Loved the location. Loved the huge window that opened to the square below. Loved the spaciousness of room

There was a smell in the hallway that was there everyday like sewer pipe don’t know what it was. Also the pillows are horrible.

The staff is super polite and ready to help.

The only thing that I didn't like is the breakfast incuded in the price. It's actually only bread with jam, one coffee, one egg and one juice. Everything else is extra charged. The hotels staff is super polite and very helpful

When booking I hadn't realised that there are different kinds of breakfast you can book so one needs to check for that.

It was a little to mod for us and the food offering were a little over the top.

There was a leak under our sink. While they sent someone to "fix" it, it wasn't done properly and was leaking the whole stay. The bathroom, located in the middle of the room, is very inconvenient. Lack of privacy and the air is not circulating properly. The breakfast was expensive and didn't justify the cost. We were limited in everything, even small things like extra bread or coffee. It's an okay hotel to stay for one or two nights, but not suitable for a long stay. We wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel.

In general - nice place with unusual room design :) Wonderful location - very convenient with easy-walk distance from lots of visiting places, shops and restaurants. Also must mention - this is a hotel with amazing staff! Everything was sort of ok

In our opinion, the value for money is not really adequate - the hotel is significantly overpriced. Yes, good location, yes, nice restaurants. Still... we have stayed in much more modern places in Europe's city centers, at a much lower price.

The entry into hotel was mad partly die to it’s location and partly due to the pancake shop downstairs.

breakfast organization (no self service) does not meet the 5* standard... to be more precise breakfast package which was paid as an option during booking is not proper 5* standard. There is a a la card menu but this was not communicated properly before booking.

Wonderful location, beautifully relaxed ambience. All staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, near transportation and within walking distance to major sights. Room was VERY quiet. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing location and perfect hotel

Fantastic location and so central. You could also find many international channels on the tv.

We had hoped to have a bath as per photo but when we arrived we had a room at the back which was dark with a shower. We couldn't be bothered to change rooms as we were only there for a couple of nights. Bed was uncomfortable and not a double bed but two zipped together. We did not have breakfast but had one evening meal which was acceptable. Some found a fantastic traditional cafe round the corner for breakfast which was called Duglas.

The entrance is not good. Because bakery is located in front of the gate. So It's crowded and narrow.

Great location. Super friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Highly recommend the Japanese restaurant on the 6 th floor. Views from the bar are marvellous

Perfect location

No lobby entrance of the hotel not convenient. There is a cafe demel at entrance and the hotel smells butter and desert all the time. There are so many people entering the hotel for the restaurant that should have been separated.

The room facing the city view is pretty good.

It’s not like a usual hotel like the lobby mostly be at the ground floor but this one at 6th floor & the reception desk was simple, some review i read before told the hotel vibes like a night club & it’s true & also the room lightning was poor when i had the room facing the courtyard. Also there was no breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was not as expected, not to much choices.

If you want to stay in a hotel for count down, that’s the one. We all surprised that they’re sent us champagne for all the room guests on New Year’s Eve. Room with big window, I can see St. Stephen’s Cathedral from my room. Staff help is for the luggages because cars cannot stop in front of hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the room itself was clean and comfortable, my overall experience was mixed. The air conditioner worked perfectly, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature. However, the reception staff left much to be desired. They were quite rude and unhelpful, making the check-in process frustrating.

Location of the hotel is perfect..right in the middle of everything. View from our first room was great (right on St stephen cathedral). We arrived early and room was ready for us. Onyx restaurant is excellent.

We had to change the room on our last day due to water dripping from the ceiling. The hotel is not directly reached by car (taxi has to stop 50m away approx) and there is no staff to help with the luggage. Even on our check out around 6 am no one was available to help with the luggage.

Nice location, but by public transport.

Poor breakfast, in top restaurant may be more options for meat eating people.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at DO&CO in Vienna. This was our second stay at the DO&CO Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations once again. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Vienna, directly across from the iconic St. Stephen's Cathedral. The view from our warm, cozy room was breathtaking, with the cathedral as a stunning centerpiece. Each day, we were delighted to find chocolates and sweet treats waiting for us in our room, a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention goes to Niko at the reception desk, whose kindness and gentle demeanor made us feel truly welcome.

The location was superb. Right across the St.Stephan's Cathedral, with a full view to the Stephansplatz. The metro station was right near the hotel. Very good breakfast (although it was an a la carte breakfast, of which I am not really a fan), the hotel was very clean, big room and an extra bed for our son.

It was cold in the room and very cold near the window. It was a perpetual AC, that even set on the highest level, never heated the room at a comfortable level. There were about 20°C. At night, the air seemed colder. The rooms really need radiators in the wintertime. Very little privacy in the toilet. Basically, the sink, the shower and the toilet were in the room, but separated by glass walls. Everything that was done, was felt into the room. And the shower walls weren't exactly fully covered. For curios kids, that might be a problem.

The location was perfection, the staff were so wonderful and the room was so comfortable and warm. We absolutely lived our stay.

Good location if you want to be in the centre main tourist and shopping precinct.

Staff always seemed rushed. Dinner in the restaurant felt less about ensuring you were enjoying the experience and more about turnover despite having pre-booked.

Everything about our stay was exceptional, from the staff to the room and the small touches that you would never think about, but hugely appreciate having them! The location is the best in the city and was almost an attraction itself. I am now sad to come to terms with the fact I will not have a sleep better than the one I had at DO&CO

The entrance is poorly worked you have to fight people because their is a restaurant you pass to the elevators with drunk idiots where your rooms are on mid floors that require a card and hotel restaurants are floors 6-7 Also if I book the room with a view do not tell me what I can and can not do with the window You need to get guest that book those rooms discounts or something if we can’t use our windows Also if your anything but a couple be prepared to see each other naked in the rooms because showers and everything is clear glass with no real doors

Excellent location, literally central to everything!! Great facilities and every single staff member was polite, friendly and very accomodating. Look and style of room was excellent. Loved that the hotel corridors smelt lovely. Showers were warm and powerful at all times. Underfloor heating in bathroom was a nice touch. Room was cleaned daily. Lovely view outside of window, no street noises at night. Very quiet and got a good nights sleep.

Needed afew more hangers in the wardrobe. Needed some separate hooks for thick coats to be hung. Shame there are no irons in the room but understanding of the rules in Vienna regarding this, we didnt have an ironing price list in 308. Would have been nice to have option of a kettle in the room with some teabags as not everyone drinks coffee. Shame there was no bar area just for cocktails or drinks in the evening - we were told restaurants were for eating only.

The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. We will be back.

My teenage son and I stayed here for 3 nights in early Dec. The location was beyond perfect - right in the centre of the action opposite St Stephen’s Church with views of the people and plaza below. Our split-level room was very modern and interestingly designed but the steps from the bedroom to the bathroom wouldn’t suit everyone. TV was fantastic. Appreciated small gestures like apples in the room and a chocolate each night. Overall, I’d say this hotel is more suited to a younger demographics or couples due to the lighting and stairs in the room, which aren’t great if you’re getting up to use the bathroom in the night!

Arriving at reception by lift on the 6th floor felt more like entering a VIP nightclub than a 5-star hotel - dark, moody, loud and chaotic, with people everywhere waiting to enter the restaurant. The rooms are dimly lit which creates a mood but wouldn’t suit everyone and can became annoying when trying to dress or find items in your suitcase!
