Loved the fabulous service at check in, so welcoming. Beautiful hotel in a great location

I was next to the store room and it was noisy when opening and closing

The location was great. We stayed to go and see a show at Lyric Theatre and had dinner at a nearby restaurant also. Both those places were within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable for the size, good for an overnight stay.

No issues with the property at all.

Great location, lovely rooms and fabulous artwork.

The (very nice) bloke on the desk spoke with a strong accent, quietly and too fast. He was difficult to understand and it would have been hard for older people/non-English speakers.

I like the interior design and location, it was very beautiful.

The room was smaller than expected given the price point and the bed and pillows weren’t comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room. The food at the restaurant was sensational.

The room temperature could not be manually adjusted. Overnight the room became very warm and stifling. It appears it is set at 19 degrees and one of the nights it was set at 21 degrees - much too hot for a good nights sleep.

The bar area is wonderful. The old style feel is amazing and close to the Darling Habour if you need a walk.

The breakfast choices, was hard to find option that suits your needs and only a small coffee available. Having to choose from the menu only made it hard.

We thought there was a couch in our room bad in the booking pics. Missed this. ESP with an extended stay

Proximity to the theatres and CBD. Quaint setting friendly staff, great access to parking.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy during the night.

Room was small & we had an internal room which overlooked the lift shaft. We would have preferred a room with an outside window.

We liked everything about it from the quirky but comfortable rooms and lovely decor to the close proximity to the light rail and the Lyric theatre. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the restaurant and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had no complaints!

Room was magnificent, exactly what we needed; location was terrific as we were able to uber/taxi easily around Sydney; our bed was very comfortable and roomy - a good night sleep had by us both - thank you :-)

Plumbing could be heard at times overnight from other rooms.

The staff were very helpful and the room was spotlessly clean.

Our room promised a view but it was the carpark opposite.

Funky cute rooms , front desk staff were amazing

Fabulous hotel. Amazing bar, delicious food. The bedroom was stylish & the bed v comfortable. The room was very clean & the staff were very helpful & friendly.

The air con was impossible to regulate from our room. We had to ask reception to control it, which was annoying.

Beds were super comfy and the sheets were fresh and felt nice to sleep in! Great ambience in the hotel, small and personal with a delicious breakfast that was really big!! Helpful staff. The location was perfect for us as we were going to a show just down the road in the Lyric Theatre. It's a quick and interesting walk into the city.

Light switch in our room 101 needed securing. Could not read temperature on air conditioner as glass shattered where you read it. However the facilities in the room were excellent!!

Great location for our night out at the ICC. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were kindly given a later check out which was appreciated.

It’s an awesome place to stay and I have stayed here many of times.

Only bad thing was i couldn’t get the a/c down low enough to not feel warm. Nothing extraordinary bad about this place at all.

Room small but adequate for a short visit. Breakfast was good and staff at reception were very helpful.

Breakfast took a while to arrive and options limited for the inclusive rate. Coffee limited to 1 cup .

The location was excellent close but not too close to everything. The hotel has a funky art house feel to it. Loved the room numbers and the figurines at the bottom of the elevators. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

The room we had was very small, and cramped. It was hard to get in and out of the bed.

Loft bedroom up steep stairs wasnt ideal for us in our late 60's with bathroom downstairs.

Tapas meal extremely small (literally something from a tin and a packet of chips) and I was unable to get a coffee at 11am.

Boutique hotel, original timber beams throughout the hotel dated back to 18th century was great to see. Breakfast was very nice, great coffee.

Smaller rooms than anticipated from the photos shown on booking especially paying $400+ per night.

Spacious and comfortable. Great value , easy checking in and out . Staff were friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to Darling Harbour , Star and the Lyric Theatre.

It was convenient for entertainment and restaurants on Darling Harbour.

Parking at $60 per day was too expensive. More a Wilson’s Parking issue then that of the hotel I suspect.The breakfast offering I chose did not come with any toast and the hot chocolate cup was smaller than expected

Great rooms and original, stylish hotel.

Super hard to find and not really convenient, luckily we had friends staying there that gave us directions, although we even got lost with those.
