Absolutely amazing hotel and extremely friendly staff

The staff in this hotel are all wonderful. Friendly, helpfull, and full of local knowledge.

Sadly the restaurant we felt was overpriced, and the meal should be less complicated.

The property was in a good location. Was a beautiful Hotel

The construction on the other side of the building. They started from 6am and worked on Saturdays too. Make sure you mention not to give you that side of the building

Exceptional service

Exceptional facilities, foods, drinks, location. Outstanding overall. I loved the view, the open spaces. There were a lot of smaller details which made a big impact. I've never experienced a hotel as impressive as this.

When I was checking out, people knocked on door twice even though I had a late check out and walked in without knocking the second time. Not a biggy.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The food, the service, the rooms and location was perfect.

Cleanliness of room was exceptional

Price is pretty high! and Breakfast is not included!

The staff was helpful and kind. This hotel (I’m talking the actual hotel property and staff) was one of a kind, it truly was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The tv wasn’t working . You do have to buy shows . It didn’t have option for Netflix, my chrome stream wasn’t working.

Great comfy stay, good sized room, loved that they had small chalk boards in the rooms to communicate with the housekeeper, room service is actually really tasty.

Being charged a delivery fee for room service, quality of toilet paper is unacceptable for such a high standard hotel, also why is everything in the minibar an extra cost and also exorbitantly price ? Just dropping over 1k per night but then being charged 7$ for a small bag of chips, or basically anything in else in the minibar is cheap.

We love this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the food is excellent quality.

To a large degree the hotel is one large nightclub with hordes of people mobbing the lobby, the lifts and everywhere in between.

Excellent hotel, facilities and staff! 100% in every category and I really recommend this hotel! Uniquely designed with sustainability in mind and the decor reflect this, from 'live' murals to the room keys! Really 'funky' hotel with a lot of class thrown in! We will definitely be returning here.

Beautifully decorated and all the on site restaurants were amazing

Great location and restaurants were good but a little expensive.

Next to major building works so was woken up early with loud noises. Also no decent views.

Well clean nice property. Well located to see Toronto. We took the bikes out which was really nice. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool.

The only thing about the hotel I didn’t like was the amount of sunbeds (there is only 3 pairs).

The staff and concierge vehicle driver were amazing.

The sustainability of it all was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

I didn’t love the locked staircases (I am someone who prefers using the stairs rather than an elevator and the staircase is strictly for emergency use only as you can’t get back onto your floor even with the fob key). I also had family staying on another floor and it was difficult to visit them in their room but I understand why those restrictions are implemented, just quite inconvenient.

Staff were incredible. Property is gorgeous.

No complaints.

The bed and pillows were nice, as well as the shower flow. Having a balcony was a bonus. Also, I need to mention staff attentiveness which were ready to help and assist.

The hallways were not very clean, the carpet looking tired and dirty.
