Comfortable, modern hotel, handy for busses and trains.

No separate bathroom. Shower and toilet were in frosted glass cubicles which opened onto the workbench and the rest of the room. OK if you travel alone but could be awkward if you have a travel companion. Hotel had difficulty refunding the security deposit taken on arrival. Took several weeks and e-mails to sort out.

Location was excellent, loved the vibe of the room. Bed was so comfy, wireless charger on the alarm clock was a great bonus. Watched a movie with the Cromecast which was easy to set up. Booked parking BUT it was very difficult to maneuver itno and out of the space.

Nothing , would happily stay and again and recommend.

I've stayed here before and I like the location of the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are great. Nice bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Parking is expensive and tight to manage even for a small car. Breakfast option is expensive and very average.

Not a proper buffet breakfast available, very limited room service options and the restaurant at the hotel only opens at night.

This was my first time visiting Sydney. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Breakfast included was not really what I expected but I guess that’s what happens when you book through third party. I will get it without breakfast next time as cereal and toast isn’t my idea of breakfast when on holiday. Otherwise the location was perfect for where I wanted to go and it was a very clean and quiet hotel

The beds are comfortable and large, staff were friendly and helpful. the television was a good size. Very clean There are plenty of good places to eat near by

The parking was a major issue, I booked a parking spot, and when I arrived my vehicle would not fit, I was directed to another parking lot down the road which cost $120 for one night to their credit they did offer a free breakfast. They also charged $101.90 on our credit card as a holding charge, and it takes 3-5 days for the refund to come back.

Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.

Cafe hours were unpredictable.

Loved the bed, the staff were great, hotel aesthetic was fun and the room was decorated in an exciting way, the adjoining restaurant was absolutely delicious, rainfall shower head, plenty of power points. Kings Cross was right around the corner which was *interesting*.

Walls weren't totally soundproof and I would have liked a bit more of a solid wall separation between the toilet and the rest of the room instead of the echoing frosted glass cubicle. We heard police sirens quite often and clearly but it's Kings Cross so we weren't surprised.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Decor is trendy but a little dated. Bathroom space is tight. Nice body wash/shampoo/conditioner.

Breakfast options were very average and expensive. Not impressed. Same goes for the mini bar. Overpriced 'old school' model, especially with Coles next door. Parking is wonky. There are literally six parking spaces for the entire hotel. Parking garage is extremely tight for anything other than a small car.

Room was spacious and had a nice view. Location was good, not really Potts Point but Kings Cross! Metro near and easy to get a taxi. Supermarket on doorstep.

No restaurant or room service, You can order food to be delivered and as we got to hotel quite late after long journey was welcome.

Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Location was great for gay Pride events and general amenity. Staff was very pleasant.

Air conditioning was noisy and we decided to leave it off the second night as it disturbed our sleep. One of the lifts had a very slow opening door - a little concerning as it shows lack of maintenance.
