The pool was nice. It would be even better if the area was truly smoke free.

What a property, rooms were exactly as per the photos (although a little more worn). The location was simply excellent. Couldn’t have been more perfect with access to everything. The aircon was great. The beds were comfortable and we loved having two separate duvets. It would have been nice to have had the tea and coffee replenished without having to ask. The staff at the pool bar couldn’t have been more helpful, nicer or more friendly. Always with a smile they were lovely. The pool seating area was small but functional (as in the photos) and offered amazing views as well as the perfectly cooling dip in the water. It was a shame however that they didn’t serve the full snack menu whilst we were there. The restaurant downstairs was great, delicious food, good service and reasonably priced. The only reason we gave a 4star for staff was because of one woman on the reception. She was simply rude and couldn’t have been less interested in guests making it quite uncomfortable. Luckily she was only there one day of our stay. We will definitely be back and recommend the hotel.

We felt that the rooms could have been swept / cleaned better daily. Just bits on the floor and in the fridge from past guests. The one lady at reception couldn’t do with some service training from her peers.

Everything. Location, very comfortable and clean. It was nice to have the pool after a day out and about. Lots of r restaurants close by.

A beautiful hotel, the rooftop bar and pool are exceptional at night and during the day, where you have you breakfast too. The staff is very kind and helpful.

We were therw for one night while travelling. We enjoyed the reception, the room is small but comfortable.We actually liked the shower and sink in the room, have seen it in multiple hotels and it feels different (which a hotel should be when compared to one's home). Parking we found on the street free of charge (weekend). The location is brilliant, a stone's throw away from everything important, but still quiet and elegant. The rooftop pool is a nice touch and a great view. There were no bathrobes in the room, but reception sent some over immediately so that was appreciated.

Some points to improve customer experience: 1.The bathrobes and slippers were rather small. I am 170 cm and the robe was just a tad short on the sleeves, my husband is 185 and he looked like someone had shrunk his in the dryer. No a big issue, but it would be a nice touch to either go bigger on the sizes as a general rule or do his & hers robe and slippers. 2. Opening the bathroom door was like playing russian roulette. It's set so stiffly that it almost clamped our fingers each and every time. 3. Maybe consider offering a pad of paper and a pen, maybe mints or chocolates on the pillow, a feedback form, some welcome message in the room - small gestures go a long way.

Perfect location, restaurant on the roof, delicious breakfast and the design of the hotel. Everything was clean and convenient.

We couldn’t got the parking near the hotel so we used the public parking.

New designed rooms. Well maintained and clean. Location is bang on city center. Roof top restaurant is nice for breakfast and also for dinner. On same floor they have open swimming pool . Small but good just to kool off yourself during hot summer.

I booked double room for 3 of us. Room was quiet small in compared to other hotels what I have experienced so far.

Location is everything. Near Michael’s gate, it is located on a pedestrian road so no traffic noise. The building dates from the 12th century but is quite modern. The room and bath are well appointed. The breakfast was exceptional: wide variety of quality food, cloth tablecloths, and very attentive staff.

Everything was perfect! The location in the center, the room (we loved the shower in the room), very kind staff and don’t miss the restaurant on the 8th floor! We had a dinner and the breakfast there, the view is amazing, and the food is very delicious!

Parking options are not good at all, expensive and not easy to access. At times you cannot even park in front of the hotel to unload or load luggage.

The door to the door are extremely heavy, as are the door to the toilet. They could cut someones leg, especially child.

Very good hotel near a lot of sight we wanted to visit. The people behind the reception are very friendly and helpful, luggage storage was no problem. The beds are very comfortable! The rooftop was very nice and a good atmosphere.

Breakfast has a high price we decided to go out for breakfast. The airco was ok and a suggestion would be that during the summer the bed sheets are less warm.

We liked the central location. It is just a short walk from the Opera house. the main shopping area and the market. There are several restaurant options on site and plenty of other options close by. The roof top pool was popular but just what we needed due to the hot weather. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

The following points were not an issue for us and we were aware of them before our stay but they may be vital in the decision making for other people. There is no wardrobe/cupboard space and the shower is in the room. There is a separate lift for the pool.

What a hotel! We managed to get a last minute booking and so glad we did. The rooms are beautifully decorated but I would say better for couples as the showers have clear breeze block walls. The room was clean though a little dusty. There is a roof top pool, that can get busy but not too bad. Breakfast was also served on the roof top and so fabulous views of the city. Good quality and range of food for breakfast, with eggs cooked to order. My coeliac daughter had freshly warmed gluten free bread rolls each morning. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We loved the general trendy style. And my wife liked the stuffed horse in the lobby, l wasnt so much of a fan of that to be honest...all in all, a great hotel for a city trip.

The location was excellent because it is right in front of a bus stop. I didn't have to drag my luggage over cobble stones. Haha Also, I loved my view if the city!

I didn't like the carpet in the hallways. It was very old and musty.

I like the locations, the aesthetics of the hotel and that it’s full of Austrian touches and getting an authentic and chic experience and a great location in Vienna.

The food options in your bar are not satisfactory. You mainly have carb dishes and sweets. I’d prefer 1 or 2 fish options (like ceviche, tuna tartar or oysters) as sometimes one once to eat something light (high in protein but not meet) while drinking at your bar and catching up. The focaccia and all these dishes are definitely not a solution as a healthy light snack.

The location was great. The rooms were clean and lovely bed linen. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking Vienna was spectacular.

The room was so small.! The shower was right next to the bed. The wash basin was in the room. There were two hooks with 4 coat hangers for our clothes.

Nicely decorated, comfy beds and pillows. Staff helpful and accommodating. Rooftop restaurant and pool are a nice bonus. We appreciated the pool area bathrobes and dedicated elevator. Location close to Metro and short walk to old town centre. Good breakfast, lots of choices and you can order eggs off the menu. Both main restaurants looked good, you need reservations for dinner.

We had an issue with our room on the first floor, the ceiling had exposed concrete and painted. It was off- gassing and the windows were locked to venting only. The staff quote quickly switched us to another room when we informed them. The pool area has about 10 loungers so you need to be there early in the am to get a spot. People were reserving them with towels even though there was a sign not to but there was no one monitoring the area.

Breakfast very expensive so I went elsewhere.

We stayed for a short time, but it was very good. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms, very good facilities, bars, restaurants and swimming pool. Very close to the city center.
