The whole apartment was stunning and spacious.

There was very limited Powerpoints which was a bit annoying but other than that all good

Stylish. Bigger than we were expecting and part of the bigger ‘establishment’ enterprise meant we did not have to travel far for before dinner drinks at Mr Wongs which was also on site. Walking distance to Pitt St shopping. Was a great stay.

Parking was down the road and a bit of a hike. Steep entry meant our car did scrape underneath gaining entry. Didn’t seem quite so bad on exiting.

Well located and very comfortable.

There was quite a bit of noise from the bar below.

Was a fab location! Very clean and easy to check in!! Staff were so efficient!! Love that you can order drinks from the bar downstairs to the room! Great restaurants surrounding!! Would highly recommend for a date night!!

Brekkie was a tad cold. No mixers in fridge.

The rooms are modern, funky and uniquely different to the common hotel room. It really felt like a special place to be.

Convenience to clubs, bars and dinning. Staff were amazing. Extra amenities. Bed and Pillows were very comfortable and a good sleep was so happy with the stay.

Needs a refurb especially the bathroom. Shower water goes all over bathroom floor and needed to use the towels to dry it up. Some areas like level foyers (not reception) smell, level two foyer, foyer area to Palmer and Co had a very bad smell.

I like it due to nostalgia.

It wasn’t super clean, didn’t have enough ammenities - walls are paper thin.

The staff can sometimes be a little hit and miss. They are mostly amazing then one will do something that doesn’t match the effort of the others. It’s enough for you to go huh, what, why?

Fantastic location, loved the bar in the basement and access to the fantastic restaurant Mr. Wong in same building. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Super comfy bed and spacious room.

What a beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. And how lovely are all of the staff. I was there for two weeks for work, but brought my son. They took amazing care of us. Can't recommend more. The location is perfect. You can hop on the tram and one of the nicest coffee places (Marlow's Way) is right next door.

Central to Circular Quay and the Harbour ferries. Quirky in parts including the “hidden” Prohibition Bar in the cellar. Large high ceiling rooms.

Bed needed new mattress and hot water was warm.

Electronic key wasn’t great in the lift. Water had to run too long to heat up for a shower or bath . Would have liked in-house room service.

I liked the fit out and the space in the room was lovely felt very loft apartment

I would have said the sound proofing between rooms I could hear someone next door being unwell in the toliet whilst I was laying in bed. Made me wonder what people may hear 🫣

Location was great. Staff were welcoming and supportive. The room were different from the norm and we loved that!!

Beautifully fitted out & very roomy

The staff are amazing and super helpful. The rooms are large, event the studio rooms. The bathrooms are probably the biggest hotel bathrooms in Sydney. The hotel has a fantastic little rustic bar to start or finish the night at. And best of all, it sits right next to Mr Wong, such a fantastic dining expereice.

The room doors aren't exactly soundproof, so if a neighbour has had an excellent night and is a bit chirpy when they come back late to their room, and you are all tucked up in bed, you can pretty much hear every word they are not whispering.

The reception staff were absolutely fantastic , check in very smooth and staff so helpful with luggage and looking after us for organized drinks in the level 1 bar.

Amazing staff and great location. Our stay was amazing everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming . We will definitely be rebooking on our next trip to Sydney.

Everything was great i just wished there was a better curtain/blind situation in the bathroom as the shower is directly in front of the window .
