Hotel The Graham Georgetown, Washington

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, and the rooms come with coffee machines that really come in handy! I left my phone in the lobby and they kept it for me until I got back. Was very thankful for that. The room and bathroom was also very spacious and felt like everything was provided. Would recommend!

The design was spot on. Upon walking into the room, wonderful music was playing. Opening the windows, the view just made the picture complete. The bed was wonderfully sleepable!

The room had a soaking tub that held the heat. It would have been a complete experience with a bath bomb and better lighting.

The location was perfect, just what I was hoping for ;) Luvd the Rooftop!!!! Enjoyed a couple nites there with family 👏 Another reason I chose this hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful ;) When I needed ice, it was delivered immediately! And the Nextdoor Cafe was great with a beautiful courtyard in back!!! Food was very good ;) All pluses for this hotel 👏

The day of the CheckIn, which was at 4:00, I arrived at 4:10 and the room wasn’t ready. I had to wait on side til about 4:45 before I could enter :( The Room I received #701 was nice but “Small”. And I was totally surprised when I saw the charge “Destination Fee” $25 when I left? Never told about that! I would think “Resort Fee” was enough :(

The bed was very comfortable! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, turn down service the first night, a Friday. Amenities such as shampoo, etc were great. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the room.

The fitness room is very paltry, one cycle and weights. We did not get daytime cleaning service while there nor turn down service our second night. When we went to the rooftop our second day at 3:30 we were told closed for a private event. The event wasn’t until 6:00 and after some grumbling they asked if we were staying in the hotel, then let us get drinks. The hotel info on TV says check out is noon but the front desk says 11:00.

Amazing location, uniqueness and old building architecture, staff friendliness and helpfulness, very comfortable bed.

Some cleanliness issues with room furniture, stayed with family in a suite for several days - after first day I would have expected to receive the right number of towels. Fitness room needs a makeover.

There was a strong, perfumed scent in the hallways that bothered us. There could have been an agreement with a nearby garage offering a discounted rate for parking.

The location is wonderful! Right in the middle of Georgetown, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was big and comfortable,. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop, perfect for a drink at sunset

Valet parking prices. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, which is only mildly annoying, as there are plenty of options nearby.

Staff was excellent

The location is superb. We were able to walk easily to all of the things we wanted to do in Georgetown. Plus, its very nice to return to Georgetown after sightseeing in DC. Staff very nice and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay.

Location stupendous in the heart of Georgetown; valet parking very convenient; helpful staff, especially the doormen, all of whom are very accommodating and assist with parking, luggage, directions and other details that really make a difference; room and bed very comfortable and very clean, nicely appointed bathroom; free mini-bar a very welcome surprise; funky coffee shop diagonally across the street - clearly regarded as one of the best in town — and breakfast place with outdoor seating right next door also enhance the whole experience.

Beautiful rooftop bar was expensive, loud and crowded at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon with loud music and a frat party vibe that made conversation difficult… apologies for being old and snooty, but would have preferred to enjoy the view and my companion with a slightly more sedate atmosphere… also bathroom beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, but very faint moldy odor just in the shower, not really a problem and barely noticeable, but I mention because the hotel is so well run I am sure management would want to know and will immediately correct…

Georgetown is a nice area and this hotel is beautiful and convenient to the Kennedy Center . Further away from the mall . Our room was very large with enough storage . Excellent staff . Bed was very comfortable

The bathroom shower didn’t work well …it’s calcified on the shower head and so not much water came out . The finishing in the bathroom were nice but poorly designed. There was no where to put your toiletries.

Great location, clean nice rooms, friendly staff. Our room -- King Corner, had a big bathroom with a lovely soaking tub.

There was a sewage smell emanating from something on the first floor for a day or two.

Staff was lovely, the hotel is in the best location in Georgetown. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

There were some stains on the carpet in the room. I know the room was clean, but can be a little put off when you see stains on the carpet. Also, the pull out bed had a lot of crumbs.

The location was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were well set up, a great size but felt cosy. The beds we’re comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Having a bar in the basement was also great.

The location is absolutely perfect. A few meters from the main road of Georgetown. And also a nice walk from the main attractions of the city. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, very comfortable, it is quiet. Definitely a place to return to.

If I had to find a « negative », there is no real lobby to just sit, chat, do calls.

We made a reservation for three people, but there were only two sets of towels and slippers in the room. The bathroom has a sewage odor which was unpleasant. There were only mint tea bags available, and just two of them in the room.

Being in a city, parking was an issue. The hotel sent me several emails saying it was valet parking only. $60 a day plus $25 city valet tax, plus tax, plus tips. 3 days would have cost over $300. They could have pointed out parking apps that could reduce the cost dramatically. I used wizzpark. $40 for 3 days in a secure car park in the same street as the hotel. They could point customers at these apps...... The room was pretty warm, even with the air con on. It wasn't summer....

Not run well - gave room key where room was occupied, staff complaining about each other, no room service, view of the back was horrible

From an admin point of view they messed up and overcharged me and I am still waiting for this to get fixed. They saying they did but I have to wait for the bank to process this
