Hotel in the heart of Vienna, excellent location. Nice design, beautiful old building, reconstracted with taste. Breakfast was good, wide choice of pastry and bread, lots of choice for vegans as well. Very nice waiter who was walking amoung people offering sweet pastry or fruit - original, personal approach, we liked it. Price - quality very good, our stay fulfilled our demands.

We missesed a bit wider choice of warm meals for breakfast - like scrambled eggs, sausages. There were only cooked eggs.

The location is great, easy to get from the airport with public transportation, and in a central location to walk around the city.

The room was in a good size but the toilet and shower is in a bit small space. There is no minibar or similar in the room to save something cold for latet

Quiet and clean. The location is great as you can go any direction from the hotel.

They didn't provide shower kits and slippers, the floor was cold due to winter time.

Fabulous location right at the Opera and within walking distance to the Hofburg and other attractions. Glamorous design in the lobby, bar and breakfast room. Howvever the best were the exceptionally motivated, helpful and friendly staff!! Congratulations to the entire team!

The location is perfect for a city trip. It’s just a one minute walk to the opera, or if you like to go shopping just a 2 minutes walk to one of the most popular shopping streets.

Great location, within a 15-minute walk to some major attractions. The environment is very clean, and the accommodation is spacious with beautifully designed rooms. There is an elevator for easy access between floors, and the internet is fast and convenient! Overall, it was an excellent stay and highly recommended!

Beautiful building..a lot more impressive than the photos..the lounge and reception area are amazing. Rooms were lovely and roomy..and the staff were exceptional..from reception to the bar staff...excellent..highly recommended this hotel. It actually surpassed all expectations

Unbeatable location a couple of minutes from the State Opera House and Albertina museum; great choice of cocktails in the bar; predominant turquoise color in the reception hall as well as in the rooms (cushions, curtains, fauteuils) - charming!

Lack of kettle in room, was not advised there was a breakfast downstairs that were entitled to and the bar staff were less than friendly everyday of our stay.

I was super impressed by how amazingly the hotel handles pets, I traveled with my dog and will stay at this property again when in Vienna

This is our second stay. We were here many years ago and liked that it is near the subway station Karlsplatz and restaurants and shops. Check in was fast but after that there was a long queue as it is a large hotel and busy. There are several lifts. They open in different directions, so learn to choose one going to your room without having to carry heavy luggage up or down stairs. The room is minimalist but tastefully furnished and clean. There was no kettle, coffe nor tea, no fridge. The tv has English channels. The bathroom is small but clean. It has the essentials and hair dryer.

Our room had a “balcony” but it connects with the next room. Good for families who want connecting rooms. Not so good for us. We had to ensure that the door is locked at all times and put something against the curtains as it does not draw fully.

Room was clean, very hot water, lovely shower with strong pressure, heat worked well, and the location was unmatched! 2 minute walk to the Vienna Opera Hpuse, 5 minute walk to shops and museums. Steps away from the nearest subway line. About a 20 minute walk to a laundromat which was very helpful. I would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

Room and bathroom were quite small, but manageable. No drinking water in the room, but enough shops nearby that we could grab one.

The rooms are very nice, everything is clean and cozy! Staff members incredible and the bartenders are awesome too.

The problem with the rooms that there isn’t a lot of clothing space, theres no proper wardrobe Also, no mini fridge or kettle.

Hotel in very central, just a minute away from an underground stop. Lots of shops and plenty of things to do in the area! Hotel is modern and had a good choice of food for breakfast! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean everyday. Shower was nice and spacious.

Our room was a bit small and the window does not open, so at times it felt a bit stuffy. No mini fridge but that is not a big deal.

Excellent location near the city tram and Opera House. Hotel was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Vienna near the tourist attractions.

Perfect location. Less than 5mins walk from subway station exit; Albertina; Sacher cafe, Vienna State Opera Just 1 street away from Vienna State Opera. You can walk to anywhere! There is a bus stop nearby that takes you directly to other places of interest. Hotel room is of decent size and good lighting. Comfortable bed.
