Great place, friendly and helpful staff. Location is excellent too - 2 minutes from the Grand Place.

Hotel was in a lovely old building, very beautifully decorated. Staff was amazing. Rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. This hotel is so close to galleries museums and of course the Opera House in Vienna. could not have found a more convenient and pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended.

Location is very central, near the Opera House and the metro and tram. The building and decor is lovely. The room was good, not very big, but perfectly adequate for just one person. Great bathroom with wonderful shower. Big TV screen.

It would have been nice to have body lotion in the bathroom.

Best location, best morning breakfast, impressive enterance hall and bar.

Room is very basic though big enough. No coffee machine, no fridge, no cubord, only tiny stack of small shelved, small bathroom, basic soaps, shampoo, no normal glasses for drinking only paper ones, no makeup table with mirror in front. I am stating all this because the price is quite high per night. In this sense we were disappointed. But all and all - location is so good and breakfast as well, that we ignore the rest...

Fantastic hotel. We had a lovely time here and warmly recommend. Great location by the opera. Delicious breakfast with lots of different types of freshly baked bread to choose from and great coffee. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Staff are friendly and accommodated an early check in. Close to the opera house, and very walkable to the shops, museums, and palaces nearby. Honestly a great location. There is a restaurant onsite and a good lobby area to sit and hangout. Close to the metro for easy access.

No mini fridge (I like to keep chilled water or some fruit in my rooms), the room was a little small. Oddly there is no fan in the bathroom so showering makes a sauna and smells can linger.

The location was a standout. Subway Line U1near hotel. easy to get from Wien Central Station. The Opera House steps away, also surrounded by shops, dining, cafes, bars and sights within walking distance. further away sights reachable by efficient transport options. The hotel was very clean, foyer and bar stunning. Quiet small but comfortable room, basic amenities (Queen, upper level-lift access) Staff pleasant.

Provision of tea, coffee, making amenities ,water, in-room mini fridge, would have made this ,more value for money.

Great location. Walkable to all our activities. Modern, clean rooms. They had a room ready for us to check-in when we had a morning arrival from the US. It was a great bonus to be able to wash up and get organized after an overnight flight. They also had a secure place to store luggage on our checkout day.

It was modern, clean, comunication was easy, the room was ready at 10am and even if the location could be noisy it was perfectly soundproof.

It could have more amenities in the room like a mini fridge and a small closet.

Rooms were not cleaned every day. Facilities didn’t change for our 4 days leisure. Everything else was great.

For the price I paid, I expected a bigger room and the hotel is enormous, so there’s lots of corridors to walk to get to the room. the staff is great. The breakfast was ok, but should have more options

Bespite being on the 5th floor the room had no view at all since the little balcony was facing a wall. Bathroom was really "minimal" i.e. very very small.
