This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been at. All staff were very helpful, service minded, the breakfast was amazing.

Loved everything about this place! Loved the vibe, the staff, the breakfast (so good!) and on top, they are super dog-friendly. This hotel is brilliant. 100% recommend it.

I have never been so gob smacked walking into a hotel but the whole concept was mind blowing and we loved it!

Great location by the museumquartier. Very close to the city center. The room was spacious and the bed was great. Staff very nice and friendly. We also liked the food at the Italian restaurant at the ground floor.

The heating in our room was not working so we got immediately another room and vouchers for the bar as compensation.

There is no wardrobe

We liked that the hotel was funky, the location is great for walking to main attractions. Complimentary drinks were a nice touch. White clean sheets.

A closer look into cleaning might be needed. Some black spots in the bathroom (might be mold from humidity) and in the proximity of the toilet.

Eveything was clean, the location is nearby the parliament and city council, the room had enough space and the bathroom was large as well. The decoration is a clear plus and it is well appreciated all the details and efforts they put around it

Slightly more light in the bathroom would be appreciated if you need to put makeup on

I liked most the location, the unique style of the hotel and my room and of course the free minibar - that was a very nice touch!

The breakfast could have been slightly better. There was no rug covering the whole surface of the room and the floor was a bit cold.b

Friendly communication, interesting design full of different details. Toof-top bar with a great view at Museum quarters (8th floor). Nice relax space (sauna and hammam); Creative space for events at -1 floor. Comfy bed and pillows, white linen. Nice complimentary mini-bar.

Our room had a large pillar in the middle of the room which was hard to navigate in the dark

Centrally located to the museums and 10-15 min walk to shops and restaurants. Bikes provided for those in a hurry. We had a room with big windows and a stunning view - worth upgrading if you can. Everything you need in the room for a long or short stay. Great design and furnishings. Fantastic communal areas and excellent Italian restaurant downstairs. Very warm, vibrant and welcoming place. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend.

I liked the free drinks and snacks in the mini fridge, the spa, and the rooftop bar,. Housekeeping was helpful and always with a smile.

2 of the front office staff did not update us about the facilities and inaccurate information about the tram

Hands down the best hotel we ever stayed at in Europe! Concept & decor? Outstanding! Felt like we were at a Modern Art Gallery! So quirky and fun! Spotless clean! I was trying to find something off about the room and NOTHING! Friendly and polite stuff! Great breakfast and dinner at Ribelli restaurant! Best rooftop bar with a breathtaking view! And everything was so close you could walk or take the Underground! Will definitely recommend and definitely coming back! Thank you for the lovely memories!

Lively rooftop bar, good variety at breakfast including things like baked pears. Nice touches like art installations, postcards, etc. Great location for the museum quarter.

Very unique and cool ! Loved the vibe. The hotel has a rooftop bar and a nice restaurant. There’s also plenty of bars and restaurants close the hotel. Short walks to many attractions. The staff is very professional and nice.

The hotel was incredibly creative and offered the most stunning views! 🌟 The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Plus, the location was perfect, everything we needed was just a short walk away.

This hotel was amazing! It had such a lovely and stylish decor, and the room was equally charming. One of the highlights was the heated bathroom floor – a fantastic touch, especially during colder days. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious! We also had dinner at the hotel one evening, and it was an excellent experience. The food was of high quality, and the beer was great! I ordered a mixed platter of Italian cold cuts and cheeses, as well as a Diavola pizza, and everything was absolutely delicious. The hotel was also very well located, close to public transport, Christmas markets, and museums. It was easy to explore the city on foot from the hotel, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Central location and super friendly staff

Well the breakfast was great but this hotel being in the Vienna one would expect that the breakfast spread would include Viennese sausages. But sadly they were not included.

Excellent location close to the museums. We had a Gigantic room (bit of an exaggeration but certainly large) so that we would have the kitchenette and tea/coffee facilities. As mentioned in other reviews they will refill for free if you ask them. Albeit our room phone didn’t work….. Comfortable bed, and clean room with lots of nice touches.

This is a busy hotel. The reception was like a train station all the time which coupled with its eclectic feel and just lots of ‘stuff’ does not make for a relaxing stay. Fair enough, as that is how it markets itself. However don’t stay here if you are after relaxation. Above all though DON’T get a 7th floor room directly under the bar. The noise comes straight through the floor and on our first night it was just horrendous- we may as well have been in there. I think there was probably a DJ set as the following two nights, whilst there was a beat and general noise it wasn’t as bad as night 1. I did go down and ask to change rooms (again as room phone didn’t work!) however little to no sympathy- hotel was full and they suggested I ask at 12 noon the next day, no earlier. Not much use when you are on a city break. We didn’t change rooms, just slept with headphones. I didn’t expect silence and knew there was a bar (it’s nice by the way) but the noise levels were totally unacceptable- this hotel needs to remember that it’s paying guests who probably keep it going.

Dog-friendly and spacious. Love the area and eat-outs. Very friendly personnel. Breakfast was delicious and served regional delicacies.

Limited room service (though its ok for a European :) ) . Cleaning times varied so we couldn’t plan with our dog.

the hotel room was incredibly comfortable, the staff were super helpful and the hotel had way more facilities than we expected. It's only a short stroll to the centre of Vienna, absolutely perfect for seeing the Xmas markets. the hotel was absolutely bustling for our entire stay so it's abviously a very hip little spot for the locals.

The artwork might not be to everyone's taste but we loved it.

Great hotel with plenty of amenities, close to public transport too. Not completely in the city but walking distance to most places we wanted to visit, and a 15 minute train ride to other popular places in the city!

Room was comfortable and good location

It was abit too warm even with the fan on lowest temperature so made it abit uncomfortable sleeping at times

Bed was very comfortable, very firm mattress. Great high-flow detachable showerhead. Free minibar items in the fridge, with water, cola and beer. I have stayed here 6-7 times in the last 5 years and the staff is ALWAYS exceptional. It is the friendly staff that keeps me coming back.

The refrigerator was surprisingly small, could only hold two and not three 750 ml bottles. I could not adjust the fridge temp to make it colder, and it was set to the "European standard" of barely cold and not the "American Standard" of 40-45 degrees.

Very special decoration but nice. Room was at the very end of the hall / corner which was a bit of walk…

They mentioned they’d refill the minibar everyday (which was all complimentary) but when we asked to refill the water they hesitated to do so.

Everything. Perfect room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, even the mini bar was complementary which was a nice surprise.

Not really that i did not like it, just an observation. The fitness could use some more weights, some dumbells and maybe a pull up bar.
