A true luxury hotel

there a few events happened during the 2 nights I stayed. Lift are reserved for "important people" and I have to move my car because the prime minister is coming ???

Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Service was great, better than Marina Bay Sands

Drinks were very expensive, 23 dollars for a bottle of beer!

Both room and bathroom were huge, and comfortable. The walk in wardrobe was lovely. Was nice to have the 3 seater sofa for lounging. We paid extra for marina view but sadly, you only see cranes and construction. Would have cost me less to pay for a high floor overlooking Kallang Basin, cos you still see the expressway anyways. The pool was closed for a day or two but we did not plan to use it anyways. However, I think it would have been super disappointing if I had planned to use the pool. Gym was well equipped but I think some of the equipment could be changed for newer ones (just a preference). It was crowded during the morning hours.

The view. Absolutely a waste of money to pay for marina view. The construction looks like it will take 1 - 2 years. So please do not waste your money to pay for marina view.

Very helpful and kind staff that does everything possible to make your stay perfect! The view of the bay from the rooms is amazing!

The room was magnificent; the views were splendid with top quality amenities and a superb level of cleanliness. Breakfast was of the highest order with a wide range of Asian, European and American cuisine available. The staff were beyond helpful - attentive, friendly, extremely polite and taking initiative to make guests as comfortable as possible.

I honestly cannot fault anything on the part of the hotel.

The hotel is truly living up to its reputation. It’s located in a prime area, right in the heart of Singapore. The room is clean and spacious — a rare size you don’t often find in Singapore. Hospitality is beyond standard; all staff members are friendly and genuinely helpful. The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Other meals were also satisfying, and the prices were quite reasonable considering the quality of food served.

There wasn’t anything negative I could point out about my stay.

Gorgeous hotel, classic style rooms and lobby, every last detail was elegant and classy. Bidet toilet is definitely a bonus. Breakfast was delicious, so many options to choose from. The staff and the service made my stay feel complete.

If you’re the type that notices the tiny little details, you would say a mini touch up is needed in some places of the hotel. There was a temporary issue with the water heaters that’s probably been fixed by now, but I had to take a few cold showers.

We paid extra for the view and lounge. Both were so worth it. The Lounge: so much great food and drink. The view from our room and the lounge: breathtaking, best view from a hotel room I have ever experienced.

Whilst the bath was fine (good size, exceptional view) it would have taken the experience from a 10 to an 11, if it was a spa bath.

The service at the Ritz Carlton is second to none. The staff greet you with a smile (and often, remarkably, remember your name!) and nothing is ever too much trouble. Our room was sensational - large, comfortable and with an amazing view over Marina Bay. We didn't have breakfast included but went to the buffet breakfast at The Colony twice. It offers an incredible range of options, however, best to avoid at weekends and peak times due to the crowds. We weren't familiar with the location of the Ritz Carlton prior to arrival but would thoroughly recommend it as it was so easy to navigate the city and sights from here.

If you're a coffee lover, would recommend looking at options outside the hotel, as the options available here are expensive and not the best quality. There a lots of good options in the nearby shopping areas.

Staff is super friendly. Impressive amount of options for breakfast and dinner, highly recommend having dinner at least once at the open buffet. Pool and gym are very nice, with lots of options. The location is great, very close to Marina Bay. We had a room facing Marina Bay and the view was amazing.

Check massage prices before booking at the spa :)

I think 2 main events in the city at the same time, formula one and Token 2049, has increased the traffic as well as the hotel pricing. Other then that everything was excellent.

beautiful decor and art. the most attentive stuff all over. the marina view from the bedroom and the bathroom was astonishing. breakfast features many tastes and everyone could find something to eat. walked to the merlion on one side and to gardens on the bay from the other side.

getting to the reception from the street is quite a walk up, especially for older people.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff took great care of the property while also providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The location was also very convenient and easy to access.

However, there was one major downside to our stay. Our room (No. 505) frequently had loud noise coming from above—such as furniture being dragged or what sounded like luggage being pulled across the floor. This occurred even during late hours, sometimes between midnight and 2 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. The noise was not faint or subtle—it was loud and very noticeable. We had to use earplugs in order to fall asleep. This issue should be addressed by hotel management, as such disturbances are not acceptable for a hotel of this standard.

Spacious and clean

The set up of the sofa bed was delayed despite repeated requests to set it up. Though the staff were very apologetic about it and I could see they were trying their best. Also another disappointment for us was that we did not get a room with the view towards the marina area.

Amazing hotel. Firstly, the welcome by the amazing staff was one of the best we have ever had anywhere in the world. Great bedroom, great bathroom, stunning views., excellent location. The breakfast was unbelievable, so much variety, from so many parts of the world. Again, the staff were so helpful and attentive; I'd say they were on par with the staff at The Ritz in London! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect service as usual

We have been there about once a year for the last 12 years. The quality of service is just as good today as it was before.

All food was exceptional.

We came all the way to Singapore to celebrate National Day, but the night was way more crowded than we expected especially around Marina Bay Sands. We ended up stuck in the crowd, and my partner had a panic attack. He wasn’t feeling well afterwards, and by Sunday, August 10, he was completely down. At first, we were given late check-out until 2 PM, but after I explained our situation, the reception kindly extended it to 3 PM. That extra hour really helped, and after resting more, my partner felt so much better. I’m really grateful for that. The food was delicious, we loved our in-room breakfast. Dinner was nice too, although the nachos weren’t quite to our taste. The view from our room, even without the Marina view, was still gorgeous. Overall, I truly enjoyed my first stay here. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality
