A Truly Exceptional Stay at DO&CO in Vienna. This was our second stay at the DO&CO Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations once again. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Vienna, directly across from the iconic St. Stephen's Cathedral. The view from our warm, cozy room was breathtaking, with the cathedral as a stunning centerpiece. Each day, we were delighted to find chocolates and sweet treats waiting for us in our room, a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention goes to Niko at the reception desk, whose kindness and gentle demeanor made us feel truly welcome.

The location was superb. Right across the St.Stephan's Cathedral, with a full view to the Stephansplatz. The metro station was right near the hotel. Very good breakfast (although it was an a la carte breakfast, of which I am not really a fan), the hotel was very clean, big room and an extra bed for our son.

It was cold in the room and very cold near the window. It was a perpetual AC, that even set on the highest level, never heated the room at a comfortable level. There were about 20°C. At night, the air seemed colder. The rooms really need radiators in the wintertime. Very little privacy in the toilet. Basically, the sink, the shower and the toilet were in the room, but separated by glass walls. Everything that was done, was felt into the room. And the shower walls weren't exactly fully covered. For curios kids, that might be a problem.

The location was perfection, the staff were so wonderful and the room was so comfortable and warm. We absolutely lived our stay.

Good location if you want to be in the centre main tourist and shopping precinct.

Staff always seemed rushed. Dinner in the restaurant felt less about ensuring you were enjoying the experience and more about turnover despite having pre-booked.

Everything about our stay was exceptional, from the staff to the room and the small touches that you would never think about, but hugely appreciate having them! The location is the best in the city and was almost an attraction itself. I am now sad to come to terms with the fact I will not have a sleep better than the one I had at DO&CO

The entrance is poorly worked you have to fight people because their is a restaurant you pass to the elevators with drunk idiots where your rooms are on mid floors that require a card and hotel restaurants are floors 6-7 Also if I book the room with a view do not tell me what I can and can not do with the window You need to get guest that book those rooms discounts or something if we can’t use our windows Also if your anything but a couple be prepared to see each other naked in the rooms because showers and everything is clear glass with no real doors

Excellent location, literally central to everything!! Great facilities and every single staff member was polite, friendly and very accomodating. Look and style of room was excellent. Loved that the hotel corridors smelt lovely. Showers were warm and powerful at all times. Underfloor heating in bathroom was a nice touch. Room was cleaned daily. Lovely view outside of window, no street noises at night. Very quiet and got a good nights sleep.

Needed afew more hangers in the wardrobe. Needed some separate hooks for thick coats to be hung. Shame there are no irons in the room but understanding of the rules in Vienna regarding this, we didnt have an ironing price list in 308. Would have been nice to have option of a kettle in the room with some teabags as not everyone drinks coffee. Shame there was no bar area just for cocktails or drinks in the evening - we were told restaurants were for eating only.

The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. We will be back.

My teenage son and I stayed here for 3 nights in early Dec. The location was beyond perfect - right in the centre of the action opposite St Stephen’s Church with views of the people and plaza below. Our split-level room was very modern and interestingly designed but the steps from the bedroom to the bathroom wouldn’t suit everyone. TV was fantastic. Appreciated small gestures like apples in the room and a chocolate each night. Overall, I’d say this hotel is more suited to a younger demographics or couples due to the lighting and stairs in the room, which aren’t great if you’re getting up to use the bathroom in the night!

Arriving at reception by lift on the 6th floor felt more like entering a VIP nightclub than a 5-star hotel - dark, moody, loud and chaotic, with people everywhere waiting to enter the restaurant. The rooms are dimly lit which creates a mood but wouldn’t suit everyone and can became annoying when trying to dress or find items in your suitcase!

The location is in the heart of Vienna city. It's a fantastic location walking distance to food, restaurants, cafes, shopping and attractions. Loved it. Staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the hot dog stands.

Shampoo and body lotion were not refreshed throughout my 4 day stay, i had to ask the chambermaid for new ones. Breakfast was poor and service was very slow

The beds are super comfortable, location excellent and staff is very helpful and nice too

I missed the electric kettle in the room; the coffee machine is excellent, but it's also a good thing to have an opportunity to make a tea

The location was excellent. Eating, shopping,public transport all right there within steps. We had a balcony overlooking the plaza so we could continue enjoying. The room was well soundproofed . Know that the reception lobby is on the 6 th floor not in the building entrance.

The wood flooring in the room was very slippery… we had to move cautiously.

Very small complaints but the floor creaked slightly and the fabric was stained on our window sill. Expensive but still a reasonable value.

We really enjoyed the hotel & the rooms (although a little dark). The food at the Do&Co Restaurant was also great and the smell of kaiserschmarrn at the entrance of the hotel definitely adds a big plus👍🏼

The only inconvenience would be the the fact that the security deposit charged at check-in is not mentioned anywhere.

Our room had good facilities and our bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. The rooftop restaurant was very good!

It was in a fantastic location, the room was clean.

Too many booze bottles in the room in a dangerous place and as we had a kid it was difficult to whatch her so she don’t touch them.

Excellent location in the heart of Vienna old town. The room was fabulous, really spacious and with a view directly out to Stephensplatz and the cathedral.

Took a while to find as expected a normal hotel frontage but the entrance was a small doorway next to a food stall and wasn’t signposted very well.

The AC could not cope with the summer temperatures and the room was too hot, especially at night. Night staff were lovely and tried to help by giving us options of other rooms and providing water and ice, but they seriously need to sort the AC out!

nothing it was all great. Some people might find the front entrance of the hotel a little unusualas its reception is on the 6th floor and the entrance is alongside a cafe but it should not put anyone off as the views in the hotel and all else is excellent

The location was amazing. The help with the parking was nice.

The bathroom shower was totally see-through and in the middle of the room. It's not really private. My family members didn't feel comfortable taking a shower.

Great location in the city centre.

Rooms are small and cramped if you have luggage. Feel a little dated and worn out.

The location. Allows for access to lot of tourist places and shopping areas. Plenty of meal options around. Clean rooms with daily service. Rooms were fairly large and modern with a well stocked mini bar.

It’s just rooms. There are a couple of restaurants that we did not try. But there are plenty of other options around just outside the hotel.
