Excellent location, helpful staff and nice modern facilities.

The AC could not cope with the summer temperatures and the room was too hot, especially at night. Night staff were lovely and tried to help by giving us options of other rooms and providing water and ice, but they seriously need to sort the AC out!

Clean , modern and comfortable

The location was amazing. The help with the parking was nice.

The bathroom shower was totally see-through and in the middle of the room. It's not really private. My family members didn't feel comfortable taking a shower.

Great location in the city centre.

Rooms are small and cramped if you have luggage. Feel a little dated and worn out.

The location. Allows for access to lot of tourist places and shopping areas. Plenty of meal options around. Clean rooms with daily service. Rooms were fairly large and modern with a well stocked mini bar.

It’s just rooms. There are a couple of restaurants that we did not try. But there are plenty of other options around just outside the hotel.

weak air conditioning, at night we had 27C in the room despite the fact that the air conditioning was on the lowest temperature. There is more alcohol in the room than usual, on the contrary, it would be beneficial if the hotel would equip the rooms with better pillows, the current ones are very soft for the little one, which is a significant drawback with the otherwise comfortable bed and the non-functioning air conditioning

Location is superb. View from some rooms spectacular, wonderful restaurant. Rooms modern. Personnel are helpful and extremely customer service oriented. Beds comfortable.

Rooms are dark, switched rooms and no view in second room. Awkward spaces.

We requested our rooms be next to each other which did not happen. Actually our rooms were on different floors. The room was exceptionally dark.

Rooms are very narrow ,bathrooms are very small and has no real doors and has no privacy There is no lobby basically Air conditioning was no cooling enough

Room faced Saint Stephen's Cathedral and hotel was in the middle of everything. Breakfast outside on the terrace facing the plaza, with the church bell's ringing and an outstanding meal, was a fabulous way to start the day.

The location of the hotel is amazing and so is the bar/restaurant and the view! However it is very expensive for what it is and we had to request a new room because the view was terrible. Once we moved rooms it was a lot better. Staff were helpful and the restaurant (especially the view) is amazing.

It’s very expensive and compared to other high end hotels I’ve stayed in - the service isn’t 5* in my opinion.

Entrance into the hotel is kinda strange for a 4 starr hotel( just at the dire straight entrance there is a baker :))) . Poor menu at restaurant and breackfast .

Perfect location overlooking St Stephen’s. Comfortable and an excellent restaurant.

The room is pretty basic but clean and comfortable.

Hotel location is just super, restaurant, breakfast and service were just perfect. Bed were comfortable, also the extra bed were comfortable. Minibar selection were good. Shower gel and balsam were nice also.

Pillows were little bit too soft for us and there were no pillow menu or other pillows in the room. Very little space to storage your clothes, we were 3 persons and we needed to keep our staff in the suitcases. Room were hot, even with the air-condition working. Too little electrical plugs in the room, nowadays everyone has mobile phone, tablet, smart watch etc.

They charge you for requesting a plate in the room. The bed was uncomfortable, as it had a big gap in the middle. And the pillows were very flat.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, our experience was delightful, and we appreciated the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Also the thoughtful gesture of fruits and chocolates in our room. We'll be back!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was a significant downside. Despite the otherwise pleasant stay, the inability to adjust the temperature made it uncomfortable.

The location was amazing. The rooms were beautiful.

There needs to be more privacy with the toilets in the rooms. Also the AC did not work when there and they did not inform us of this when they did the upgrade of the room that we did appreciate. Dragan was extremely helpful and brought a fan to the room. The staff was excellent. It is just important to be up front of the situation of the rooms.

Amazing location, right next to cathedral and U1 . Delicious smell of kaiserschmarrn in the foyer as you enter. Rooms great, well sound proofed and comfortable.

The location is perfect for exploring Vienna Bed was extremely comfortable and fabulous pillows . Clean and beautiful view of the Cathedral from the bar / restaurants Sublime meal in the restaurant . Best food we have eaten in a very long time . Lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and bars all within metres of the hotel .

Courtyard view rooms are not looking over a courtyard but an apartment block opposite . Really off putting and not pleasant to view . There is no courtyard only a light well ! Our first room was like a sauna with aircon not working . Second room offered was cooler ! Lighting too dark and rooms need a refurb . Hotel needs an upgrade

Almost everything is exceptional and really hard to put a finger anywhere.

Location was amazing, rooms were nicely made, modern and spacious. Beds were really comfortable.

It was all good overall, but the reception is really weird - just a small desk, looks messy and the two ladies working the morning shift are not trained well. For a 5 star hotel I do expect the reception to be on top of their game. They also make you enter your own data upon checking in, it‘s not a big deal I just thought it was a bit odd.

Central location

We felt for the price, the facility could have added a few more touches to make the property match up to the price itself. It wasn’t neglected by any means, but I would typically expect more refined touches relative to other places we’ve stayed in the area relative to price.

Location excellent. Rooms excellent. Reception staff and house-keeping were friendly, respective, and very helpful.

There is no private secure WiFi network within the hotel. You have to use a public network WiFi which is not secure. I found this very unusual for a hotel of this superior standard. They should be offering more English speaking channels on the TV, particularly as English is the second language in Austria and most local people speak fluent English.

The location is just perfect, in the city center with amazing views. The staff is very kind and helpful and the breakfast is in a restaurant with incredible views while the food is fresh and tasty

It’s a boutique hotel, the reception is on higher floor and at the entrance you have a feeling of insecurity. At this price you would expect it to be more luxurious as many other hotels in Vienna but the hallways are just dull and depressing. Also you can’t lock the door while inside, they said that for security reasons even though the majority of the hotels have this option.
