Ideal location for St Stephen's Cathedral, bars, restaurants and local transport Room was very clean. Bed and pillows too hard (personal choice) Very good breakfast with lots of choice

There wasn't anything to dislike

The location is fine. The bar staff was helpful.

1. In lack of proper signs indicating the hotel, it was hard to find, we tiptoed around a lot until we found the right building. 2. Check-in is a mess for everyone. Plastic is not always fantastic. 3. Room was cold. Time was not enough to heat it up.

Location was excellent

WiFi needs improvement. Wifi was not secured and didn’t reach the rooms. I had to go to downstairs to main lobby to get WiFi and get some work done.

It was very clean

The breakfast was a bit all over the place and tablets far to small we were a group of 4 and it was very uncomfortable trying to eat together. One day breakfast was served downstairs and the next day it was upstairs both uncomfortable

No coffee in the room

The location was perfect. Its close to the train station and there are a lot of nearby restaurants and cafe. The room is spacious and clean.

The check in process was a little bit confusing and takes a lot of time, but the staff in the hotel was able to help us. The room has a strange interior. The toilet has a glass door, and the curtains just covers the side of it. If your a couple it will not have a problem, but I was travelling with my friend, so it was a little bit shock for us. The sink was not inside the toilet, its in the bedroom.

Breakfast service could have been more efficient. when it was busy everything ran out and it took ages for the staff to refresh things, and guests made to feel uncomfortable asking for items

The potentially difficult self check-in was smoothed over by excellent receptionist. The room was lovely, modern and different. The breakfasts were exceptionally good for a hotel with no food restaurant. All staff were friendly and helpful. The bar areas were quirky and spotless but well under-used possibly due to the pricing.

Restricting their taxi assistance to airport transfers only was a concern but the helpful staff helped us overcome this potential issue.

We were fortunate on our arrival to be upgraded to a "loft" room from a "lovely" room, so our expectations of our room were therefore exceeded considerably. The room was spacious with all facilities provided apart from a fridge which would have been helpful. We had breakfast at local cafes rather than the hotel. The location was very good and very close to Schwenplatz subway station.

You can only turn the lights out by removing the door card which means puts the room in complete darkness ie you can not control the room lights from bed which is not great and means you have to move around in the dark to go to the bedroom door to put the lights on

Great Hotel! Stylish design and excellent location. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very kind. Great value for money — clean and comfortable. Would love to come back!

I was lose at the beginning because you don’t have a proper reception and the restaurant in the morning was full and everyone where busy so, I was waiting for someone to dropped the luggage. But apart of that is clean, nice location close the underground and close to the center. The guy that is a bartender is really nice and he help me with all my questions there.

Quirky/unconventional hotel Spacious room. Excellent location for walking into the heart of Vienna and ease of access to the underground transport system and to the train to the airport. We skipped breakfast to have a small breakfast - excellent coffee and croissant at Diglas cafe in Fleischmarkt.

Location and value are on point! Close to the Danube, Metro stop a short walk away and about a mile or less to many of the major attractions. Great staff and fun vibe.

Great location, room was well-appointed, staff were very friendly and helpful.

The entrance was not nice, like you were going into the London Underground. The black corridors to the rooms were not attractive. The vending machine was not on my floor and when I found it not in use so I had to get water from the bar. There should be a machine selling bottles of water on every floor.

Bathroom a bit uncomfortable to use, bed sheets a bit rough, the staff didn’t gave all the info upon arrival so when came late in the night was difficult to find how to come in to the hotel

10 out of 10 for the location. And the deco was very interesting.

Well located nice staff , it’s really central . Didn’t quite appreciate how central the first night.

It’s very large and I think they could improve the internal signage . It was hard to find our room the first night .

Someone from the cleaning staff stole $50 from my wallet which I inadvertently left behind in my room. Didn’t realize till we were at the train station leaving for Budapest.

Didn’t experience the breakfast, probably because I’m too cheap. Central location, great staff and wonderful furnishings made this splash out worth while.

It is a “do it yourself” everything! Check yourself in. Hotel tries to be chic and cool with speakers in room??? Wifi was not good at all in my room. Had to go to lobby. Just wasn’t a good stay for me. Hallway is really dark! Black!

Perfect location, Stefandom is a 10-minute walk away. The room is clean, the bed linen and towels are perfectly white, the bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows. Friendly staff.

The shower door opens into the toilet, and there is no place to put a foot towel. There is no minibar.

Room was clean and modern. Good amenities. The bar and the rooftop were nice additions.

The way the toilet and shower are in the room, behind only glass, was a little awkward. The fixtures themselves were nice, but the layout of them in the room was unusual.

Breakfast was different and tasty. A nice international selection. Reasonably good coffee. Barista coffee service was good. Comfy louge chair area where I work for the afternoon on checkout. I'd definitely stay again.

I like the personal touch. while the bar staff helped me check in, the default approach is through two ipads on the reservation desk and via an app. it worked, but I arrived late and tired and would have appreciated a friendly receptionist for support on arrival...
