Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Staff very welcoming and helpful , room was lovely overlooking an internal courtyard which meant it was quiet. Top floor had a small terrace and pool which was a real bonus. Also the hotel restaurant was excellent

Breakfast needs more staff to set tables, bring out new crockery and take drinks orders. The staff worked hard but alone most days.

This hotel is simply fabulous and met every expectation. Great location to enjoy all of Trapani. Staff, particularly Monica on reception, couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming.

This is a very nice hotel, it's situated just on the edge of the old town and an easy flat walk to everywhere. The staff are all great and helpful, our room was cleaned everyday and the rooftop bar and pool are a great way to spend a lazy afternoon.

The rooms were very nice and spacious enough - we had a standard room and it was fine. The rooftop bar with a small pool was really nice to visit and can great views over the beach. The breakfast buffet was substantial with lots of good options and they served coffee to your table. The staff reccomended a number of restaurants including one next to the hotel Frontevilla which was very good. The location is ok being a 10 minute walk into the old town but good restaurants nearby (including Vintage). There is a large car park right next to the hotel which is very convenient.

The staff could have been a lot more helpful with payment for the car park. They tell you to pay by downloading an "easy park" app but this just doesnt work if you come from overseas (eg not Europe) and then you have to pay only by coins. We had to cop a fine and then try and find some change. The staff should be able to provide cash/coins to make this process easier.

Location is perfect. The staff were exceptionally helpful. In particular they helped me get a parking app to work which made paying for street parking a breeze. Also restaurant reservations. Room is large, bed comfy, bathroom is well designed.

Great plunge pool on rooftop with cocktail bar facing the hilltop town of Erice (stunning views from cable car and mountain top). Spacious room with modern plain decor, good air-conditioning and shower. Great breakfast

Bit further to walk across to sunset views and old town. Expected antique furnishings but think that was 2nd floor ?

The hotel is beautiful and has real character. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable with a good bathroom and shower. The location for the old town was excellent and there was ample parking nearby.

There was only one small bottle of water provided for two people staying for four nights which seems extremely mean by comparison with the four other hotels we stayed in in Sicily. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room.

The staff were exceptional. We had a few issues which the staff were exceptional in helping us. Thank you all for making our stay in Trapani a special one!The hotel facilities and breakfast were excellent.

The staff were very helpful with parking, restaurants and other tourist activities even making calls to various places on our behalf. It is just on the edge of the main strip and parking is very easy across the road. Restaurants are all a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was standard for the country. The room was very big and we paid for an ocean view on the corner.

It was a lovely hotel in a good location, with an easy walk into the old town. The room was spacious, had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. There was a good choice of food at breakfast with many delicious pastries. All the staff were very efficient and friendly and we would love to return one day.

The property catered for our needs and the staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The location was very central to most things and quiet when in the hotel. The pool area on the roof was an absolute bonus.

Fabulous location. We walked everywhere to access public transport , this made the trip fun and adventurous 😊 the staff were most obliging .

The pool was good , but it is very small and no depth to it . Ok to relax in I would except if a hotel of this calibre to have at lease one to channel in English , but none where .

It’s a lovely hotel in a great location on the edge of old town right near the beach. The breakfast was delicious. Everything g was very fresh and tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool on the roof was a nice place to relax after wandering g the old town.

Great hotel with great staff. When we arrived on our first night we unfortunately had a plumbing problem with our shower. Without hesitation, Lory on reception kindly arranged for a room upgrade for the rest of our stay. Everything else was fantastic and would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a great location that is central to everything you would want from a stay in Trapani. You are right across the street from a garden, across the corner from a night market, blocks away from the beach, and a short walk from all of the restaurants and shops. The facilities were nice. We visited the pool on the rooftop and it was small, but sufficient. There is no shade up there, so be prepared to limit your time. The breakfast every morning was great, with lots of options and coffee orders taken by friendly staff members. The front desk staff were amazing and we really appreciated them going above and beyond for us while we were there. This is a highly recommended hotel and it is well worth it all around.

The only complaint I would have and this goes for most beds all over Europe is the comfort of the beds. Nine times out of ten, the beds are rock hard and while not the worst we've experienced, there is definitely an opportunity to step up the softness of the beds here.
