All the staff were excellent. Really welcoming and friendly. I really appreciated it! The location is perfect. Room had everything I needed. Would stay here again for sure.

The location is perfect to explore Sydney further. Also room terraces are a nice add on.

I stay in Indigo hotels often and this one is not quite up to the brand standards. Breakfast choice is not as rich as in other Indigos, items at breakfast are often missing, the hotel generally has more of a quality hostel vibe than Indigo spirit.

Shannon was extremely helpful. We were able to check in early and were given an upgraded room. She was very friendly and a credit to the reception team. We had a corner room on a high floor with amazing views. The bed was very comfortable. Good location with station and restaurants etc on doorstep.

Great location near train station. The hotel is not far from the Bridge and the Circular Quey. Breakfasts are OK. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is very central, close to nice restaurants and shops, loved the area! We travelled from Europe with family and booked two rooms to celebrate NYE in Sydney. Unfortunately we arrived two days late due to flight cancelations but the hotel kindly agreed to move our 5 night bookings without any charge which was a relief. The front desk team was super friendly, smily and welcoming throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast and the general feel of the hotel. Our rooms were great, nicely appointed and decorated. On NYE we found a complimentary bottle of wine in our room which was a lovely surprise, thanks again. Also, special thanks to Sharon who was so accommodating and helpful. Sharon helped us on a few occasions and nothing was too much trouble, she's a great asset to the property. We'll be back!

Love this hotel. Right in the middle of Kings Cross with such close proximity to great restaurants and so close to the Kings Cross Station for easy access into the city loop train. The design element is also worth celebrating with the room being so well designed from both a practical perspective (making use of every space) and aesthetic perspective (the furniture, benches, even mirrors / lighting all has a design element to it). Front desk was also incredibly helpful and checked-in directly to see if there was anything they could do / if everything was to standard etc; so the perfect place to stay (for this kind of space - eg. if you don't need cooking area or bath but do need a decent shower and coffee / tea etc).

Breakfast was good and staff were very accomodating

I emailed about parking 3 times in December with no response. Came to the hotel and parking was full. Hotel needs a better booking system for parking to ensure these things don’t happen

Clean room, Bed was comfortable. Everything was great. Breakfast was great also. Location was central to main bus, train and outlets. Having the gym for use was an extra plus.

The shower set up is really strange, quite expensive for the room and there was some mould in the shower. Also odd it’s in an office complex.

Car park was tight and a little awkward

The staff was amazingly nice, the room was very comfortable, functional and spacious and the bed was super comfy. Location was awesome, just a few minutes walk from the Metro and bus stops and with a straight walk to the city centre. Really liked the breakfast as well - it was good, easy and filling enough. Truly a gem!

Quirkiness of the rooms

Very friendly staff, excellent size room, clean and comfortable.

The staff was nice and helpful at all times, they are a great asset for the property. We really appreciated the possibility of the early check in and late check out! The property is at a great location. Sky Tower is about 15 minutes by walk, there are many things to see around, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars within 2-3 minutes of walk (including a laundry service, what came very handy this time!). The cleaning personnel did their best to fix our room every days (see details below).

As much as we liked our stay here, there were a few small things that could seriously improve the quality the hotel offers: 1) I'm not sure about how hotels are rated in Australia, but for me as a European the 5 stars were misleading. In Europe I would give something of a 3 - 3,5 stars for this hotel. I think this could help others get disappointed as well (though, I have to say that the price was about matching the quality); 2) our bed was trembling terribly at night even for the smallest move, it makes it hard for two people to sleep in it; 3) the breakfast was almost an insult (few slices of ham, cheese and bread). I think it would help more to exclude the breakfast - or again, adjust the stars; 4) it would improve a lot on the rooms to cover the toilet door and make it sound proof. Also, the water from the bathroom was leaking in the kitchen/living room very easily despite our best efforts. And I think the property should include a picture showing that the bathroom/kitchen/living room is actually sort of a single room with the shower cabin being separated alone - I think this is an important detail. All that being said we felt comfortable at this place and it served all our needs - but if we would have known some of the details above we may have made a different decision of where to stay in Sydney.

Beds were good!

It’s not a 5 star hotel. They forget my towels twice when making the room. Overall I would say it’s alright.

The breakfast was less than I was expecting. However, the staff were lovely.

Stunning contemporary room. Really nice refurbished Hotel and rooms. Highly recommend room 1113, nice view on the city. Modern bathroom open toward the bedroom.

The staff were really lovely and accomodating, communication was excellent leading up to my staff. Room was so clean, towels incredibly luxurious, the bed was incredible. You're in a really great location but it's not noisy. I also loved the eco-approach to the hotel with minimal excessive waste and an encouragement for guests to be the same.

Some basic cutlery in the room would've been great- maybe I could've phoned reception for it but I didn't think to do that.

Lovely funky hotel close to Kings Cross and Potts Point. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Luc San restaurant was a great bonus too!

I find the carpark very tricky to navigate because it's so small with concrete pillars and I have a big 4WD!

Comfortable, modern hotel, handy for busses and trains.

No separate bathroom. Shower and toilet were in frosted glass cubicles which opened onto the workbench and the rest of the room. OK if you travel alone but could be awkward if you have a travel companion. Hotel had difficulty refunding the security deposit taken on arrival. Took several weeks and e-mails to sort out.

Location was excellent, loved the vibe of the room. Bed was so comfy, wireless charger on the alarm clock was a great bonus. Watched a movie with the Cromecast which was easy to set up. Booked parking BUT it was very difficult to maneuver itno and out of the space.

I've stayed here before and I like the location of the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are great. Nice bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Parking is expensive and tight to manage even for a small car. Breakfast option is expensive and very average.
