The location.

Lack of amenities such as a safe and mini fridge which a four star hotel should have. The room was very warm at night and there was no way to regulate the temperature except opening the window which would let in noise from the busy road.

I love this hotel in Vienna and I stayed here several times. The hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast has a nice variety. Location is the best since it's very close to many restaurants, bars and to the center. definitely will come back again.

The location is fabulous! We could walk to everything we wanted to do.

The rooms are tiny and no safe, refrigerator or coffeemaker.

The staff’s attentiveness, the location, the cleanliness, and the Wi-Fi were excellent. I’m not sure if there is any other hotel in the city that is located at the intersection of three metro lines, this close to a metro station, and just a few minutes from major tourist attractions..

The only downside I could mention was the small size of the room.

Tiny room which could work, but didn’t. We’ve stayed at numerous Motel One hotels but this one was not a comfortable place to stay for 2 people for anything more than overnight. The only furniture in the room was a bed, small desk and ottoman. No place for luggage. We had 2 large suitcases and carryons and in order to open, we had to place one suitcase on the small desk and the other on the ottoman. Forget opening the carryons. No phone, so if you need to talk to reception, you have to go downstairs. No safe, which is a problem for those people who have to travel with a passport. Unlike other Motel Ones, there was only one bar to hang coats and clothes. Since it ran along the wall, the hangers had to hang sideways limiting what you could hang. Ridiculous! Tiny night tables that were like the smallest you could get from IKEA.

It is centrally located, easy access from the underground Karlsplatz very convenient.

hotel is very nice and in a perfect location, you can reach by foot most of the important places and it's also well connected with transports. very friendly staff. rooms are good size and clean. breakfast was good.

Modern classic & sleek hotel within Inner Stadt. A hop & skip away from Vienna State Opera, the Albertina, Burggarten, Cafe Mozart, St. Charles Church, & many attractions. Karlsplatz U bahn station is steps away. Many colorful districts are within 15-30 minutes walking distance. Room was spacious with a window view of inner courtyard. Bed was comfy & moderate lighting was perfect. Cozy interiors. Location is unbeatable. Big variety of nearby eateries & bars. Would love to stay here again in the future.

There were 2 staff members at reception that were slightly rude. Also the hotel room numbers & placement are unusual & a bit confusing to locate.

Excellent breakfast, quality items, well presented and plentiful. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Good lighting. Good shower in a modern and well designed bathroom. Good sized bed considering it was a single room.

It might have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room, but I understand that there was limited space.

LOCATION

I EXPECTED TO HAVE A WARDROBE AND NOT ONLY A BAR WITH THREE HANGERS; SO WHEN I WANTED TO FIND AN ITEM I HAD TO BEND, WHICH AFFECTS MY BACK, TO REACH MY SUITCASE AND FIND THE ITEM I NEEDED AND AT TIMES I PREFERRED NOT TO DO IT.

The place is nice and clean. The location is exceptional. The staffs are welcoming and accommodating

The things that should be considered are complementary hot drinks such as tea or coffee in the room because the price rate is not too less expensive for no complementaries.

Comfortable and spacious room near reception was just great (032) and we slept well. The location worked well for our hire car and taxis too.

We'd have liked a bit more choice in evening snacks, although we did enjoy what we had. Our main criticism was the extremely noisy breakfast area. My wife found it almost unbearably loud with bangs and clatters, with her hearing aids magnifying everything.

Good location - walking distance to Graben street and train station. SPUR is 5 mins away. Environment - the hotel looks new and comfortable. Its equipped with lift.

Central location, modern, clean

Hotel was in a great location and had very nice facilities. Good vibe about it. The staff were very attentive and accommodating.

It would be great to have a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea.

Great place, friendly and helpful staff. Location is excellent too - 2 minutes from the Grand Place.

Hotel was in a lovely old building, very beautifully decorated. Staff was amazing. Rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. This hotel is so close to galleries museums and of course the Opera House in Vienna. could not have found a more convenient and pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended.

Location is very central, near the Opera House and the metro and tram. The building and decor is lovely. The room was good, not very big, but perfectly adequate for just one person. Great bathroom with wonderful shower. Big TV screen.

Best location, best morning breakfast, impressive enterance hall and bar.

Room is very basic though big enough. No coffee machine, no fridge, no cubord, only tiny stack of small shelved, small bathroom, basic soaps, shampoo, no normal glasses for drinking only paper ones, no makeup table with mirror in front. I am stating all this because the price is quite high per night. In this sense we were disappointed. But all and all - location is so good and breakfast as well, that we ignore the rest...

Location is excellent. The room was quiet, but a little small for two people with luggage. No safe in the room. This being the third stop on my trip, I was disappointed that there wasn't anything hot to eat.

Fantastic hotel. We had a lovely time here and warmly recommend. Great location by the opera. Delicious breakfast with lots of different types of freshly baked bread to choose from and great coffee. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
