excellent location, close to cute restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops.

Decor is not my taste

THE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION VERY FRIENDLY, KIND & HELPFUL. THEY EVEN GAVE US ELECTRIC BICYSCLES FOR FREE. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS. THE BED EXTREMELY COMPFORTABLE. WE RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE VISITING VANCOUVER.

Location was perfect! We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to see. Also loved the e-bikes. We were able to ride all around Stanley Park.

It was a bit noisy at night due to the outdoor bars.

Location. Yaletown is fab, loved the vibe, hotel in perfect location

Great location. Very spacious room and bathroom. Have nice bar and restaurant attached. They have offered us “Bubbly Drinks” while we are checking in. Very surprised and staff are friendly and very nice. Even my car got flat tire. They put some airs into tire that I can driving to car dealer to repair it. Very thoughtful. Thank you for extra miles. We will stay again.

Location!! Secondly, the staff were outstanding!! Upon arrival, they took our bags to our room, and handed us 2 spritzers, so we could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful summer solstice. They helped with tickets to excursions, directions, recommendations, assistance with e-bikes, and anything else!! The free e-bikes were awesome! The room was spacious and very clean, bed was quite comfortable and pillows were the perfect firmness.

Wasn’t a real issue, but would have been nice to take steps to front lobby instead of waiting for the elevator every time. But elevators were very quick!

The location. Not a big hotel so a little more intimate. Very friendly staff. .

The staff were so welcoming! We were greeted with such friendliness and warmth. Our room was ready early which was a treat. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, the location was excellent. I can’t say enough about this property!

The court yard was a bonus. It was like a little retreat in the City. Great walking distance from everywhere we wanted to be.

Loved the accessibility to the area, everything was a good walking distance, all the staff were very friendly. The bathroom was very nice and the bed was super comfortable and spacious. The side tables were very usefull for when we wanted to just eat something in the hotel and the couch was very comfortable.

I enjoyed almost everything, the main issue I had which was not a huge one was the bathrooms. There were a couple of hairs in the shower that were there before we even used it. The bath and sink were fine it was just the shower floor felt a bit unclean. The TV was also a bit hard to use. It could have been the remote or something or perhaps user error but we weren't able to change the channels although this wasn't that big a problem. Aside from this, I had no other issues housekeeping did a very amazing job at cleaning the rest of the room while we were out! Love the service.

The staff are so friendly! We love checking in here. They always have such great restaurant recommendations.

Didn’t provide a kettle and tea unless asked for. A coffee maker is provided. It wasn’t an issue as staff super friendly but tea should always be provided in rooms.

The staff was very welcoming. I loved the vibe of the hotel--it's modern yet comfortable. Mainly, I absolutely loved the location! There are quite a few restaurants, shops and bars in the area, so you needn't worry about having to stray too far from the hotel to find suitable options. I will definitely return to this hotel!

I tried the small restaurant at the property and I felt that the menu was too limited and it was pricey. When I popped in for lunch, I expected to have more moderately priced options...which there were few. In my opinion, they should offer more realistically priced lunch type options: sandwiches, burgers, pub-type fare.

Great decor and location with a really nice atmosphere

I loved the hotel decor! The Opus was attractive but also very clean. The heated bathroom floors were a nice perk for a late December stay. The wall of glass in the bathroom was a fun surprise and easily made private with either opaque or translucent blind options (I loved the translucent one so that we could still see the city lights). The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location and easily walkable to many places with a subway entrance across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet

In an ungraded balcony king, neither the shower, or the free standing tub, had a handheld shower head. This is a minor expense, but certainly more representative of the promised experience. The existing Kitchen faucet on the tub is chintzy. The temperature/pressure control in shower is also low end. Should have pressure and temp control. Plus the handhelds as mentioned earlier.

The stay was great - the staff was exceptional. The room concept was very cool but a little dated. The separate shower and tub were great along with the mini courtyard and fireplace

I just felt like the room decor was a little out dated. There was a mix up with an in room massage that I had booked but the staff went above and beyond to make it right

Great location to the many restaurants and bars, short walk to downtown shopping or waterfront. Very comfortable bed and good sized room.

As I don't drink coffee, tea being my choice of drink, was a little difficult getting a good supply of tea bags and fresh milk, being charged extra for these too. Could have more free TV channels, very limited to watch free movies.

This hotel is wonderful - centrally located to transportation, restaurants, activities ...loved it!

Staff and service was wonderful. Comfortable room. Location was great and how we found you. Bikes were a welcome addition. Our favorite hotel toiletries! Love that brand. Nespresso machine beats keurig every time.

Shower was great but needs a handheld shower head addition and somewhere to hang the damp wash rag. Bathroom needs more than one place to hang a bath towel to dry. Service was awesome but maybe don’t insist that tired travelers get an app that they told you they wouldn’t use. No thank means no thank you.

Everything was PERFECT!

Nice facilities and nice social space and staff all really lovely .. Breakfast was brilliant, everything cooked and really well presented.

The only thing here were the pillows! Too puffy for me and being picky! Room was nice, although I was expecting a room with a balcony.

Great location with a direct train to/from the airport in 10 stops. Stylish furnishings through out from bathroom fixtures to sofa.

I wasn’t able to get all of the pre check-in links to work. So after uploading passports etc the failure in the final digital key meant I had to do it all again on arrival.

Great yaletown location. Bikes available and a welcome drink.

The room color was not a favorite and we were beside the elevator. Not great for a light sleeper.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. I don't think I've ever had this quality of service & I've stayed at 5 star hotels.

The room location was located on the street. I didn't like how the bathroom was situated. It could've used a bathroom fan. It felt like you could hear all other occupants when in the bathroom. I turned on the water in the sink when in the bathroom.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. Excellent location -close to excellent restaurants and ferry to Stanley Island.

It’s pretty pricey and for that a few niggles. They brought me tea cups but then took them away when the room got cleaned. Fridge was leaking. Online app could be better - for early check in app didn’t seem to work.

At check in the staff were super friendly and helpful considering it was 11pm! They were very accommodating. The room was a good size with a great bathroom. We had a very late flight so when we checked out they kept our luggage secure (ie behind a locked door) and also provided us with towels and toiletries to use to freshen up before our flight. Every time you walked in the hotel the front counter staff welcomed you. It was really lovely. It is close to the waterfront to have a lovely walk to catch a ferry to Granville Island and it is only 2 stops on the Skytrain to Canada Place. Also only a 20 min trip on the Skytrain to the airport

I really can't think of anything I didn't like.

Location was exceptional offering close access to multiple coffee shops, restaurants and more. Mister ice cream in very unique and tasty. Sitting outside was great for people watching.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful! This hotel is located ina beautiful spot in downtown so close to so much! My room was so cute and i enjoyed my stay! The nice touch is that you actually clean the rooms and make the beds and change the towels every day. Many hotels have stopped doing that unless you pay a cleaning fee. I won't stay at those hotels anymore, I can't understand what we are paying for if they remove all the service and hospitality.

I wish this location had a pool and hottub!

it’s location, Yaletown a great spot and lots of good eating places a step away. opposite the metro that goes directly to the airport and a short walk away from Granville Island. it was the end of our trip having started in Toronto and it was the perfect way to finish, a bit of glamour and comfort.
