SoHo Metropolitan Hotel, Toronto

The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, closet was so spacious and the bathroom was incredible. It was well designed and thought out. From the moment we checked in everyone was extremely helpful, the concierge was so helpful and pleasant. Thank you all for making this a great experience.

The hotel staff, on entry , were very nice and had upgraded our room as it was our 30th wedding anniversary. There was also a written card from the hotel manager which was a lovely touch and appreciated.

the shower was broken the entire time. the air conditioning was one small vent that did not reach the dressing and bath area. the gym had no ac and th e door to the outside was always open to give som efresh air

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness of room, heated floors in the bathroom is a nice perk and excellent shower pressure!!

Beautiful place and very nice staff. They went over and beyond to make sure the stay was great.

The hotel room was spacious and gorgeous, with two chairs and a sofa. It had a great view of the CN Tower, which was a short 5 minute walk. The closet space and separate bath and shower was a great plus! Staff were very friendly and accommodating and both the café and restaurant onsite were incredible (a bit pricey but worth every penny)! The location was fantastic. Short walk to the water, Blue Jays, Hockey Wall of Fame and just next door to shops and the Arcadia (a must see experience). We will be back.

Lovely luxury hotel, very close to all tourist places.

Location, it’s so close to major attractions like the baseball field and aquarium. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom.

There could be extreme traffic outside which causes you to spend 10 minutes waiting to get 2 blocks closer. The hotel itself though is superb

All inclusive breakfast would have been a nice addition Heavy traffic in the area when the Blue Jays finish they're match

Everything was amazing: friendly staff, beautiful decor, easy parking, great facilities and fantastic location. Loved the hot tub.

Hardly anything. Only little comment is the water temp in the swimming pool.

I thought the staff was especially warm and helpful

The bed had a bit of a divot on my side and blackout curtains allowed some sunlight through but overall was still comfortable

It was the quietest room I've ever stayed in, and the bed was like a cloud of heaven!

It would be nice to have 2 robes in the room.
