Stunning property w beautiful and very comfortable rooms. Great location. Great valet staff.

Surprising for a 5 star hotel- ran out of towels in gym and pool (more than once). Ran out of cash at the front desk. Poor service for breakfast at lobby bar.

I liked how everyone I met at the hotel were kind and sincere.

It was difficult to find way to get to the swimming pool, but the pool was beautiful. ^^

The domestic staff/cleaners were extremely amiable and did an exemplary job.

Breakfast staff could be a little more friendly and attentive.

We loved everything: great central location, outstanding room with comfortable bed, huge bathroom, all the amenities, cookies in room at night, and very quiet. Restaurant/bars all good, Hawksworth exceptional (go to happy hour). Staff are very happy and professional.

This was our first stay at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia and we had a fantastic time. We had stayed at the Rosewood Hong Kong before and feel that the service was on par. We arrived in the morning and the team made their best efforts for early check-in and gave us an upgraded room by 12pm. Meanwhile, we got access to the pool/sauna which was perfect after a red-eye flight. The room was great and the bathroom was huge. We really enjoyed all the F&B at the hotel including breakfast at Reflections, drinks at the lobby lounge & Prophecy and the Mother’s Day lunch at HAWKSWORTH. Also the coffee bar was cute. The team was able to give us late checkout at 4pm, giving us more time to relax before our night flight back to Singapore. We also appreciated that the team was very helpful with our abundance of luggage. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

If anything I’m allergic to dust so the carpet wasn’t great for my allergies as I had severe runny nose and constant sneezing in the room.

It is a proper hotel - no commoditisation here - amazing facilities, consistently 5 star service in every corner of the business and committed engaging well trained staff. The Rosewood Georgia is an absolute triumph, standing tall in a world of mediocraty and dull commoditisation

I loved the room!

It was a little pricey

Incredible Stay here, I just had one issue but this was totally outside of the hotels control, the walls are quite thin and the guest in the suite next to me had obviously fallen asleep with their TV on full blast and it was booming through my wall from 3 am till 4 am. The staff were very helpful and persistent in trying to wake the guests, and then also took care of the cocktails I had at the bar the knife prior as a small thank you which went a very long way all in all all of the staff, especially Lazaro at the bar were amazing. This will be the only hotel I stay at in Vancouver going forwards. I only have one disappointment, I was only there for one night and the pool was closed for their staff function so I wasn’t able to use that facility but I have something to look forward to next time!

Front desk staff were excellent at accommodating all kinds of requests we made during our stay.

The room was beautifully appointed. We were upgraded to a better room than the one we paid for. The breakfast was included by way of a $75 credit each day to order from the breakfast menu which had lots of options.

The Rosewood Georgia is absolutely the best hotel that we've stayed at in Vancouver. While there are other 5 star hotels that feature comfort and elegance, none have the range of amenities, excellent food and beverage options and opulent well appointed rooms.

beautiful hotel, staff were excellent from check in until check out. Breakfast was fantastic and the lounge was always packed in the evenings. Beds were incredibly comfortable and bathroom had heated floors.

Great location! The nicest staff one could ask for. They were so helpful in anticipating our needs especially in the rain. The room was spacious with a luxurious deep bathtub for soaking. Breakfast was also great. Will be back if possible!

It was really great in every way

The hotel is centrally located, with large signage adorning the building making it easy to locate. The walkability is excellent with high-end shops, restaurants and other sites to enjoy nearby. It is flat and relatively smooth. Clean rooms. Lux bedding and linens. Elegant shower and tub. Well-designed two-sided vanity bathroom. Palatino leather items throughout and the fresh flowers elevate the quality of detail. The Nespresso machine, minibar provisions, and the ever classy Diptych bathing goods all help to heighten this lux posture. The gym is on the smaller side, but, it's well-appointed and cute af.

In-room dining ends at 11p. But the kindness of the staff makes up for it Who is the artist of the chandelier and of the spellbinding artistic piece behind the front desk? If you find out, put it in your update. :)

Small room Didn’t refresh minibar during stay.

We always stay here, love this hotel, the lobby, the restaurants / food, the rooms / bathrooms, amenities, location, staff / service. Everything is great and dialled in. It’s a very comfortable home away from home, especially if you have to travel a lot.

My only thing - I wish we could make the rooms cooler for sleep. Seems like the recent renovation saw the installation of those eco-thermostats which keep the temperature locked above a certain point, and kick it back up to a warmer temperature after a certain amount of time. Even if I’d turn the temp down to lowest, leave and hope the room would be cool when I came back, it would be back at 70 degrees when I’d return because of this reset feature.

The manager was super accommodating. It was a staycation for my partners 50th and they really Mande us feel special.

a very decent view of the City was important in the enjoyment of our stay which was for 6 nights. Centrality of location was critical in allowing us to enjoy many aspects of Vancouver City life and shopping. Partner even managed to get an appointment for the hair. Abundance of good eating opportunities within walking distance, but the food on site was delightful as much as the staff was.

I think some basic instruction might have been good to better understand the working of the integrated lighting system.... I found it confusing, almost as much as managing to get the coffee machine to work.
