The location of the hotel is near by casino bus station and Torono Ubiv.

Too expensive considering the facility.

The location and size of room were the real luxury aspects of our stay. The room was very cool - New York loft style with a huge bed and a bath. All clean and plenty of cosmetics in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and polite. We didn't hang out at the bar, but it had a young, cool vibe :)

It would've been nice to have tea / coffee facilities in the room, but perhaps this isn't common in Canadian hotels

The location was great and the building was interesting, fun spot to spend a night.

Room was very barebones. Just a bed at the center and a tiny desk by the window, barely any space to move around. No closet in the room either. The price was too high for the space that we were provided.

Quiet building. Cleaning staff left the room mostly alone.

Must use the basement lobby elevator to reach the room; it's not possible to take the stairs.

Good location and friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable with a large window that brightened the room nicely.

The only minor thing that I disliked was the lack of light in the bathroom.

Thought it was over-priced even for Toronto standards. Everything was fairly basic. Layout of room was a bit weird with bed in the middle of the room, meaning there was no bedside table.

Could not turn off our heating. The staff member came up to check and said it was turned off but it constantly turned on and off all night. Couldn’t sleep due to the loud noise of the heating and was too Hot in the room. We got up at 6am and left early due to this issue

Great location, few rooms so pretty quiet. Easy walking distance to Union Station and financial district or stadium. Not far from Billy Bishop airport. It was like a small studio vs hotel room and just what I needed.

No crank to close the window and latch it.

well located on Spadina avenue - great room, like the interior design very much. large and well equipped bath room.

doors with electronic lock just feels more safe

There was no breakfast but the coffee was good. It was right around the corner from the Horseshoe Tavern where our son’s band, Long Range Hustle, was playing!

We couldn’t open the window but were told the handles are available if you ask.

Nice basic and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good location, walking distance to a lot of things in the city.

layout of room was a bit strange (no outlets close to bed or bedside table), very simple room amenities, room temp super hot on arrival but self controlled, building hallways & room access feels outdated. lobby entrance has 4 stairs & needed to haul my luggage down the steps - not clear if there is an accessible entrance without stairs.

Staff was very responsive to my needs. Room was clean and cosy. Convenient location.

There is no door separating the room and the toilet. I was alone, so this was not really a problem for me, but if I would stay with someone else, this would be somewhat awkward...

not a big fan of the whole open concept. not having a door to your toilet is a bit weird and also unhygienic in my opinion. but to each their own

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Friendly. Helpful. Nice room. Easy check-in. Open to out of town questions. Great location to hit Kensington Market, Chinatown, theatre and lots of restaurants and bars. Fun. Nice bed. A desk person all through the night. Feeling of safety. Have a bar and a restaurant though we didn't try either. Good aesthetic. Cool artwork.

Bathroom - though beautiful with a great shower, the sliding door that separated the bathroom from the main room didn't close. The tile around the shower drain was dirty. Plastic toilet seat. No one told us where we could get ice in the Budweiser metal bar bucket that we were given and that I think was for getting ice. Our mini fridge was a wine fridge so it ran at about 44 degrees. Not good for holding leftovers.

Close to my office. Interesting neighborhood, with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The room temperature was comfortable, even with a blizzard outside. I appreciated the in-room fridge and the WiFi.

It was unclear from the website if the rooms had an office table and chair. I picked a room that appeared to have one from the photos, it worked well, but the website could be clearer, especially if some rooms do _not_ have a table. When I showered in the morning, the water was warm but not hot. It was better on Saturday, so I think it is due to the hot water heater being under-provisioned for many guests using it at the same time.

the locations was very convenient for me and the staff was kind and helpful. the

room was basic and a bit dated and tired looking but it was clean and comfortable and fulfilled my need for an overnight stay.
