Hotel Motto, Vienna

Loved being in the heart of Vienna. The restaurant and rooftop were magnificent. The staff was very helpful and personable. Loved our stay.

The room was just perfect! It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the design of the hotel and the staff was very polite and helpful. It's location was ideal, right in the corner of Mariahilfer Strasse where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants and close to the museum quarter. I would definitely stay again next time I will visit Vienna.

Everything was absolutely first-rate. Especially the people at the restaurant and the front desk. The restaurant was very elegant, and the meals were delicious. When we checked in Ngan at the front desk was very charming and informative, and made us feel very welcome.

Everything you'd wish for in a hotel and its staff. Good location walkable to most of the major site to visit in Vienna. Very comfortable room. Excellent restaurant and lovely open rooftop lounge with great views of the city. The hotel has been designed with a focus on attention to detail and quality.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with lots of shopping and great cafes and restaurants. We loved the rooftop bar and Chez Bernard restaurant.

The steam room could have been larger and it opens at 4pm. Would have liked to use it in the morning.

Stunning unique boutique hotel. Beautiful decor. Perfect location for metro. We used CAT from airport then U3 line. 10 minute walk from museum quarter. Bus stop for cental train station immediately opposite hotel.

We loved everything

My second stay here, and it just confirmed that this remains my favourite hotel ever in Vienna. The entire staff is extremely nice and accommodating, rooms are so beautifully designed, the restaurant and the bar are top notch, and the spa is an oasis of relaxation. I love, love, love it, and I am looking forward to coming back soon.

Room was a bit small

The restaurant provided beautiful food and fabulous service. All staff were friendly and accomodating. We also found it a great assistance that most staff members were proficient in speaking English.

Location: Super close to U3 (Neubaugasse station), which takes you straight to points of interest like Leopold museum/MuseumsQuartier, Stefansdomen etc. Nice neighbourhood, pharmacy, supermarket, nice coffee shops. Hotel itself: Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, nice lighting and well-thought-out layout of the room, windows can be opened and you can hear the city buzzing and enjoy a peek at the city skyline on the side. Plus: if the weather permits, do take a drink at the rooftop bar, the view, the relaxing set-up and open air really worth your time.

Smoking is permitted on the rooftop, seating arrangement could be better considered for people who are sensitive to cigarette smell:)

I loved the decor and design of the hotel. So much attention has been given to every little detail. The beds were extremely comfortable.

I missed having somewhere quiet to sit in the evenings where you could get a drink ask read. I had a great meal in the restaurant one evening and the atmosphere was very buzzy but for a quieter evening it would be nice to have somewhere more low key to go for a drink. Having said that the hotel is so close to many cafes so it’s not a big issue.

Excellent sevice from reception and restaurant staff. Room was clean and quiet with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. Nicely decorated. Location was perfect - next to an underground station but also walkable to main sites. Very near shops.

Amazing location- so close to everything and right beside the metro. The hotel is lovely, very clean and spacious and we got good use out of the roof top bar! Loved our room which was big, had a nice view and cute decor. Cute bakery next door. Already planning a trip back! It was such good value for money and Vienna is a great city!

Beautiful hotel with good vibes. Very original design. Room is specious and beautiful. You can see they thought of almost every detail. The hotel has it's own nice coffee shop where you can start your morning which is also recommended.

The bed was really comfortable, the place was clean, the location is very convenient. Beautiful, stylish place to stay.

Wonderful, beautiful hotel with friendly staff

Breakfast is a la carte and therefore extra to the room price- which is okay and clear from the booking, but adds to the price.

the hotel was very nice and quiet. my room was very clean. the toilet and the bathroom were separated and it was very useful for us (i shared the room with a friend). the stuff of the hotel was also nice.

i was really disappointed with the restaurant and the prices in it. the value which i got for the money i spent in this restaurant wasn't worth it at all. also the servers weren't nice at all. not advicing

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the design was stunning, materials were luxurious, services efficient and friendly, location ideal right next to tram shop along a pedestrian shopping district with a 10 minute direct walk to the Museum District. Just a gorgeous hotel.

The hotel was wonderful! Even if it is situated downtown it was very quite. Ideal location! Great connection to public transportation. The bed was comfortable and we loved the shower!
