- not easy to find when coming with a car. Hopefully, they have a discount price for a public parking nearby but still pricey

Excellent location for public transport and exploring on foot. Rooms have a great shower and are clean and comfortable. Overall hotel had all the facilities we needed Very easy check in and check out too!

Entrance was a bit unwelcoming but once inside it was great.

Great for solo travelers who appreciate a bit of stylish luxury but don't need a minibar or phone in the room. Room had a good size and black-out curtains. Location in the first district is great.

The building is a bit weird (and shared with the Austrian mail company), the night entrance at Fleischmarkt can be hard to find. If you are a woman traveling alone and going out at night it might be uncomfortable since there are a lot of (drunk) party people hanging out at Schwedenplatz and around the entrance. You open the entrance door with your key card and then there is an elevator. It is not as welcoming as going into a hotel and seeing staff and a reception.

We love the location that was pretty close to the center. It was walking distance to Saint Stephen’s cathedral and to both word seeing .The room was spacious, the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we are very satisfied.

The hotel location was perfect for the conference I was attending. It was quiet, clean, and has lovely shampoo/conditioners.

The check-in was problematic as they had some issues with the room and suggested to move me to another hotel. However, I picked this location primarily for the location to the conference (3mins away) so moving was not possible. The hotel staff not only didn't notify me because they said they didn't have my contact details (through booking.com) so I didn't find out until 7pm I had to move. After 30mins of agony and stressful conversation, the hotel staff finally agreed to offer me an existing hotel room rather than moving me.

We really enjoy our stay at Ruby Lissi Hotel (April 26 to May 3, 2025). The room was just renewed and very confortable and clean. Location is perfect to reach the main touristic points in Viena, by foot or by metro. The breakfast is nice, although expensive. But the pizza at the bar was wonderful.

We only missed a frigo bar in the room. And on Sunday, we left the room to have breakfast at the hotel and when we came back to the room it was already clean and the door was not completely closed. It was an unconfortable felling. The temperature in the room is central controlled. Just a litle possibility to change that. For me it was warm along the nigth.

Nice location, close to everything there is to visit. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had to check in super late because my train was 3 hours late and there's someone 24h/24 at the reception.

You hear everything in the corridor. It was pretty calm when we arrived but I cannot even imagine if you have noisy neighbours. The toilets and shower have glass panels that are directly in the room. The toilets ones are blurry but it's really lacking privacy. Every time your significant other is in there you can guess their silhouette and it resonates. If you are with friends the shower transparent glass is directly in the room so you can see everything. There's also no fridge which is a bummer.

I feel that for a 4-star hotel, it needs more care, for example: bathrobes, a water heater, coffee, and tea. More attention to ensure the stars and the price paid are commensurate. From rooms 1 to 21, there is no security; anyone can directly access these rooms without any obstacles. I don't understand.

Affordable stay with a nice room and friendly staff. Very helpful with maps and planning. Bar downstairs.

Great location, 3 mins from the underground, 15 min walk from the CAT and to the Hofburg Palace and all the shops. Comfortable room with a good bed and bed linen, really nice bathroom products. The bar also doubles as the breakfast room and the decor is quirky but suits the place. Breakfast is a buffet with lots of good, fresh choices. Thought it was good value for money and I really enjoyed my stay.

Very strange concept of the shower being open in the room and would have benefitted from the glass being frosted like with the loo. Minor point.

Had a solid stay here. The location is spot on, easy to get around. The staff were great—helpful, professional, and always on point. Parking is a bit further, but it’s well-managed, so no big deal. Room was decent, could’ve been a bit cleaner, but nothing major. Good vibe overall, and the bar is a nice place to wind down. Would stay again.

I really enjoyed staying in Ruby hotel. Excellent location, really near to tram,train,coffee shops and a minute to the heart of city center. It was really quiet area with many restaurants near by. The room was clean, comfortable, not any noises from drills or neighbors and excellent taste of decoration:) Definitely suggest it!!

Kettle will be nice for early birds or night owls even if there is a small coffee/tea room in each floor

Great location, literally 10 minute walk to the main cathedral and only minutes from the metro. Rooms are very spacious and clean and bed is very comfy. All staff were very helpful and friendly!

The walls are quite thin so you can hear other rooms walking/banging around quite clearly. We also stayed in January but the room was still very hot, the staff said the air con isn’t turned on at this time. They did bring us a fan on the second night.

It was very good overall and I really liked the location.

I would have appreciated the room being on a higher floor, as there was hardly any lighting.

Centrally located hotel, it has a train and tram station nearby, I loved the self check in and check out part.

I didn’t really like the room, the bathroom and the bed next to it. Plus, you can hear all the noise in the room. :(

Location is GREAT! nearby the U train, very center, with local shops nearby- Supermarket, bakery and etc.

The room's shower- no curtains on both side, which mean there is no privacy (to take into consideration when you travel with a friend and not partner). but beside that all were great!

I really was surprised that there wasn’t a kettle with the box coffee or tea bags like we used to have in the hotels we stayed .

Wc and Bathroom Doors are transparent. Its tolerable somehow but doors are not seperate from room itself so you can be wake on middle of night from flush noise.

The location is fantastic—super close to the city center, making it easy to explore Vienna. The hotel is stylish and modern, with a really cool interior design and brand communication. Even though we stayed in the “Nest” room, it didn’t feel too small. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety, with enough options for meat, fish, and veggies. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable! Overall, the value for money was great, and we had a wonderful time enjoying Vienna.

It would have been nice to have bottled drinking water in the room, as well as a tea or coffee set for convenience. While it was possible to order tea at the bar or go elsewhere to make it, having these options in the room would have been much more comfortable. Despite these small issues, we had an amazing stay and would recommend this hotel for its style, comfort, and location!

Room was excellent. Clean and modern looking and contained everything you need. Shower and toilets were behind frosted glass which was a bit unusual, so make sure you stay with someone who you are comfortable with 😄 Location is PERFECT. Just outside the hotel is a u-bahn station (red line) which gives you easy access to the core parts of the city. So convenient. Staff were on top form and were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Some small issues with the room such as our safe didn’t work and one of the soap dispensers in the shower didn’t work either. But these were minimal really and overall we enjoyed our stay. We didn’t report this to the staff as it really wasn’t a big deal to us and I am sure they would have dealt with it swiftly.
