Great location, wonderful staff. Large rooms, nice amenities. Loved the king room with a separate sitting area with fold out couch. Beautiful historic building. Travelled with kids and it was perfect. I would l stay there again if visiting Georgetown.

The decor was not great, but we didn't choose it for that. The building is so beautiful and has great bones. I think there is a missed opportunity there, it could be fabulous - a gem.

Good hotel in a great location. It has a period feel whilst being modern inside. The rooftop bar is a very good place to relax and enjoy the views!

My room at the Graham was perfect. Not only was it clean and comfortable, but it had everything you could possibly need in a hotel room; full-sized quality toiletries, iron, shoeshine kit, slippers, bedside water and a free mini bar and coffee station. There was Beethoven playing on the radio when I entered the room which was a very nice touch. The location is great as well; You could go for strolls by the river and there are many charming restaurants and hangout spots nearby.

I have no complaints.

I really liked the style of the the hotel. It was really clean and comfortable to stay at and location is perfect for access to shops and restaurants and especially the waterfront. Most importantly the staff were amazing.

Very noisy A/C at night which was impossible to switch off. We tried to solve it at 3am but at that time nobody was able to help us. We then asked for some compesation but did not receive any.

The location is right in the middle of Georgetown, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Mini bar is included, which is nice.

No place to have breakfast on site, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it’s not a big issue

Excellent Stay – Great Location, Comfort, and Exceptional Staff! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Washington. The location, in Georgetown, is unbeatable, with easy access to shops, restaurants and major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, offering a great place to rest after a full day in the city. Everything from the bedding to the amenities met or exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. There is a speakeasy with jazz shows and good drinks. I definitely plan to come back again, highly recommended.

I was staying at first floor and the music from downstairs was a bit loud (but lovely!)

There was no breakfast that we knew about.

Room was very comfortable. Enjoyed the bottled water, snacks and the Lavazza coffee. Loved the slippers and use of the robe. Rooftop bar was fun.

Small lobby if that can be considered a dislike. To my knowledge no where to get continental breakfast on the property.

My friend stayed on the 7th floor and the rooftop bar is right above. It definitely kept her up at night. (Such a cool bar, but loud when trying to sleep). I couldn’t hear it on the 6th floor at all.

Everything was great. The room is a slightly tired but the linens and towels and robe are all fantastic. The bed is comfortable.

We liked everything -- the hotel does not have many facilities -- it is located close to many attractions and restaurants.

I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions because the location is perfect for exploring Georgetown and the harbor.

The heat went out on me during the night and I woke up freezing, but the service tech fixed it quickly and I was offered another room to compensate. I didn’t want to change rooms so they took a little off the rate.

House keeping was deplorable, we were 4 guests in my room, and every single morning I have to ask for more towels and refreshments

I was upgraded in a wonderful and very spacious 2 queen beds room. The bathroom was fantastic!

Loud music from outside (until 10pm so not bad), but not the hotel fault!

We found discarded earrings on the floor, which implied vacuuming had not been done. Also, we arrived at around 5 PM, an hour after check-in begins. We had just driven five hours from New Jersey to attend my son’s graduate school graduation. We were told the room was not ready and we waited in the lobby. Twenty minutes went by - that was distressing.

The size of the room, the comfort of the bed, the location, the view from the rooftop (even if not as breathtaking as advertised), the kindness of the doormen.

The room was clean, however the room cleaning service was a bit superficial and inattentive. The Hotel does not heve a restaurant, hence you cannot even have breakfast there and you have to go out.

My room was large and well equipped which included a huge comfortable bed. The hotel's location was excellent for exploring Georgetown and the bus stops at the end of the road for journeys further afield.

The hotel does not have its own breakfast room so we had to go out for breakfast which was not a problem as it allowed me to try various options.

Location and the room. Normally our room would look straight into a building, but as this was demolished and now a construction site we had great views. Great breakfast/lunch place nextdoor (not very cheap…)

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Georgetown. Lots of restaurants, shops and beautiful neighborhood. Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately the housekeeping was a bit chaotic.
