Hotel Motto, Vienna

Lovely hotel, great theme and overall layout, staff are lovely and super friendly, loved our staff at this hotel and would highly recommend, location is superb right next to u bahn station so the whole city is accessible within a few stops

Food, breakfast wasn’t included in our stay which is fine, but we found chez Bernard on the 7th floor to be over priced for breakfast and most things, one solution we found was cafe europa around the corner nice vibe nice food and resonably priced, I wouldn’t let this stop us from staying again

The rooms were very hot at night even with room temperature on lowest setting and pillows were not great

The hotel position is perfect... staff was very kind.. they clean every day . You have coffee mashine and tea every day refild for free...

It was cold in the room... Outside was -2 or -1 but in the room 20 degrees.... maybe 19... they give us heater but nothing.... restoran on the 7 flooor is very nice, but stuff that serves our table is to agreesive with questions... do you want to order... did you decide... nothing yet... please order something we are crowded.... you can't relax.... I was there 30 min and already nervous.... I think they could ease little and let guest enjoy..... nothing really bad, just to give a hint to hotel what can change to be perfect..

The design of the room was beautiful, great location close to public transport, shopping and food destinations. The on-site restaurant is excellent. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The bathroom was a poor design, not very well laid out who wants to hear someone taking there morning dump, and then standing next to you washing their hand as the Sink was in the main bedroom, a truly bizarre set up and it let the room down massively for me.

Everything. Lovely room with stunning tall windows. Stayed in a deluxe double room. Staff were super, so helpful and warm. Hotel is stunning. Bar and food excellent. Great location, shopping on your doorstep and the underground also.

Hotel Motto is a delightful hotel that truly stands out. The reception staff are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feel welcome and at home.

The restaurant has a wonderful ambience, but enhancing the friendliness of some staff members could really elevate the overall experience.

A beautiful hotel and in a great location, near to buses and trams. We went for Christmas and it was beautiful, Vienna was magical. We explored all the museums and art galleries.

Beautiful, stylish hotel . Everything about this hotel is stylish and high quality, it really feels like a luxury experience staying here . The reception area is beautiful, we were offered champagne on arrival. We loved our room which was spacious, very comfortable bed and a great shower . Good storage and efficient air conditioning. The location of this hotel is superb, right next to the U bahn station, a 15 minute walk from the museum’s quarter and surrounded by shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. We had breakfast one morning in the impressive restaurant , where I could have stayed and people watched all day . The staff in the restaurant were incredibly attentive and the food was high quality.

These are only very minor points, the toilet in the room is a small enclosure which lacks ventilation, it would be better if an extractor was added to keep it fresh. We visited over Christmas when most shops were closed and restaurants fully booked. We had received an email from the hotel advising of the need to book the restaurant on Christmas Eve but not given any information about the need to book other evenings in advance. Unfortunately this meant we were unable to eat in the hotel restaurant which was very disappointing, I feel that hotel guests should have priority over the general public or at least it would have been helpful to have known of the need to book well in advance to secure a table. We naively thought we would be able to have drinks in the bar able without a reservation but this was not possible over the Christmas period. The hotel restaurant is stunning and obviously very popular with locals, we will definitely book in advance if we visit again.

A very modern and luxe feeling hotel, great location for using the underground and walking to main locations, on the back of a shopping street so local amenities close by but rooms seem sound proofed (not sure if they are) but you get no noise from the street. Very clean and housekeeping seem to come quickly each day and stock the room. It would be nice to have water free of charge in the room as well as hot drinks. Breakfast at chez Bernard was also lovely!

There wasn’t room service available but a ‘self-service room service’ which seemed to be inconsistent between reception staff, some saying drinks from the restaurant would be available in our room and some saying it wouldn’t (we did manage to get hot chocolate from the restaurant in the room in the end but had to ask different employees).

The only thing was that there were no irons available. Even though a steamer was provided it was very weak compared to an iron. Other than that our stay was perfect!

What a stunning hotel. We absolutely loved the quirky but luxurious rooms. Dont miss the beautiful restaurant Chez Bernard which is on the rooftop. It is amazing. Stafff are all helpful and fantastic. Location we thought was a little way out but that is fine for us as we like walking. We would not hesitate to return to Hotel Motto.

Staff, style, location.

We did not do breakfast at the hotel although we used an excellent cafe across the road. The location is excellent close to shops, metro and attractions. The room was quiet, large with quality fixtures and lovely decor. It was great value for money but we did get a discount. There was a terraced area on the top floor but didn’t use it as the weather wasn’t suitable

This is s a delightful hotel quirky with a young staff can do team nothing is a problem we just loved it.

The aesthetic is beyond stunning and the staff were so lovely and helpful! They always had an answer to any silly questions and they had an amazing attitude through out. The Christmas punch was such a wonderful treat to get back to. Many thanks to Nora and Ngan ♥️

The cleanliness left something to be desired as the room was somewhat dusty by the end of the stay, also used cups of coffee still had stains on the inside when I returned to the room at the end of the day. But when notified of any issue the staff is quick to respond which I appreciate a lot.

Fantastic experience living for three days at Hotel Motto in Vienna. Super modern hotel with an absolute gem of an restaurant on the 7 floor, Chez Bernad. we can only recommend this hotel in the beautiful city of Vienna. We will be back for more.
