I loved everything! The room was clean and spacious and I had amazing views. Also the staff was so nice and helpful.

Probably the noise from the outside construction site, they work until late and sometimes I could hear them at 1 am.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of Marina Bay that made every moment feel magical. The breakfast at Colony was an unforgettable culinary experience, offering a diverse selection of exquisite dishes in a beautifully designed setting. The staff provided impeccable service, anticipating our needs and going above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special.

There is nothing we would change—it was flawless in every way.

The location was excellent, right near Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay. Easy to get to other parts of Singapore. The view from the room was spectacular. The staff went out of their way to provide an exceptional stay. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Club Lounge- well worth the extra $. Delicious food and what a view!

Great room with a wonderful view and very quiet. Bed was huge and super comfortable. Room was very well appointed and spotless. Staff were very professional and polite. The gym is very well appointed.

We were advised at check-in that there were works scheduled on the floor above us from 10:00am-6:00pm (Sat and Sun). Whilst we were out for most of the days and it didn't really inconvenience us, it would be have been nicer to be told this at the time of booking or well before arrival. Breakfast at the Colony was a bit chaotic on the first day as a rush of people temporarily crowded it out (however, the food was excellent).

The staff is excellent/exceptional; friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and well informed. They seem happy with one another and glad to be at work. Management has to be good to sustain that.

There were a few things in the room that didn’t work. Both of the reading lights didn’t work; one not at all and the other could not be aimed. The lighting controls are very unusual and there are no clear directions for their use.

Wonderful location and food! Everything is within minutes away! Walking distance from Marina Bay and all tour locations!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary, and it was a lovely surprise to receive a quick check-in along with sweets and good wishes from the hotel's staff. It was truly touching. Thank you

We were here for NYE fireworks over the harbor and nobody can think about better room to see it. In addition to the fireworks we had best view on iconic harbour hotel and art science museum. We were also treated with a bottle of excellent champagne but most importantly, the hotel manager extended our checking out time by 5 hours because we had late evening flight from Singapore. Location of the hotel is also excellent- we reached all points of interest by walking. Swimming pool is also very nice.

The only disappointment was that highly ranked restaurants in the hotel , including Michelin star one, were all booked ahead of our arrival… but it was OK, there are plenty of restaurants nearby

Noise from construction opposite the hotel and the works within the hotel itself. Looked forward to some surprise for our wedding celebration stay, like special decorations or drinks etc which the hotel provided 10 years ago where we also stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary. But sadly this time round there wasn't, which I felt a bit let down though.

Great location! Superb view of Marina Bay Sands' light show. Friendly and approachable staff. Room is extremely spacious in comparison to most hotel. A special thanks to Ms Melody Cheng (ERS Executive) for making the arrangement to connect 2 bookings and Atiqah from the Library Reception for the Chilli Crab Cookies. Very poor sound insulation; we could hear everything from the corridors. The room was very noisy: the AC was too loud, and even when turned off, the engine noise was still audible. Drilling and hammering occurred during the day.

The hot meals in the kitchen section of the Club Lounge were at times cold...the vegetables and a couple of meat dishes. I could see no reason for this. Unpalatable and a healthy risk.

Everything is so perfect when you are looking for hospitality, cleaniness, and comfort. Checking in and out was quick and efficient. It was my birthday and the team sent me a beautiful presentation of chocolate cake. Very thankful for the wonderful experience

Wonderful hospitality and facility including breakfast, spa, swimming pool and gym area. Wonderful service and hospitality for my partner's birthday. Nothing is taken for granted. Thank you so much. We'll definitely come back.

Too crowded and chaotic in the lobby and we were being pushed out of where we were waiting in the lobby while waiting for our luggage because a VIP is passing by. Not right when I’m a paying customer. VIP should exit somewhere else. Also I don’t care if she is First Lady of Korea I am Canadian and we do not care about them.

Room, Brekafast and View!!

No all staff are accomodating and friendly. One of the ladies at the front desks, not so accmodating - condescending A shout out to Chef Danish who immediately came to our rescue. He reliefed us of our distress with regards to halal food during breakfast and assured us that there were ample Muslim friendly options available. He specifically showed us the food that are halal or Muslim friendly that we can consume. He even customed prepared sandwiches for us. We were thankful and enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly.
