Ambience hotel was great stay, with a great accommodating service. The breakfast has great variety of a choice, hotel location with access to yellow & green line, also different bus stop are near by. The hotel staff were amazing, very helfull in any aspect of our the stay. Would be happy to come back.

We were so impressed with this lovely boutique hotel. The staff at the front reception made us feel so welcoming from the minute we walked in. Giving us wonderful tips on where to go & great restaurant locations too. I would highly recommend staying here as it's very central to everything. We especially liked the free laundry room on 10th floor. Very impressive providing morning & afternoon refreshments for hotel guest. The little thoughtful gestures certainly is a plus to return here again 🙌

The location of the hotel is a bit isolated.

I loved staying at this gorgeous hotel. The staff were super friendly and when I lost my easy card, Mei did all she could to help me locate it by calling the relevant lost and found agencies. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower and a bath tub. Breakfast was a treat every morning as there was a variety of options to choose from. The meat hot dish was different every day and very tasty. The hotel was about 8 minutes walk to the nearest MRT and there were lot of restaurants nearby.

Great location. It was a 15 minute walk to the metro station and there were convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff warm and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful with different choices everyday and they even have complementary snack offerings. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The room was spacious with good natural lighting. The breakfast provided sufficient choices with changes in menu daily. The staff was also helpful.

The dislike seems not a problem of the hotel but Booking.com. During my stay, my relative told me that the hotel room rate I got from Booking.com was much more expensive than elsewhere.

Great Customer service - helped me find glasses I lost by calling and talking to a museum that lead to the safe return of my sunglasses. They always offered us water when leaving and even complementary large umbrellas to borrow. We are vegan and they cooked us a special meal each morning it was so lovely. Lovely snacks in room that were replenished when the room was cleaned. On days we didn’t need the room cleaned the room service lady offered us drinks and towels with a warm smile. Room- good plug for charging. Bath and wet room shower. Kettle with cups and spoons was great

Location- a little noisy (our room faced the Main Street) a walk from stations, used Uber a bit more here but worth it for the great service.

The service staff really goes above and beyond for you. I had requested a wifi router in my room and I had no connection issues at all. I also liked that the cooked foods for breakfast changed everyday so I got to try many different foods.

The walls are a little thin. I had really noisy neighbours one night near midnight, but thankfully a call to the reception helped resolved it immediately.

The whole stay was amazing, the room was big and very clean. The staff were perfect , very friendly and they all organised a birthday card for me signed by all the staff even though I didn't mention it was my birthday. They were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would come back again

Reception staff was very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good along with fresh fruits. The location was 15 minutes walkable distance from MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station. Five minutes away from 7/11 family Mart. Reception was always ready to help with smiling face

The guest room was clean, nice, and spacious. Breakfast has a variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

Great property in an excellent location. 10ish minute walk to 2 different subway stations. A more local (rather than tourist) area with a wonderful selection of restaurants nearby. Great room, staff, breakfast and a special thank you to Mei and Sally for all their help. We travel a lot and this was a perfect place in Taipei to in-jet lag and explore this wonderful city! Highly recommend.

The staff were the main standouts throughout the stay - very considerate and helpful. They even got me cake and complimentary drinks on my birthday.

A very nice and friendly acomodation in the heart of Taipeh. A nice variety on the breakfast buffet as well as gentle staff.

No possibility to check into the room before afternoon which might be an issue for travellers arriving very early in Taipeh.

We were a couple with a 10-months-baby. All the staff from all services (Front desk, breakfast, cleaning) were so nice, polite and took care of us so well, every time every day. Providing free water anytime and snacks at night. We had different issues during our 2-weeks-stay and they always try their best to help you with seriousness and professionalism.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t sometimes that comfortable. But it was our feeling. Despite that, nothing to say.

The place is very accessible to all type of transportation mrt stations, bus stations and other public transport near to the airport,all the staff hotel is very helpful and make sure your stay will be smooth and comfy. My family is grateful we choose this hotel for our 5days/4nights stay.

We’ve stayed in comfortable room with a sitting area. Bathroom was huge. Breakfast selection was nice, mainly local menu which I like very much. In the afternoon hot and cold drinks are served for guests for free. Despite the room was located in front of highway, it was quiet during the night.

15 minutes walk from metro station, what wasn’t very convenient when walking with heavy bags.

Lady staff at counter on day shift always great people with smiling face and try to accommodate guests needs. This is truly valuable services rendered.

Very nice front desk staff. They would answer yes to all the questions you asked. Inside the room it’s furnished in a very different style from other hotels. Everything is wrapped up with cabinets. So when you look at the room you can only see a bed, a couch and a tv on the wall. But when you open the cabinets one by one, you would be surprised. Interesting place to stay.

The staff at the hotel are excellent! they are very attentive to us and super helpful. The room is bright and clean. Breakfast is good. We love the beds and we had 2 pillows! MRT is abt 8 mins walk but it's alright as we just ask the hotel staff to help us call for a taxi.

Large comfortable room with an excellent shower. Laundry facilities and excellent breakfast made Ambience feel like home for a longer stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Top notch experience all around!

My only complaint is that I didn't book Ambience as soon as I arrived in Taipei! It made my prior accommodations feel like a broom closet.

This is a wonderful hotel, not only 1 time my partner said must give full mark:- 1) free coin laundry (1 washing machine with 2 dryer) +1 2) friendly and warm Staff +1 3) clean and window can open 4) free bottle water not only in room, is when you need, awesome! +1 5) breakfast is great 6) very comfortable room 7) great bathroom with long both

of course have something we don't like:- 1) location and surrounding -1 2) our room facing main road, even in midnight the traffic still busy, so the room is noise. -1 3) coin laundry using time, 10am to 9pm is inconvenience. -1

Firstly, I love that the staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast selections are great - they have everything for almost everyone (vegetarians, people with allergies, etc - though I wish they label their breads) - just be there earlier because some of they don’t refill the trays anymore near the end of serving time. The bed and the room are generally clean. It’s not near any metro stations but a stone’s throw away to a bus stop.

Not exactly a con, but I wish the bathroom floor were cleaner. It’s like I know the floor was cleaned before I got there but it already has some markings that makes it look a bit unclean. The markings were probably because the tiles have aged and due to the fact that it’s always wet.

We stayed at the hotel two different times and enjoyed almost everything about the property, particularly the staff as they are very warm, friendly, and would go out of their way to offer the best help you look for. The property is clean and comfortable and offers excellent breakfast. I definitely will book the hotel again for my next visit.

Location is not ideal for those who want to take MRT as it involves quite a bit of walk. Outdated furniture.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional and we are sure to return back to the hotel because of the experience Steve, Andy and their team gave us. The staff were courteous, super clean and comfortable rooms and washrooms, great location ( centrally located), great breakfast spread which was super delicious- we were amazed by the variety served on all the eight days we stayed. Complimentary night snacking too were provided at the reception area between 9 pm and 5 am. Steve left us a thank you note as he wasn't around while we checked out on the last day ! We are avid travellers and have stayed in multiple hotels, this was the first time we felt deeply touched while leaving a hotel, we felt like we were leaving our home ! Thank you for the experience team 🙏 We'll come back for sure.
