Great location, the staff as a whole were super friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was a highlight and tasted very fresh and healthy, the barista coffee was great.

We weren’t able to add on breakfast for future days as the discounted rate was only applicable if selected on check in, we ended up having breakfast for the first day and then wanted to add on for the additional days but were told we were only able to access the discounted rate at check in, so we needed to pay an additional 5 euro per person for each day which was a shame. Not the staffs fault, it was the system which didn’t allow to add on.

Staff very friendly, bed comfortable, breakfast good. Location is good, on river, 60 metres from Subway and tram stops. Not the poshest area but some good restaurants within walking distance. Warned of building work on roof terrace but experienced no problem, room was quiet. Bar open 24 hours. All hotels in Vienna are expensive and this was one of the lower priced hotels close to centre and old town area. Comparatively good value.

Not much space for clothing, just a hanging rail with 6 hangers and a high shelf.

there are doors on corridor closing different sections. My room was very close to one of those and you can hear well those doors opening and closing from early morning.

Sink was clogged when I checked in, had to ask from reception to fix it the following morning. No desk or table for laptop, no convenient shelves/cupboard for clothes.

Location is excellent, only a few minutes away from the centre and all means of transport

It was very different having a bar to check into hotel but quirky and nice. Staff were happy and helpful.

Breakfast was very limited and had to enter through back door later at night.

The location to the city centre and underground train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The downstairs lounge area was comfortable and quirky. It was lovely. The reception staff and the young guys at the bar were friendly and helpful.

The room shower/bathroom setup was strange. It was ok, but too much water went into the toilet area from the shower each time. The area was quite small. Not a deal breaker though.

Modern functional room. Big bar. Convenient location (metro, boats, airport bus 5 minutes away …). Walk to the central tourist sights.

Room was perfect for what we needed - clean and comfortable, great location. We didn't eat at the hotel - but liked the little coffee room.

Not that I didn't like it - but very strange to do a self check in - this was our first experience of this.

There was significant construction work happening at the hotel which was not advised until AFTER the booking was confirmed (not refundable). Luckily I was out all day but imagine the works would have been very disruptive. It also resulted in my room being essentially dark, as the work was directly outside my window.

Hotel was in a great location. Breakfast was outstanding and for the most part the room was nicely done.

The shower was in the room and separated by a shower curtain and glass. It was a bit different but very easy to make work.

I was disappointed with the entry and lobby, as well as the breakfast. The open-view shower design was uncomfortable, especially when staying with friends or family. Overall, the experience did not meet the standard I expect from a 4-star hotel.

Great location, close to everything. Clean, well maintained hotel with an excellent bar and a great environmental policy that allows you to exchange 2 cleaning days for free cocktails at the bar. Relatively modern with a vending machine for your floor, great amenities such as a 24/7 bar, electric guitars, game nights…

Expensive for what it offers. Relatively small, strangely built rooms. Shower often leaks into bathroom. No cooler.

The location is perfect. The facilities are modern style with good Marshall music player. The room is clean with AC. The front-desk staff is super nice.

super nice staff, let us check in a few hours early as well. the rooms were so nice and spacious, especially considering the cheap price we paid for it. bathrooms are super clean and staff gave us 2 free drinks! def recommend.

hard to find the check in location. they close the main entrance at night, and me and my friend went out and came back late and couldn't find the proper location to get in. we ended up spending half an hour trying to find the side entrance.

The staff were friendly and the beds were confortable.

Didn't quite deliver what it promised. We had a "Wow" room but didn't really get the "wow" affect when we entered. The shower door opened into the toilet. Seems like they were trying too hard to make it different/unique. Also not easy to find the entrance to the hotel. Finally I had to fill out all my personal information at check-in on their computer. I don't understand why they do this when they already have all this information from booking.com

Was a great stay! Room was clean and super fashioned. The whole hotel is decorated and very nice to get into. Everything worked perfectly, comfortable bed.

There wasn’t a mini bar

So central ..spotless clean. , staff were lovely, food was lovely too.. hotel was under construction and entrance was hidden.

The shower's cubical and toilet was glass ..

1- Room was nice and size was good. 2- WIFI was good and reliable. 3- The hotel is close to the city center and there is a metro station not too far. 4- Bed was comfy and pillows were good. 5- Staff were nice. 6- East check in and out process.

It was one night. Can not say much about breakfast.

The hotel had a nice vibe to it. Great little bar to sit in. Staff were great and were very welcoming.

The hotel was hard to find at first - not signposted very well. The pillows were awful , I also asked for an additional pillow and they didn’t have any even though I requested it 12 months in advance

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, bright room.

I had an issue with the safe, but it was soon sorted out. Water leaked from the shower stall.

Rooms are not very large and bathroom is "peculiar". There were constructions in the hotel and it was a bit noisy, but nothing crazy
