The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned and the turn down service were all really nice. Nice products. Beautiful bathroom, shower, used the soaking tub and the bath salts were a nice touch. Enjoyed the in-room coffee in the morning.

The room is not quite as spacious as the photos. Wish there was more room for our suitcases. For such a lux property, one of our suitcases had to be open on the floor, the other on the luggage stand. Very small closet. No drawers to speak of. We were facing the back courtyard (which was under construction, but no noise from there disturbed us). The street seemed loud, so I was glad for that. Do wish that we had some sort of view, however, for such a beautiful city.

A beautiful property with a rich history. Impeccable room designs and moody lobby lounge add to the comfortable and charming experience. Staff are extremely attentive.

This was a beautifully decorated hotel and room. Everything is newly refurbished and tastefully designed.

There was an issue at check-in with the room booked not being available but the staff found an agreeable solution, which was appreciated.

The service at the Rosewood was absolutely outstanding. All staff were exceptional and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in Vancouver. I would particularly like to highlight the concierge who came to my rescue when let down at the very last minute by a pre-booked activity. He managed to save the day with only a 10 minute window to do so! Bed was very comfortable and the room felt inviting and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was sublime. 10 minute walk from most things and subway station a 2 minute walk so perfect location.

The only improvements are very minor but would have been more 1) wardrobe/drawer space for clothes. Its perfectly adequate for a few nights but this was part of a much longer trip for us so found this limited. 2) proper cups for tea drinkers in the room as standard ....not everyone likes coffee. As soon as we asked for them though they appeared.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service and location.

Motion sensing light that went on when needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Liquid soap provided smelled very strongly and stayed on my hands even with repeated washing. Not too good when trying to enjoy wine at the restaurant. Don't know if individual lights could be controlled. Found that the Master Switch turned off everything.

This was one of my best experiences in Vancouver; the hotel itself. The staff are very welcoming, especially Mr. Kentin in the front disk. I have been assisted at every stage of my visit starting with my check in, spa access, concierge service .. etc. Highly recommended and worth the value.

The receptionist was wonderful! We went for Xmas and she upgraded us and was super friendly and helpful. The location is amazing - we walked to all the shops and restaurants!!

The lobby restaurant is very small and that is the only restaurant that serves breakfast. I also wish that they served free tea and coffee in the lobby in the mornings - like some of the other high end hotels.

asked for laundry service as there was a large red wine stain on my husbands sweater jacket, and they got it out1 picked up promptly and returned during the day.

The room was a bit on the small side for a premium king

The restaurant (Reflections) was suburb. The assistant manager and Kenny at front desk and all the staff where fantastic.

The hotel is looking a bit tired now. But after their upcoming renovations it will be magnificent.

Amazing experience! We had dinner at Reflection restaurant (Rooftop) where we were greeted with a hot cider and snacks. We had a wonderful meal and amazing cocktails. The hotel room was exceptional with an amazing bathtub!

Best service hands down I have ever experienced. Everything from the room, the comfort of the bed, to the nightly turn down service was so top notch, it made it a truly luxurious feel to the trip. Highly recommend and will stay again!!

Centrally located in downtown Vancouver. Able to walk to all downtown sites. Did take short Uber ride to Stanley Park. The little amenities in room were a nice touch. We were surprised and got upgrade to a suite which was quite spacious. Very quiet. Did not hear any noise from hallway during the night. Gym was very well supplied with equipment and room to spread out for workout. Pool and spa also available next to gym area but we did not use these services. We felt like we were on a honeymoon. Bed was comfortable and we slept great. Bathroom was huge with separate sinks and large shower. We also had a half bath in suite. Coffee and tea were available in the room.

Nothing really. Just little things like breakfast included, welcome drink such as Prosecco. They did offer bottle water during checkin process. Couch in sitting room was not comfortable. If you are wanting a place that is bright and airy this may not be for you. Room is dark. I did hear they are closing hotel for updates.

We had a great stay here. The location was great. The room was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We couldn't have asked for more from this stay.

Beautiful hotel great staff but not sure why Hawkesworth doesn't do breakfast/brunch in the fall. Isn't fall/winter when people want brunch?

The Rosewood Hotel Georgia was incredible, we stayed there twice for 3 nights either side of our Alaskan cruise, everything is fantastic x

Rosewood Hotel Georgia is a gem. It is a relatively small hotel with a lot of charm and it is very comfortable. The service is superb, the rooms are spacious and the facilities are excellent (spa, fitness centre, swimming pool). It is perfectly located downtown with easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Stanley Park. The restaurant is fantastic with an exceptional menu and wine list. Overall we loved our experience at the hotel and found it to be of excellent value. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay again!

There was nothing to speak of which we did not like or did not enjoy.

Loved the hotel's location which was close to metro (two lines), restaurants, has a large salted pool and gym, and near high-end stores. You are treated very well, as you would expect from a 5 star hotel, and the beds are very comfortable. Vancouver is one of the best cities I ever visited in Canada and there are a lot of things to do inside and outside of the city. Famous celebs and dignitaries have stayed here, so why not you. If I ever get back to British Columbia, the Rosewood Hotel Georgia will be my first choice. Cheers.

Elegant clean and luxurious!

The staff were amazing! Checking in there was a little hiccup with the extras that were added as a little special surprise for my husband’s birthday/ our honeymoon but after dinner they were able To fix the error from the girl who checked us in. Besides that it was one of the most amazing experiences with booking on booking.com my husband and as extraordinarily happy with everything! Glad I found and booked it for a weekend get away! Will review on google and instagram soon!

Perfect location. Room cleaning was provided twice a day after each you would always find cookies as a really lovely present. Comfy bed and pillows. Never heard a noise from the outside.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Location was great. Room was very clean.

We were first given a room much smaller than the one our friends were booked in and at the same price so we had to request the same accommodations as they had and the reception did change our room. If we hadn't seen their room, we would never have known such a difference in rooms for the exact same price. That shouldn't have happened, but they did comply with our request.

Loved the atmosphere of this hotel, staff was extremely accommodating to our needs, early check-in, dinner reservations, help with taxis and room service.

A wonderful warm welcome on arrival to the very grand lobby. The service was excellent from start to finish. The room and bathroom in particular were very nice. And the terrace bar is great, especially for happy hour.

I was disappointed with the spa. There is a pool and treatment rooms, but no steam room/sauna, nor hot tub. The lead photo used on booking.com is not a communal facility but part of a suite. So the experience didn't meet my expectations.

The room was great, next to an elevator but I still did not hear people in and out of the elevator. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom with the soaking tub was fabulous. The room was spotless and the service of turning down the beds with a requested time was a bonus!

I can't think of anything that I would suggest to make better.

We were upgraded to a Suite which was very comfortable. We loved the traditional feel of the hotel - classic style and excellent hospitality. All the staff were excellent - either well recruited or well trained or both. They went out of their way to accommodate us at all interactions - from arrival to check in and in the dining areas. The light meals in the downstairs were excellent and the staff there were some of the best we have encountered.

I can't think of a thing I didn't like.
