being renovated, which was basically the whole bottom floor gutted and a construction zone which you had to walk through to get to the rooms.

Bottom floor a construction zone which basically meant all we got was a room and bed. We were not told that they were renovating the café until after we booked but this was more than just a renovation.

Property is located close to public transit.

The current renovations were a slight inconvenience, but the owner/manager discussed some of our concerns and made it right for us.

I loved everything about hotel and special thanks to Ms Betty:) there is no parking it was the only thing I disappointed

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very patient when we apologised for and asked for a cloth to deal with the remnants of a bottle of red wine we broke on the floor. The shower and bathroom though shared was very clean and of a high standard. Bedroom was clean too, even though the furniture was a little dated.

Unfortunate that when we stayed, they were just coming to the end of a closure for refurbishment. On the plus side the vibe looks really good and will surely be a plus for future guests.

Walkable distance from the Hauptbahnhof (~20 minutes). Evening staff Giovanni is extremely cordial and helpful. Clean toilets and bathroom (shared between 4 rooms)

The floor boards creak a lot. No indoor slippers provided. I stayed 3 days and 3 nights, housekeeping didn't come even once. The expectation was not to change bedding, but at least taking out the trash. No vending machine or access to a common refrigerator.

Room size was good, comfortable bed. Easy location for bus & tram, nearby local restaurants Cafe offered a nice light coffee/ croissant outdoor breakfast, very handy to start day. Recommend Celia Italian and Thai Hunters local restaurants

Cafe/ Reception under complete demo/reno. We had to walk thru construction material to get to elevator to room. Noisy during day when wanted to nap.

We booked the private room with shared bath. The room was larger than expected and was quite spacious with natural light. The bathroom was right across the hall. Very clean! Easy and quick access to public transportation.

Cafe downstairs could have offered discounts or promotions for guests staying at the hotel.

This was such a great place for our family to stay! It seemed like a more upscale hostel. Very cozy vibe, especially with the friendly delicious cafe right below. The room was clean and big, just didn’t realize it was a shared bathroom. It worked out okay and would stay here again.

The staff were friendly, and kindly let us check in early when we arrived to drop off our luggage an hour or so before check in.

The floors were really creaky! It seems silly, but every step we took made a massive creak, it became irritating very quickly.

The floor was sticky, not properly cleaned. The chair in the room was worn out. The chief manager of the bar was very unfriendly to his staff. It was painful to see.

Everything is good. We booked the one with balcony and it was great. We can chill and enjoyed the fresh air while sipping a cup of coffee. The bathroom is indeed shared, but only for 3 rooms and at that time we were the only guest. Staffs are friendly, the cleaning ladies are also kind.

Not that close to bus or tram station but still OK.
