The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The value for money was excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was lovely and so was the breakfast. Parking across the street was convenient, only020c per hour until 8pm. I would stay here again.

Everything. This is a beautiful old building restored to a very high standard. The rooms are really lovely and the breakfast area was in a beautiful courtyard.

A luxurious and beautiful hotel. Great location, easy parking, courtyard restaurant was delicious, spacious clean bathroom, rooftop bar had nice views, staff were all so helpful. The rooms are clean and quite new. It also happened to be the only room on our whole trip that had a mini fridge. Easy walk to the city center and loads of restaurants nearby. Low cost+ easy parking right across the street and several bus routes nearby as well. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting.

The only thing we would change is the rooms being cooler. There was AC but they were capped and it didn’t seem to always keep up.

There is a great beach with the beach club to the right. The location of the hotel is wonderful if possible you should get one of the suites

Rooms are very loud. There should be more variety at the breakfast.

Our room was quite grand, beautiful floor tiles, comfortable bed and good number of chairs. Good position for getting to buses and into the old town or on to the beach. But not noisy, unless the window was left open. Staff were pleasant and L on reception was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was so good, catering for all sorts of tastes but also local delights too.

The location was great, walking distance to the old town and also walking distance to the port where you can catch ferries to Favignana and other islands. Roof top bar and pool is a plus too! Parking nearby (just make sure you have plenty of coins as card tap didn’t work!). Rooms were comfortable.

Need more staff at breakfast time. There was only 1 staff member on at breakfast and she was run off her feet!

Excellent location for walking into old town, beach etc. Easy parking ( we had a car rental) Wonderfully decorated room in Baroque style -large space, high ceilings - beautiful!

We had a fantastic stay at Room of Andrea - we love the hotel. Our room was very well-appointed. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard to have breakfast in. We spent a ton of time lounging by the rooftop pool. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially in arranging taxis for us to get around to various day trips. We had a fantastic stay and recommend it highly!

Breakfast was very good , continental and usual bacon egg etc.The waitress was amazingly hard working and obliging.

The pool on the roof was disappointingly small , plunge pool.

This is an excellent hotel in a perfect location in the old town. Really good value for money for its situation and the fact that its got a great roof top pool. Really clean too, would definitely stay again.

The hot food choices were not very hot, so I never risked eating them. However, the rolls cheeses etc were great.

When we checked in Loredana at the counter was extremely welcoming and helpful. The lobby was very nice and the hotel itself was great

We stayed in the suite and it was FANTASTIC. The room is enormous, intricately detailed, and very special. The hotel itself is located in a great spot with easy parking close by.

The hotel was lovely and well located. The staff was very helpful and friendly - especially Lori at reception. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trapani.

Location was fantastic and the hotel was of a high standard. We had some issues with the air conditioning the first night and with parking (no fault of the hotel) but the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. We also had dinner there one night which was very good. Would certainly stay here again if ever back in Trapani.

Great location, lovely staff, room was beautiful with amazing high ceilings and a huge double shower in the bathroom. We had our own little balcony too with a sea view. The rooftop bar is a hidden gem!

Beautiful interior! Rooms are stunning, walking distance to center of old town of Trapani. Lovely breakfast witjh great coffee, rooftop pool and bar.

- Rooms were clean & as advertised - Breakfast courtyard was lovely - Rooftop bar / lounge area was great for sun - Receptionist was really friendly and helped organise an early check in

- Rooftop bar opened late so throughout the day there was access to drinks while sunbathing by the pool etc

The deluxe room we had was large, quiet, and very comfortable. Lovely big bathroom with plenty of towels, and good water pressure. The breakfast served had a lot of choices to suit all tastes, and the serve great coffee. They have a rooftop with a very small pool, and it was nice to have a drink there in the afternoon. Perhaps best of all, we found every staff member to be very friendly and helpful.

A beautiful hotel with a lovely courtyard in the middle, very ornate details. Very clean, lovely room. Fantastic breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Excellent location, within walking distance of beaches and loads of amazing bars and restaurants.

The only thing to note for travellers is that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in our room. It didn’t spoil our stay at all as we had gorgeous coffees at breakfast and we were out and about in the day time. The room and bathroom were lovely.

Overall had a great experience at Room of Andrea. I stayed there as a wedding guest and first time visitor to Trapani and found it to be a great home base. The room was clean and spacious with AC that, while not freezing, got the room cool enough for me to be comfortable despite the very high heat and humidity outside. The breakfast was solid; rooftop pool area was small but well-appointed; and for those renting a car, there is a large lot just half a block away. There were also a bunch of restaurants either directly nextdoor or a short walk away, if you are in need of a quick meal, and the old town was about a 10 minute walk away. Wifi was strong throughout the hotel, enabling me to work from there. My particular room (119) was wonderfully quiet - it faced the inner courtyard. The best part was the staff - the front desk seemed manned 24/7, and they were able to help me with a range of asks, including a desperate call I made from a port-side bus stop after missing my airport transport; they sent me a taxi very quickly while I was in a pinch.

The new town location isn't terribly charming. Guests who stayed in the part of the hotel facing the piazza had issues with noise due to a summer concert series; if you are a light sleeper, you may want to request an interior-facing room like I had.

We had a Palazzo room- amazing! Huge room - high gilded ceiling, chandelier, silk wall coverings, marble floor. Hotel location is excellent.

Tea, but no coffee facilities in the room, Suitcase stands would be useful.
