Hotel Poli House, Tel Aviv

Olga and Assaf were great. The place has an amazing location. Beautifully decorated.

As it is located at city center and right next to light trail infrastructure work, it may be noisy - make sure to close the electric shades at night.

It was perfect

We did not receive the room we requested on check-in, but they did move us the next day. The hotels is quite lovely other than an awful smell in the lobby, but the rooms did not smell. The staff is extremely courteous and polite and I would definitely stay there again.

Smell in the lobby entrance it would’ve been nice if there was restaurant on the premises rather than having to go out

The location is very good with Shuk Ha'Carmel and many nice spots nearby. The hotel itself has a lovely design, and we had a comfortable room and bed. Much thought has been into the design and the experience. As an example, all of the room lights can be switched on/off from the bed. The rooftop and pool are also a lot of fun. Most importantly the staff has a can do attitude and is very kind and professional. Special thanks to Olga, Vlada and Arnon who made the stay memorable and that much better.

The door to the bathroom can't be locked.

Great place in Tel-Aviv. Very kind and helpful staff, especially Nina at the reception desk and both barmen at the roofbar. Many thanks for the compliment drink and the room upgrade. We really liked the balcony, bathrobes and slippers. Nice pool with warm water and cozy sunbeds.

The Poli is gorgeous - the rooms are smart and very comfortable, the pool/bar area is fantastic and the staff worked so hard to make us feel welcome and ensure that we had everything we need. And the location, at the intersection of the top of Carmel Market and Nachlat Binyamin, is wonderful. We loved staying there.

The rooms are beautiful, especially the one with a balcony. The manager is kind and cute. 😋

Desk workers may not like working there, as they may be tired and don't receive bonuses for their kindness.

The pool was closed for the winter was not something I was looking for.

The room was good, the pool and the staff were exceptional. The location is very close to the beach with a lot of great food options nearby.

The free breakfast was good but they are in the cafes nearby. We prefer if the breakfast is within the hotel itself.

Rooms are starting to look a little tired in places. No bedside tables were a nuisance. Minibar was automatic so storing your own items in the fridge is more difficult.

The roof top pool was beautiful and very relaxing. Was mostly couples and I didnt see any children

I wished I had an Nespresso type coffee machine in my room, my friends room had one, but I suppose he paid more for his room with a balcony and a view.

Amazing place to feel real Tel Aviv vibes, human size, with a great terrasse overlooking the city. TLV magical contrast is all around: the market, old buildings side by side with brand new design places with a background of the sunset overlooking the sea in the middle the latest beach-towers. The team is fantastic and you feel like home. The room are very confortable. I will definitely come back again.

The roof top pool is phenomenal, and the bar is also good. The food from the bar is simple food, but extremely well cooked and reasonably priced. The free tea and coffee in the mornings was a lovely bonus

The room that I got eventually was amazing. The first room that I was put in was not so great. Didn't have a nice view. Didn't have a balcony like it was supposed to have but they changed my room after I requested it. Noa and Michalle very helpful :)

That I had to request a better room and that my key didn't work a few times.

The hotel was perfect, extremely clean, lovely pool area , great cocktails and the staff were brilliant! Thank you to Karina, Vlada , Michaela and Noa. I can’t wait to return.

Pool was very nice to relax and the opportunities to have breakfast in different cafes around. Staff, in particular Michaela and Olga were very supportive).

Loved the pool, the hotel was right in the center so it was easy to get to shops, beach, etc.

It got loud at night sometimes outside on the streeet.

The Poli House was great for our family, it is very close to a movement area of the city, with the Carmel market and all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets. It is walking distance to the beach, 10min, walking to Aviv beach. All kinds of transports close by, with good bus network. Noa was very kind attending us. Thank you all

Everything was perfect! Location, staff, rooms. An hôtel I wish I didn’t recommend so I would always had a room. Shoval and Michael at the reception were so helpful, and the staff around the pool was lovely. The massage given by Omer was just perfect to relieve my back problems… wouldn’t choose another hotel when I come back to Tel Aviv!
