It was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was very convenient — just a few minutes’ walk from the main tourist attractions, and there is a metro station nearby.

There is a €75 deposit fee that you must pay during check-in, which is not indicated anywhere

Staff are friendly and helpful. Wellness area was nice and great ease of access to city centre. Restaurant in lobby had nice food, even if a bit pricey. Rooms are tidy and daily cleaning was appreciated.

Everything. The rooms were well themed. Great location. Fab breakie. Great roof top bar. Lovely restaurant offering mainly pizza. Lovely staff.

Unique design and atmosphere. Very clean. Great rooftop with bar and parties. Delicious breakfast although not cheep if you are not taking it with the room in advance. Free mini bar refill was nice as well.

Rooftop bar was amazing but party Friday night went on until 2am with very loud music and we needed to be up early for excursions

Fullfield Design, very unique details. The breakfast was deversed selection, fresh and healthy. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom with shower. Very clean and new furnitures. I’ll come back! The hotel position is one of the best place In Vienna. The Metro station is near, and beautiful parks surrounds it.

Fifth time at the hotel and going back for sure! The atmosphere is sparkling and breakfast is fabulous.

I found parking very tiny and on the pricey side.

The stuff was very helpful, the location was very good , the spa were very good. The evening restaurant was excellent.

I liked the whole vibe of the hotel. I totally the whole quirky yet fun them that also had its own twist crazy into the atmosphere. I have recommended this hotel to some friends that are looking to visit Vienna within the next year.

The remote for the TV in my room was not working great but I never called the desk to report the issue because I wasn't really in my room that often.

Amazing room, very large, comfortable, clean. Could not have expected better accommodation. Loved staying in this hotel.

I wish I knew the room was right under the bar. So, sleeping at night was a challenge.

You could CHECK OUT AT MIDDAY. We love this, please never change. Otherwise, everyone was friendly, the room was warm and comfortable. The sauna and steam room were a nice touch The cocktails upstairs were delicious

I loved my stay at the 25hours Hotel. I have had it on my wish list since my last visit to Vienna and it exceeded my expectations. The room was much larger than I had expected, with great storage, and I loved the quirky decorations. The bathroom was huge, had good counter space and was stock with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room was clean and spacious with lots of nice touches like the free mini bar, satchel to use while out and about and stuffed animal. The semi black out blinds were great to have a sleep in. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I really can't fault anything about the room and would definitely stay again!

It would be nice to have a dedicated lift for hotel guests as sometimes the wait was quite long with people going to the bar but this is such a minor thing. I also felt the bed was a bit hard but this is just personal preference.

A bit pricey for what it is. Rooms not very huge, little light, little storage/ cupboard space, and a rather unpractical bath room.

The Atmosphere at the hotel, like the motto "Almost home". Different , cozy. There was a very nice mood between the employees, the guest and also local visiting the Top roof top bar and the restaurent. By the way great view over Vienna. The rooms where funny , nice and clean. With the circus theme all over and nice painting on the walls it is a different funny hotel. The breakfast was great and can strongly be recommended. At dinner I tried the pizzas - also fantastick. The hotel i located very central just 10 walk to the "walking area" / Hoffburg.

Brilliant location beside the Museum Quarter. Near a number of the U stations. Most stylish hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful decor. Breakfast, very good if a bit expensive.

Staff were very friendly and responsive. Romm was spacious and contained interesting reading material. Breakfast was varied and high quality (though a bit expensive). I will definitely stay here if I ever get back to Vienna.

Maybe because of the weather, Air condition may needed for the west area room due to the big windows.

I feel very welcome in this hotel, the staff is sper freindly and the style is nice. I like the rooftop bar and the fiew from the frontside room. The location is perfect to reach the center and the nice destricts 7 and 8.

The location is perfect and near of most venues and attractions. The decoration of the hotel is one of a kind. The breakfast was excellent and with many options. We loved it.

We loved the location. We loved that it was close to transportation. Close to the Museums area. Loved the quirky accents of the hotel. Unique decor. Loved the rooftop bar. It gave us a smile. 😊

This hotel is an interesting place to stay, in addition to being convinient, in great location, and fantastic breakfast, and lots of people use it. The design of the lobby and the rooms is very nice, also with good sence of humor - which I liked very much. Fantastic breakfast, with everything you can think of, and plenty of it. The same place is italien restaurant in evenings. Free drinks from the minibar added to the great experiense. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional, and handled all requests with a smile. Overall, great experiense.

There is no place to unpack, we have just used our opened suitecases here and there on the floor and it was not comfortable. Beside that, everything was OK.

We we're a little upset at no tea and coffee making facilities but then on the info screened on the TV we saw we could go down to the mermaid area to make free tea and coffee. We went down and there was none. Asked to be told we can't go down there. That was quite disappointing. When we met the young man hovering the 2nd floor I asked him and he was my saviour, he got me a kettle. For me, this is really important.

I loved everything

It is a very modern hotel, rooms are really adorable. During our stay there were ongoing work at hotel lobby but still there was no sound at the room. Definitely i would choose this hotel again while staying at Vienna.

Only thing that i personally didn`t like is the very high price of Hotel parking. It was i think 40 euros per day which is very high. You have a public parking on the opposite side of hotel so you can use it. Do not made a mistake as me. :)

Why does the shower have a big glass window looking right at the beds? You can close it (from outside), but there are holes in the shutter. I get the sex jokes and all, but not everyone travels with their partners.

The front desk staff were very invitational and helpful. Everyone was kind and seemed to put their guests' stay at the top of their priority list. The restaurant staff were outstanding and the food was very good. The layout of the room was perfect for two people. The little extras, like a blue tooth speaker, made the stay very relaxing.

Great Hotel, Location is good enough! Especially for the price.. there was work going on when we went, so put a small dampener on it, but the room was great, and the rooftop bar and club!!! For the price I could not recommend this more!
