Hotel is in a great location, breakfast is yummy and access to the gym is a great bonus!

Our windows were facing another building/hotel which was very close so we had to keep curtains closed all the time which made the room dark.

The location was fantastic. Very close to kings cross train station, food places and pubs/sports bars.

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The decorations, lights, accessories and the whole vibe. Every little detail in the room was fantastic, even the books. Loved it all and we’ll be back. Oh, and thank you for our anniversary complimentary bottle of wine, with a handwritten card. Everything was perfect

The staff were amazing. Kind and helpful. The room was also fantastic, very stylish, quirky and fun. The bed was lovely and the lobby and corridors were so fun. The location was also easy to find.

The bathroom door was just a life door, but didn’t actually close all the way. Just a hint of paranoia. The breakfast area was also a bit chaotic, thought nicely dressed, felt a little like an after thought for the lobby (compared to the rest of the hotel)

Fantastic location behind the famous Coco Cola sign in Kings Cross, convenient for walking into the city and for catching trains. Big room with comfortable bed and spacious shower in the bathroom. Friendly staff and great breakfasts.

Not possible to open the windows so forced to use air conditioning.

We love the rooms and location. On this occasion there was a mistake either the booking, Shannon the manager was particularly considerate and made a gesture of good faith, rare these days and very welcome. We highly recommend this team and hotel for your stay.

The location was perfect. Our suite with a huge terrace was incredible. The design was fun.

I wouldn't include breakfast in the booking again. It was only a small selection so for me, not really worth it.

It was in the perfect position for our trip to Sydney.

Facilities were great and the staff were thoughtful, attentive and actioned any requests that we made. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was large and the design/layout of the room gave a luxurious and local feel.

The dark shades and Kings Cross inspired decor. Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Good coffee.

Breakfast area 1/2 empty when we got there, no plates, no cheese, no oranges, no bowls. Unclear if you could order hot eggs or they would be an extra charge. The staff were running due to demand. Would be good if any other staff could assist for those 10mins to clear tables restock etc.

The cheaper rooms on the other floors were much better than the more expensive terrace room.

The location is great. You can walk to the city. Grocery store on the corner. 10 minutes in a number of directions to some great restaurants. Kings Cross Railway Station only 5 minutes from the front door connecting you to the entire city!

Only one elevator in operation for the entire 5 days of the visit. Limited food service (mornings only really) although the coffee was good! The bed room was well laid out and big enough. However, the temperatures seemed to have a mind of their own!

We were in twin rooms beds moved on the floor and not that comfortable. Breakfast set up a bit odd but enjoyable. Staff very nice. Annoyed about rooms being different costs (long story)

Loved the room. The styling was great. Cosy and quiet.

The pillows weren't great for my head. As back support and leg support they were fine but the lack of sponginess to hold my head up was a bit uncomfortable for me.

Room was clean, well appointed and comfortable.

The multiple requests it took to get an invoice. Action from Reception regard to this simple request was hard to obtain.

The pillows were the best ones I have ever slept on.

We had such a great room, with terrace for our dog, city views unreal. The room Was massive spacious really nice furniture decor. Two toilets. Just heaps of space and comfortable felt like home.

Room service options. But can head out of course to many food options near by.

Style of the rooms and hotel in general. The vibe was rich and luxurious. Breakfast in the morning provided great options. However, the tea wasn't the best :( The 24/7 concierge provided great options

TVs, although they had the setting for netflix and YouTube, didn't allow us to use these features . Even if we had to log in to use them, it would be preferred The mini bar prices and options were a bit pricey, and I would have liked an option to provide basic over the counter medications

We got the corner suite with city view and was very nice. lot of space little living room separated from bedroom and 2 toilets.

breakfast was very poor. not warth it to pay the breakfast in the hotel, there are many coffee in the area.

Very helpful especially when I arrived after my run bleeding and was patched up very easily by front line staff

Shower & Toilet were different to any that I have experienced before being cubicles that were interesting to use

The staff so welcoming the suite was a good size and the balcony had great views at sunset

Bed was hard - after the second night I was very stiff and sore. Bathroom completely fills up with steam.

Superbly appointed suite at the Coke sign - incredibly accommodating staff, clean & very comfortable, & a short walk from the Cross & CBD

We had 2 single beds which could have been bigger (doubles).

Hot breakfast limited but good choice of bread pastry and fruit

No water in our room and room needed dusting - bottom of side tables very dusty
