Great staff on reception. Housekeeping were amazing.

Resturant management. An alliance with locals rather than hotel guests. One single request from myself was dismissed which was very disappointing give watching locals being accomodated readily. Limon bar tender was amazing on roof top bar/restaurant.

The hotel’s location is superb. The room was clean & comfortable & staff were very professional.The rooftop bar was a real bonus & is very atmospheric.

If you pay over £200 a night for a hotel room it would be nice to include breakfast.

Room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast had a great choice.

The reception staff were rude. Standing and gossiping in the little office to the left of the reception and ignoring us stood at reception. While one of their colleagues was busy sorting a problem on the phone.

Bright, clean room, good location

we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately we had to find breakfast elsewhere because it was too expensive in their restaurant. Otherwise a very good place for a 3 night stay.

cosy room, big enough with a nice solution for the bathroom. everything was neat and tidy and especially the breakfast was great in term of available choices and quality, the central location and the short ways from and to public transport is a big plus. also the neighborhood is really nice and encouraged to walk around and explore.

The rooftop restaurant with views of Vienna was were we had breakfast every morning was fabulous and there is also a swimming pool. The food was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was excellent with THE BEST schnitzels. The location was excellent.

The bathroom was open plan in the room and the towels could have been better but overall a wonderful stay in Vienna.

Comfortable rooms close to the heart of the old city. Easy walk to the main tourist areas, shops, restaurants and mass transit. The on-site restaurants and bars were good, with a nice rooftop area that has a bit of view over part of the city.

Great reception services, very clean, one of my favorite hotels in Vienna! Truly worth to stay!

Spacious, we'll appointed room l, very friendly staff.

Only negative of our stay was the connectivity. The rooms being inward facing, mobile networks were understandably sketchy. However, the hotel could've done way better with proper wifi, the signal strength and speed overall in our room was quite bad. Good if you want a digital detox. Mild inconvenience in an otherwise nice experience.

Stylish, clean and very central. Staff members were superb and always friendly and approachable. Would not hesitate to book it again.

Everything about our stay was perfect — the service, the room, the gym, and the location. A special thanks to the wonderfully friendly reception staff and the housekeeping team; they truly made my experience exceptional.

I’ve booked the hotel as it’s only four minutes walking distance away from the Musikverein, it is safe for me to go back to hotel after concert.

The light above the sink is flashing, and the bath room door is so heavy that I was scared that might lock me inside.

Location. Bed and pillows. Restaurant on the 8th floor.

The light in the room is not enough. Room 206 is next to the housekeeping office and they start to make noise early in the morning.

Location great.Room and beds and shower and refreshments all very good.The bed was nice and large and very comfortable.It was quiet.It was also rather cool and stylish.Was good to be next door to friends.

We weren't sure at first about the exposed shower but we got used to it!It would have been useful to have a bit more space for our clothes ie drawers or more shelves.The lighting system was a bit tricky!

Beautiful property. Very characterful and luxurious and the location was superb.

The location was excellent. Also very practical to have one of the best schnitzel places in town in-house. We also loved the breakfast place with a wonderful view from the top floor. The rooms are stylish and the beds are comfortable.

The only thing we did not like was the lack of space in the room - there was not one drawer to put your clothes

The rooftop pool/bar/breakfast area was amazing.

Bed was a little hard.

Location was good near trams and buses and Belvedere etc. good restaurants in-house as well as roof level bar and small pool.

Breakfast was expensive at 38 euros each so skipped it. Room was lacking storage for clothes. A tiny settee would have been better replaced with a chest of drawers. Open style shower not to everyone’s taste.

Superb location with great breakfast buffet spread and wonderful view!

Hotel lobby could be better

Location unbeatable. rooms are small but charming. best restaurants and cafes are around the hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant has a lovely view for sundowners.

it's not exactly something I didn't like like but it was a pity that each time I went by the pool there was no loungers available. As a result I never got to use the pool during my stay.

Great location and wonderful staff. The breakfast was great and had a good variety. The staff at the breakfast service were all excellent! The room was large and comfortable with adequate amenities.

The shower being so close to the bed was strange.

The location. The room facing the courtyard was very peaceful.

Breakfast was overpriced so decided to eat elsewhere. Don't be fooled the pool is tiny.

Beautiful room and hotel. The staff was always available and welcoming. Location on the RingStrasse and very safe and convenient to most of the inner city of Vienna.

The bar was not really open when I was there. Or at least the kitchen was closed. I believe that it was open at other times.

Location and friendly staff

No ironing board and the type of Donner was uncomfortable. Also lack of AC option. Need a lot of physical strength to open toilet door and main door.

Lovely hotel, with energetic vibe. Convenient restaurants downstairs. And very easy walk to shops, restaurants parks & sights.
