Comfortable bed and shower

No coffee or tea making facilities. They were extra. That is disgraceful for a 5 star hotel

Great location. Classic and nice hotel. Rooms are very confortable

Service was far from excellent for this type of hotel: 1) one night we didn't have the evening turndown room service (and although this was reported nobody explained why and no correction was implemented); 2) food was good but breakfast service was suboptimal: we were put on a side room and the waiter only came rarely (had to stand up twice to call him); 3) more than 30 minutes to receive a request from room service (just simple ice)

Best service of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. So many treats for my kids!

Very efficient hotel with a nice staff and a nice location. We are repeat guests having stayed here four or five times in the past few years. Currently much better than the nearby St. Regis.

Fire alarm went off at 4:30 a.m.

Staff and bellmen we extremely helpful and thoughtful. My daughter absolutely loved the stuffed animals they brought out for her.

Service was exceptional. The Greenhouse had a nice ambiance and was perfect for a brunch with friends. The room was very comfortable and lush with no detail overlooekd.

Since there is no coffee in the room would have like coffee and tea service all day in the lobby

I liked everything about this beautiful hotel! The staff was very welcoming and the suit I stayed in was very spacious and luxurious! I would definitely stay with The Jefferson again!

Lovely room, decent size, great staff (friendly). Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Very good place to relax and unwind at the end of a long day.

Not sure what the doormen do, seem to just chat to the drivers. Saw loads of people battling through the doors themselves. No coffee facilities in rooms.

The style, furnishing of the room is lovely. Especially the bathroom. The tub is divine and was glad there was sea salt.

Having a steam room/sauna on ground would make everything worth it. All Management staff should remember they don't own the place and that the guests pay their salaries. Try not to judge anyone that doesn't look like a politician.

The room is very cozy and comfortable with surprises such like iPad music as background, cookies and personalized greeting card. The room service was pretty impressive. The waiter is so kind and polite. The food arrived as expected time. The bread, butter, Salmon and salads are so delicious. I just loved everything about this hotel. Morning Coffee is the best! All hotel personnel provided the five star service with kindness and lovely attitude. I will definitely come back again with my family for the next trip to DC. Thank you for everything!

The staff at breakfast was not very nice, which contrasted with all the other services.

The room was smaller than what I expected. There was also no ironing board and iron in the room.

The service was impeccable. The restaurant is exquisite and rooms very comfortable and quiet. The staff is amazing and tends to every need from the friendly bellman, to the checkin to the restaurant hosts. We felt so well taken care of and can't wait to return!

I would increase the offerings in the mini bar and provide fluffier towels.

Location was fantastic/close to interest points. Breakfast was good/fresh. Service was impeccable and communication was prompt.

Hotel is beautiful and the room and bathroom wonderfully clean. Staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful. I especially enjoyed thoughtful touches such as water bottles regularly placed in the room.

Everything about our stay was delightful. Superior staff and a beautiful and comfortable room. Easy access to both D.C. attractions, fantastic restaurants and lovely furnishing. Especially loved the library where tasty coffee and hot Earl Grey tea was served every morning. You can wake up in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere.

There was nothing we did not like. Everything from room to staff to food and drinks was outstanding.

Room was very large and well-appointed. Very comfortable overall. Bathroom was spacious. Wine list was phenomenal. Food was quite good (Quill and room service). Loved completing a preferences sheet ahead of time to provide information to the hotel staff.

Our room was in a bit of an odd spot, and we were directed to an elevator that required us to go through the stairway and up a small set of stairs. We felt like we were not quite in the right places and had to figure out if we were in the right place. A little discombobulating to start. We ordered a bottle of wine at Quill and, overall, it was great but it was a big red and would have appreciated it being decanted ahead of serving. This is extra nitpicky but the TV connection was great so we couldn't watch some basic channels like NBC.
