Nobu Hotel, Warsaw

A very comfortable hotel room , spacious and the bed is a great size and very comfortable too. Good service at front of house as you would expect and very good breakfast. I think people can think Nobu and align it just with the restaurant and think it's very expensive but actually good value for money for a high end hotel room.

Most things really good. Wifi could be a little better as its drops out sometimes but thats not major. Obviously Nobu restaurant is expensive and it's the only food and beverage option on site but clearly its exceptional quality and a treat to eat there.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms design and the location is quite central with nice little restaurant in the walking distance.

Famously unwelcoming European service in all its glory. To have to make too many calls to get anything, and every time they look surprised that you have the audacity to ask for anything. The reception girl in the breakfast restaurant always looked so angry and never returned a ‘good morning’ or even polite smile. The breakfast didn’t have healthy options and the restaurant team ignored us most of the time or didn’t get our orders right.

Just fantastic design. Everything is perfectly arranged. Bed and pillows deliciously comfortable.

They let us check in earlier, everything was super clean and beautifully designed. The location was amazing, 10 min by a walk to the city center, and the area is beautiful.

The toilet paper, it was cheap.

Very clean and staff is very kind always at your disposal. In room dining is amazing really good quality and very broad choice.

The ‘spa’ is very small and not really worth it.

Hotel is great. service is amazing and food is very delicious. Staff out of this world, probably one of the best around (visited Warsaw over 10 times past 7 years)

For business purpose, think twice as the work area in the room is very limited to non existant - that's the only average experience I've got

Rather expensive for what you get (same toiletries like all other hotels), breakfasts is good (great high quality)but the feeling inside the restaurant is more strict and business like.

Nothing I didn't like but found it a bit strange there was no rubbish bin in the bathroom.

Sauna and haman were at very low temperature (50 and lower). Reason i also booked this hotel was for that so it is a shame it did not work properly then. There were also no people at the wellness.

Exemption staff , delicious breakfast and lunch. Attention to details and willingness to work with the guest. Very happy to see international crew with different nationalities on the board! Well done I also would like to prise the SPA, the facial treatment I had was wonderful and the lady’s knowledgeable was impressive and helpful - highly recommend.

Cocktail and wine menu should be improved. Whereas cocktails are an individual taste and some of them had a good thought behind, the wine menu could be driven by smaller producers and offer more of a variety of choice.

The breakfast is extraordinary, it is a must to have. Well equipped, spacious, clean room with large bed, Bluetooth loudspeaker and a turntable(!) Adjustable air conditioning (usually it is not a feature even if it looks like so). There are a lot of small restaurants and bars around. Definitely coming back.

Decadent breakfast - never seen such a great breakfast buffet. Very confortable rooms, quiet, very well equipped. Good bar & restaurant. Very well located, central and lots of interesting spots, restaurants and connections around.

Can’t offer any parking to guests with a car. Music in the reception area and bar slightly too loud.

Comfort and quietness

If I had to be picky: Construction like concrete plates on the walls. Maybe it is just some kind is style but I visually don’t like that.

Fantastic hotel. Staff was extremely professional, welcoming and kind. Breakfast spread included with our stay was incredible. Great location. Able to walk or scooter everywhere we wanted to go.

The accommodation was gorgeous and luxurious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable allowing me to have a wonderful sleep after a long haul flight. The food was delicious and the staff very polite and professional. I would definitely stay again.

- It is a personal preference - I would prefer a bit softer bed, I think it is also a matter of getting used to as these are not beds you can experience in other hotels

Beautiful hotel with everything you need and more. Incredible value and exceptional standards.

We booked for a premuim room and love the experience! The attention to details in design but also room equipment is unparalleled. From yoga mat through Phone charger, vinyl player and a loud speaker, one feels spoiled!

We would appreciate more responsiveness and better breakfast service. Food was good but staff would forget our order and you had the impression they walk around the restaurant without looking at people in order not to be „bothered”, yet the concept is heavily based on their service. Self service or better staff would make the full experience perfect.

The staff at breakfast was rather disattentive (e.g. didn’t know where missing cutlery was and table was unattended with dirty dishes for a long while) - just saying because it’s a 5 star…

Big quiet rooms with great beds and showers. The breakfast is *amazing* and so is the bar. Great staff too.

Great breakfast options, quite rooms with comfy beds, amazing location (near the center and attractions and also the train station).

The breakfast had an option to order a meal or to make it on your own via buffet breakfast. The food was tasty The room had a vinyl player (we didn't figure out how it works because we didn't have time, but it was nice :-) )

Beautifull hotel excellent location nice staff. Beautifull room end fantastic beds. We were u unfortunate with neighbours playing musici till 4 AM and had a bad night but this was out of control of the hotel who did everything to help

We could not find a proper time for spa

+ Location. + Interior design of refurbished rooms. + Breakfast at Nobu Restaurant. + Valet (an African gentleman) was exceptionally kind and courteous.

- Sakebar was closed on the night of our stay. - Nobu Restaurant wouldn't serve a single drink at 5 minutes past 11 pm, despite Sakebar being closed. Notably, other guests were still at the bar and others were still dining. - The TV system was not working. - At check-out, the front desk staff was unapologetic, not even regarding the TV outage.

Everything was great, the comfortable bed, the spacious and clean bathroom, the great shower, the tv where we enjoyed the music when we were in the room.

Amazing facilities and everything was super clean and the room felt like a piece of art. Also the area around hotel was great. Most of the staff were super helpful and polite.

The Hotel is overall very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was also spotless. The design in my room was also very nice, the soundproofing and blackout curtains are excellent. We went to the sake bar area one night and there was nothing bad to say about it, good service and drinks. The bar on the other side is also quite nice, there was a great DJ on Saturday night. From the cocktails, I enjoyed the old fashions!!.

We had dinner and took the tasting menu but to be honest, the food was ok but I found it quite pretentious and overpriced for the overall experience. On the bad side of things, seeing people snorting cocaine right on your face in the man's toilet was quite annoying. This happened a couple of times in plain sight, right on the sink while I was trying to wash my hands. Overall, I recommend the hotel but I would advise them to keep an eye on the people they let in. A lot of nightbirds (if you know what I mean) and old dudes showing off.

The staff was amazingly kind, good service and very helpful. The bed is so comfy!!
