The hotel location, room size, ammenities, the lobby library.

-The room was a bit too dark and needed more overhead lighting, especially to work. - Too much construction in the area at the moment so it was very noisy.

Breakfast was wonderful

It will be better when construction across the street is over. Bar should be open early and stay open later

Beautiful hotel that met then exceeded my expectations

Friendly and helpful staff, Parking available on site, amazing rooms with the most comfortable beds i've seen in a hotel. Central location directly downtown right by the water, lots of restaurants nearby.

The staff were very friendly and nice. The room was comfy.

To be honest the price was high but there was a lot going on that weekend. Unfortunately everything is higher.

Construction … and the price ..

The location was perfect for our visit. Fairly close to train station. Very close to family and other sight-seeing options.

Building work opposite hotel was a bit noisy with a 6am start. Not the hotel's fault but maybe a reduction in the room rate for the inconvenience would have been nice. The breakfast was ok, but a little over-priced.

I thought the dinner was excellent along with the service. I also enjoyed the location that was very close to restaurants and tourist locations. The rooms were very clean and trendy. The staff was very helpful

The room keys were not working properly. So that could be improved. Although there is construction it may be inconvenient if I was driving but that was not the case for me.

The breakfast was delicious but overpriced. I stayed for 3 nights and should have received free breakfast at least one day. I loved the room, very comfortable.

The room had very poor lighting especially due to construction I had no view and could not even open my blinds as there was another building right infront of my room window.

I loved the room. It was so beautiful and comfy. I originally booked this hotel because of its interior design.

Outside of the hotel is currently going on a lot of construction. So car parking in front of the hotel door might take some time.

Very clean room, staff extremely friendly and helpful, hotel itself was beautiful (the bar looked very nice as well).

Downside was that there was construction taking place across our room - which we were not notified about. Very noisy as from 6 AM until late at night. Hotel could have informed us in advance about this atleast.

great location, atmosphere and very helpful concierge / front desk! they gave us great suggestions of where to eat, shop and kept our bags for us while we waited for our room to be ready

Perfect location for a cincert and for sight seeing.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is very comfortable, with nice decoration, and friendly staff. The shower is really really good. The restaurant is good as well. good dining options at walking distance.

Price was a bit steep for this hotel, not sure if it was due to the fact that we booked during a holiday.

I’m a returning customer so the staff, design and amenities are always great.

I know a lot has been stalled due to the pandemic, but the main toilet from the lobby could use an update and thorough clean.

I loved it here. They nailed what I consider the 3 most important things: bed, shower and storage. The bed and pillows were very comfy. We were in a king. The decor is beautiful. The room was very thoughtfully designed to accommodate all the items that guests bring and use- there were 2 closets, roomy counters, drawers, hooks, a shelf for luggage, a shelf in the shower. A place for everything. It’s amazing how many hotels don’t get this right. There were many thoughtful added touches that I don’t normally see, like a full size umbrella, robes, wine glasses, a kettle for tea drinkers in addition to the coffee pot. The shower was amazing!! Spacious, full water pressure, hot, with handheld or rainfall. The customer service was excellent too. Always smiling and willing to help. The location was great. We were within walking distance to CN tower, the harbor front, scotiabank arena. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding blocks.

Note for those who like a pitch black room: The window blinds are well made and do a good job of blocking light, but a little light comes in around the sides and through the holes where the cords run through.

Construction at adjacent property right outside our room - nothing you can do, it is probably the only thing that kept it from being a perfect stay.

The overall ambience of the hotel was great! Staff was very helpful and friendly, accommodating special requests we had and offered recommendations for top food spots around. Very comfortable bed. The location couldn't be better from everything we wanted to see. A quick 5 minute walk or less to CN tower, theatres, rogers centre, etc. Nice little hotel bar/resturant as well offered.

A bit pricy for parking/valet service. As well as construction going on all around hotel that did cause noise being made pretty early in the morning starting around 6-6:30am.

The room was spacious, great shower!

The lighting in the room was poor. I like to read to unwind and the only place with enough light was the entry or the night light at the bedside. No reading in the comfy chair.

The hotel is great and in a convenient location downtown however with the neighboring construction, it was pretty noisy in the mornings/during the day. Not the fault of the hotels, so will probably stay again once the construction nearby is complete.
