Unbeatable location a couple of minutes from the State Opera House and Albertina museum; great choice of cocktails in the bar; predominant turquoise color in the reception hall as well as in the rooms (cushions, curtains, fauteuils) - charming!

Location is perfect. Room is Clean. Stuff is Friendly.

Wish there was a kettle, coffee & water. Also hoped there was a safe in the room.

Lack of kettle in room, was not advised there was a breakfast downstairs that were entitled to and the bar staff were less than friendly everyday of our stay.

I was super impressed by how amazingly the hotel handles pets, I traveled with my dog and will stay at this property again when in Vienna

This is our second stay. We were here many years ago and liked that it is near the subway station Karlsplatz and restaurants and shops. Check in was fast but after that there was a long queue as it is a large hotel and busy. There are several lifts. They open in different directions, so learn to choose one going to your room without having to carry heavy luggage up or down stairs. The room is minimalist but tastefully furnished and clean. There was no kettle, coffe nor tea, no fridge. The tv has English channels. The bathroom is small but clean. It has the essentials and hair dryer.

Our room had a “balcony” but it connects with the next room. Good for families who want connecting rooms. Not so good for us. We had to ensure that the door is locked at all times and put something against the curtains as it does not draw fully.

Room was clean, very hot water, lovely shower with strong pressure, heat worked well, and the location was unmatched! 2 minute walk to the Vienna Opera Hpuse, 5 minute walk to shops and museums. Steps away from the nearest subway line. About a 20 minute walk to a laundromat which was very helpful. I would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

Room and bathroom were quite small, but manageable. No drinking water in the room, but enough shops nearby that we could grab one.

The rooms are very nice, everything is clean and cozy! Staff members incredible and the bartenders are awesome too.

The problem with the rooms that there isn’t a lot of clothing space, theres no proper wardrobe Also, no mini fridge or kettle.

Hotel in very central, just a minute away from an underground stop. Lots of shops and plenty of things to do in the area! Hotel is modern and had a good choice of food for breakfast! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean everyday. Shower was nice and spacious.

Our room was a bit small and the window does not open, so at times it felt a bit stuffy. No mini fridge but that is not a big deal.

Excellent location near the city tram and Opera House. Hotel was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Vienna near the tourist attractions.

Don't have anything

Perfect location. Less than 5mins walk from subway station exit; Albertina; Sacher cafe, Vienna State Opera Just 1 street away from Vienna State Opera. You can walk to anywhere! There is a bus stop nearby that takes you directly to other places of interest. Hotel room is of decent size and good lighting. Comfortable bed.

Excellent location in Vienna very close to the Opera house. Reasonable value for money for such a central location which is really well served a public transport with the underground close behind the hotel.

Room was rather small with virtually no storage space for clothes and suitcase.

Location was great, right near the underground. We didn’t have breakfast there as we were out exploring from early on. Rooms were nice and cleaned daily.

Be nice if they had a kettle in the room however, other than that I was great

Very clean, and staff were very helpful. Good breakfast and a lovely bar to relax in at the end of the day. Excellent location made it easy to see the sights. Never heard a sound during the night and it’s probably the quietest hotel I’ve stayed in.

Would have liked a safe in the room as we had to carry our valuables around with us.

We didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment. The location was perfect for trains and walking around the city, including a Christmas market across the road. The room was quiet, was compact as expected but it did the job for 3 nights. We were on the second floor. Clean and tidy.

A safe would be good in the room and little more lighting in the entrance of the room. Some body moisturizer would have been nice and conditioner. Over all nothing major we didn’t like.

The location was perfect , 2 min from opera and ubahn station.

Location was excellent .... within easy walking distance to most attractions and HoHo bus routes.

Bedroom next to a 'service' room. Every morning awakened by someone using a tap (for only a few moments) to fill a bucket? Also, staff showed little/no empathy when we arrived at hotel without bags (missed flight) and asked would it be possible to access our room early - 'check in time is 3pm'! This was around 10.30am, temp outside around 2°C and no warm clothes to change into as we had come in from Singapore

Excellent location, rooms were clean and quiet, and receptionists were helpful in answering any questions. We would stay here again!

Would be great to have tea/ coffee facilities and small fridge in the room, as you have to ask for this from the bar.

We loved the vibe of the hotel and room. The lobby was very pretty and inviting. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The location is walkable to everything you could want to visit/tour, a quick 10min. Breakfast was not included in our booking, but it always smelled yummy when we walked by. Overall the room was comfortable.

We wished there was a kettle to make tea or something to make coffee. We wished breakfast wasn't so expensive or was included in the price we paid already. The room was extremely hot and we had to have the windows open while sleeping, which brought in a lot of street noise.

Location was amazing, staff was helpful and very friendly. The rooms were good nothing special but nothing wrong either. Hair dryer was much appreciated and the room and water were nice and hot.

No mini fridge or coffee maker in the room those are the only negatives.

Clean, modern and great location. Really nice stay, I expected this to be a real budget style hotel but it was definitely more upmarket than your average budget hotel. Definitely good value for money. The bar area is lovely too.

Location of the hotel was very convenient. As traveling for work, it needed to be close to the destination. It was clean and nicely furnished.

The bathroom door as a bit annoying, as it was folding door.

The location is excellent, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. My double room was clean and quiet, not super spacious, but it worked fine for me as I was traveling alone. The staff were kind and attentive, making an effort to accommodate my special requests, which I really appreciated.

Bed was overly soft and sagged in some places, which made it less comfortable for sleeping. Bathroom ventilation was very noisy, and after speaking with the staff, I found out that other guests had also reported this problem. I felt that the price was a bit high for the overall condition of the room and amenities offered.

As a lady I like to have amenities like the shampoo different from the body gel and body lotion - also there tissues box was empty

Nice and cozy room. Great view from our balcony. Very near to the most of the attractions. All of the staff were very polite and helpful.

I liked the room, the place. What it was lacking is a coffee machine in the room. Usually even the less expensive hotels provide all the rooms with coffee machines or boilers.

Juice was far away. Could not find youghurt. Coffee maschine was broken. Stairs down was not at all good. Ought to be on same level. Please fix it. Not good for older travelwrs no refridgerator in room!
