Fabulous
Room was spacious and had a nice view. Location was good, not really Potts Point but Kings Cross! Metro near and easy to get a taxi. Supermarket on doorstep.
No restaurant or room service, You can order food to be delivered and as we got to hotel quite late after long journey was welcome.

Meet expectations - would definitely stay again and recommend.
Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.
Location was great for gay Pride events and general amenity.
Staff was very pleasant.
Air conditioning was noisy and we decided to leave it off the second night as it disturbed our sleep.
One of the lifts had a very slow opening door - a little concerning as it shows lack of maintenance.

great location for a city or harbour stay. our room had good views of harbour, opera house, the bridge and across to the lights of luna park. super friendly and accommodating staff. very clean but didnt love the open bathroom style
i prefer a bathroom that is completely closed to the bedroom. it would be fine if you were staying on your own.

Clean and modern design.
our only issue was the design of the toilet and shower, in some stage it did got frustrating due to privacy issue, and kitchen area getting flooded anytime we use the shower.
