Motel One Staatsoper, Vienna

Highly recommend. Super good location and great staff!😍

The hotel is nice, clean, modern. Its location is perfect, 3 minutes walking from the Opera and the underground station, besides many trams stop.

Rooms are not equipped with a fridge, and this is ok. But a couple of complimentary water bottles would be highly appreciated. Indeed, it's not acceptable that this basic complimentary service is not provided.

Extremely courteous staff. Allowed us early check in. location is fabulous, 5 minute walk to all the attractions and tours.

I have pre-booked a baby cot as part of my reservation. When I arrived they could not find my reservation ! There was a big group staying the hotel and they assumed I am one of them, but it was not. Anyway eventually they managed to find my reservation. The receptionist did not like it that I put my kid on the counter as she requested me to show her the reservation and my ID ! I am travelling alone with a child and it was late in the evening ! Once I mentioned that she said ah ok ! I get to the room then no baby cot so I asked for it and the shift manager herself bring it to the room very nice of her, but she stood by the door for few minutes expecting me to help her push the bed inside while I am busy with my tired child ! I really could not then finally she managed to put it inside .. that was my main negative point for this hotel

Location was great. Walkable to a lot of things. The room was a good size, clean and nice bathroom, but minimal bath accessories. Breakfast was excellent and fair value for Vienna.

No closet, drawers or safe in the room.

Location was perfect for visiting Viena. Room was comfortable and clean but basic (just one trash can, no safe, no hot plate). But it was a good value for travelers like us.

Just one small thing, the room cleaner did not provide new drinking cups each day (2 paper cups were provided on check in, but we're not replaced daily. They only last one day.)

The location was great with walking distance from most of the sights! Clean and comfortable room! I definitely recommend this hotel!

GREAT LOCATION. Stuff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Price was affordable.

Rooms were a little bir smaller than i expected. There was no proper cabinet for clothes (Even if you've booked for double room). Most of the rooms have the view of inner side of the building. Breakfast is kind of poor but expensive.

Absolutely a marvelous place to stay. Quiet and exceptional room. Lovely and attentive staff. Great breakfast and wonderful bars. Able to reach everyone thing easily. Lots of wonderful places to eat in neighborhood. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

At least a kettle with tea bags and coffee should be provided. Storage space was limited, generally a high table is provided to put up the luggage that was also not there.
