The hotel was clean, in a good location & the staff were friendly & very helpful.

We booked a room with twin beds but this didn't filter through to the hotel so me & my friend shared a double bed. It wasn't a major problem as they gave us an extra duvet. They were going to move us the next day but we said it was fine.

Wonderful and friendly staff, especially the young lady with glasses at the reception :). Thanks for the nice stay!

Hotel is a short walk from the train station. also great location when you have to return to the train station or bus transfers to airport. Breakfast is serve on the primary floor upstairs. Breakfast is hearty and quite nice. Everything from fruit , eggs, meats, cheese, pastries, pancakes and more. Help from the front desk is tremendous. Staff is tremendous. Very helpful making sure you are comfortable advise you how to get to everywhere you desire to go. I have stayed here many times. Elena, the new young lady at the front desk, was hired in January and she is great!!!! Best choice is adding her to the team. Francesca is always the heart beat of the hotel and has been there for about 20 years. You will love your stay.

The breakfast was good with friendly attentive staff. Position was just right away from the crowds but still had atmosphere.

A beautiful hotel with very clean rooms and a comfortable, central location. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and they even upgraded our room free of charge.

The place was well-located with a plenty of good restaurants over there. The WIFI connection was great (we were working remotely so that was important for us). The staff was really friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Oh, and make sure to get the muffins on the breakfast, they were delicious!

The only bad part is that the bedroom was not smelling really well on our first day, after the 2nd day it was fine.

It would have been nice to have had some kind of window onto the world, rather than onto a brick wall.

We were surprised that we had to take our luggage by stairs . If bags are heavy as ours were it’s not very pleasant .

Hotel's ambiance was warm and cozy. It's a cozy place and gives you the feeling of being a guest in some family member's home. It is conveniently accessible from the airport. Hotel staff were all kind and helpful.

This a wonderful boutique hotel. The staff were great and very helpful. Even providing u with a map of venice if required. It has a very beautiful lounge and dining area. It's located 2 min away from a waterbus stop very handy for trips down the grand canal or to murano island. Would definitely stay there again if we came back to venice

Would have like a little more room round the bed .

We were greeted by the friendly reception staff who gave us a lot of detail and a map to help guide us around. The room and bed was a good size with a substantial bathroom. Well equiped for a small hotel. Buffet breakfast was in the lounge/bar area which was a nice intimate size and the staff were helpful. Location was great as it was away from the main square but close to the railway station and the Gugile water taxi jetty.

Remember, if you use one, to bring a face towel as these are not provided. The rooms nearest reception can be noisy if other clients aren't considerate when checking in late. We liked being away the Piazza San Marco but it is a good 25-30min walk to get to it so worth thinking about getting a water taxi 24 or 48 hours pass.

Breakfast, maybe wasn't as fresh as it could have been.

The attention to detail from the owner, Luigi, to the head of staff (?) Xena, to the house keeping staff (every detail looked at! 😮😮), to the front desk (24 hours) staff...everyone was helpful, detailed oriented, professional, very competent and knowledgeable yet warm and friendly. A nice combination that is not common. 👍 Details. Xena goes outside to the terrace area that the breakfast area guests don't even see and maintains the flowering planters by picking off any spent flowers and leaves. I had to ask if they were plastic or real bc I couldn't find a dead leaf! I watched as a house keeping staff walked by the reception/lounge area furniture, stopped, looked at the accent pillows, decided to fluff them, and reposition them to look just right. No one was around. She just did it. 😮 The breakfast area has self serve juices and water. The containers are kept on ice to maintain coldness and a napkin is placed at the bottom of the pitcher to prevent any condensation from dripping on the guests. 😮 It's the little things. They add up to present an excellent experience. I loved the efficient room temperature controls. It kept the room at the temperature we enjoy while sleeping. The bathrobes and slippers were a nice addition. 👍

Beautiful hotel. We loved the decoration. The room (50) was spacious, well decorated and very clean. Weirdly, because it overlooks the road, the room was really quiet and calm. I need their double glazing at home! Air conditioning and other facilities worked well. The minibar was well stocked. The bathroom toiletries provided are luxurious. The breakfast buffet was extensive, for a hotel of this small scale, and good. I would mention Claudio for treating us so well and giving us excellent tips on what to do. He knows the city very well.

I recommend ending the breakfast buffet later, perhaps at 11 a.m. I don't want to rush to avoid missing breakfast when I am on holiday.

Arcadia stands out because of its staff. Yes, rooms are tiny, but when you have personnel that receives you with a smile and attend every one of your needs pleasantly and with eagernes, the result is: "If I go back to Venice, I want to go back to that hotel"

i loved location and hotel cozy small and cute, breakfast if good. Our room was next to the reception so we hear every nee check in no matter what time of the day it was. The only inconvenience was about no window in our room.

I really enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options available. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The front desk staff at our arrival provided us with a map and orientation to the city. He also gave great restaurant recommendations. We went to the seafood restaurant he recommended twice!! Hotel is also located in a very central location. Very close to many means of public transportation.

Amazing hotel and staff at reception, except the waitress at breakfast was terrible, very rude and unpleasant. Gave a bad atmosphere in the breakfast room. Bedroom fabulous with excellent AC. Bed and pillows sooo.good and slept.very well and no noise at night. Location is fantastic near restaurants and bars and also 5 minute walk to water taxi. There was WiFi but was not given the password maybe this should be in the bedroom

Waitress at breakfast such a shame as all other staff so helpful smiling and so helpful with .water taxi app, maps and extra pillows.

Excellent hotel! The room was very clean and modern, the breakfast was great and the location was perfect, less than 10 min walk from the train station. Definitely recommend!

The location was perfect, only 50 meters from the canal where the water taxi dropped us off, and walking distance to everything. The room was extremely clean, and the bathroom was modern and a very decent size. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The walls are very thin, so you can hear conversations in the hallway or other rooms.

Room was advertised as having tea and coffee making facilities, but there were none in our room.

This boutique hotel is beautiful. The location is slightly further out but it’s really easy to find your way around the city. The lady on reception was particularly brilliant, she was so helpful on check in, gave us a map and explained how to get around and even had some excellent recommendations for food. Breakfast was lovely - definitely do bed and breakfast! Room was lovely - hotel was clean and very well kept. Highly recommend!

Rooms were small and our room was next to front reception area, so we heard a lot of noise.

I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Venice , is nearby to all the locations you might need , the staff is super friendly and available to help you at every need . An extra plus the super comfortable bed that after a long day of wondering the streets is much needed.

Brilliant staff - very friendly and welcoming! Always said hello and made the effort to remember our coffee order each morning at breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and room was cleaned to high standard. Great location (2 mins from nearest water bus stop and 5-10 mins from train station).

Great amenities in the bathroom- everything you need, you don’t need the luggage, sleepers, bath robes, toothbrush and toothpaste , great selection of soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Very comfortable bed and high quality bedding. Great location on the main street, professional friendly staff.

Room was fresh and clean. Interior was beautiful. Breakfast food variety was small, but sufficient. Everything we needed was there and it was all fresh and delicious. Hotel is located near bus and train station which made it easy to get in and out of city.

There is a renovation of the facade going on right now which made our window not usable and view non-existent. Everything else was great :)
