Oasis within the walls of the property.

It was a bit difficult to find.

Everything was great. The room was clean and cozy. The garden was beautiful and breakfast was by far the best in our trip in Sicily (do try the pear juice). Staff were attentive and incredibly nice. Location wise, it’s pretty close to the train which connects you to the airport and a short walk to main center attractions. Would definitely come back if I am in Palermo again.

Great little hotel, warning - we didn't expect it behind a large steel door amongst a ruined building. But once you step inside the gate you are transported to a beautiful secluded garden and a very well kept hotel. We loved everything about this place. The room was comfortable and unique, breakfast was great, we enjoyed the jacuzzi in the afternoons and the pool even at the end of February, and just sitting in the garden in general. Very close to the historical town center, only about 10-15 mins walk. Also, I would recommend that you try the restaurant on the square just to the right of the hotel walls. We only discovered it on our last night there, but what a gem! Thank you for a great, relaxing stay.

Perfect place to explore Palermo, everything went supersmooth, and breakfast was amazing. Staff was also suoerfriendly to help out!

The hotel is a secluded paradise as you enter. Lots of greenery and plants to welcome you and a quaint vibe around the place. Staff were friendly, polite and very accommodating to our needs and any extra requests.

I wish we had been able to stay for longer!

I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel. Location is perfect, walking distance from the sea and centro historico, safe and lovely area. The garden provides a tranquill environment with pool and jacuzzi, it was a peaceful experience to enjoy the greenery whilst having breakfast. Breakfast itself is very rich, staff professional and helpful, they organized my airport transport and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants which was greatly appreciated. Rooms are comfortable, clean and unique thanks to the historic walls. Can't wait for my next visit and will certainly book this hotel.

Really friendly and helpful Personel

It's a shame I couldn't use the sauna. Unfortunately, I realized too late and didn't book a spot.

This location is like an Oasi in the middle of Palermo. The garden is a dream and the complex was a pleasure for the eyes. The breakfast was a dream, the pastries and the salty treats were unforgettable. I would definitely will return, i left my heart there.

Great staff that was very friendly and gave us recomendations on were to eat which was amazing. Very clean. Once you get into the hotel it is quite calm. Small but delicouis breakfast. Spacious room.

It was a great hotel but if we were to tell them to grow on it would be some eye for details from the cleaning stuf like filling up on tea or soap in the shower and towels for the sauna. But if we asked for it they were fruendky about it and they made sure it was fixed.

The location was great! The room was super clean, modern, and beautiful. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel had a super cozy vibe, and the staff was really kind. Getting the room with a jacuzzi was a great decision. We had an amazing time there.

The shower in the room with the jacuzzi is a bit small, so if you are a bigger person, you might feel uncomfortable.

Great place! Wish I stayed here longer instead of Airbnbs. The staff are lovely. I love the outdoor patio area. They also upgraded me to a nicer room.

I run warm so would have preferred to have the AC on but it only allowed heating at this time of year. I was able to sleep with the windows open and earplugs.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Everyone tried to make our stay wonderful.

Highly recommend this place - the staff was very helpful, we arrived in the morning and since the room was ready for us already, we could immediately check-in, and also eat breakfast, which was extremely nice of them. We were also leaving early in the morning so the staff gave us breakfast bags to go, which all shows they’re really willing to go an extra mile for their guests. The room was spacious, and with a nice vibe (beautiful old ceiling). The district was in my opinion the best in the city - a lot of great restaurants in the area, and also very calm. Overall great stay!

Historic building converted to boutique hotel with great sensitivity. A gem in an area that looks very run down in places - a wonderful haven with a garden. Room 11 was spacious and well equipped with great attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Most sights in centro storico and restaurants within walking distance.

Nothing about the property but the nearby bars were quite noisy until the early hours- maybe because it was over a weekend?

The staff was very helpful and the rooms are very clean and quiet. The hotel garden gives you the island vibes.

The staff were incredible, they went out of their way to help us and answer our questions. Our room in the main building was lovely, a really generous size with a gorgeous wooden ceiling, it was lovely to be able to stay in a restored old building.

Very cozy, modern and warm design yet in an old building, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast and 10 mins walk from the center of Palermo.

The room doesn’t have a window … the main glass door is the only source of light and fresh air and for privacy it must be kept shut and with the curtains closed.

Very nice and neat place! Super friendly staff and they will try their best to fulfill all the reasonable requirements! We had a great 3 days of stay there though weather in Palermo wasn’t great at this time of the year.

Very nice and special hotel where you can sleep below the old cite wall of Palermo. Great breakfast and very friendly people serving for you. In front was a beautiful garden with a pool. I felt welcome and safe and had a graet chance to visit this wonderful city.

Wonderful hotel set in old fortress walls

Beautiful hotel in a climatic garden, where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. We got a comfortable large room with access to the garden. The hotel itself is located right next to the center of Palermo, on a square full of good restaurants bustling with life until late. The room itself was quiet, you couldn't hear any noise. The hotel staff was very helpful, offering good advice. We highly recommend this charming place!

Entrance to the shower was very narrow and awkward.

The hotel is its own little paradise. Conveniently located, the staff were helpful and accommodating. Loved the pool, breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend for couples.

The hotel is located in a somewhat run down area. In retrospect we would probably have picked a different location. The building however is in very good shape with a wellkept yard behing high walls and huge steel doors. There was no feeling of it being unsafe to stay there.

Very good location in a quieter part of the old district but only 10 mins walk from the station, only 16 rooms and very friendly staff. Historic building, modern, stylish interiors.Downstairs rooms have small seating are outside.

A small point: as a diabetic, I would have liked ‘healthier’ bread eg brown seeded sourdough / granary/ rye bread rather than white bread rolls, filled croissant and brioche. However, all the sweet options looked very tempting!

Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and very quiet. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great and you can safely walk into the city centre within 10 minutes. There are also a number of bars within 3 minutes of the hotel. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast was the best we had had in Italy/Sicily

Nothing it was perfect

The property is superb and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our flight was delayed and they helped us to move our dinner reservations and also did the admin relating to check-in via WhatsApp so we weren’t further held-up upon arrival. The rooms are beautiful and very well equipped.

Air conditioning did not point towards bed area and as such, it remained quite warm during the night.

Palermo is a chaotic place and the way from the train station to the hotel was everything but smooth, but once you enter into the property of the hotel, it feels like entering an oasis. Its luscious inner garden is surrounded by the high walls and is a perfect refuge. The rooms are very tastefully integrated into the old structures and the quality of the facilities was good! The staff was very helpful and friendly and their recommendations for restaurants were spot-on.

The separation between the bathroom area and the bedroom area does not provide a lot of insulation for privacy :) and the window in the bathroom lets mosquitoes in, if you keep it open.

The hotel was built with a 16th C fort and modern rooms in old vaulted spaces and the breakfast was good , staff friendly and bed comfortable

- Breakfast was not great (some yogurts, cheese and bread) - Little privacy when using the bathroom facilities as the room was quite small

Nothing perfect location

Very good location to discover Palermo, in one of the nicest areas of the old town. There is an enclosed and private garden with pool to relax. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful.

The aircondition airflow was not optimal and quite loud, could not be adjusted (I think, I should have asked). The bathroom could use better ventilation.

The location was perfect as it was in the heart of Palermo, and the garden they created was beautifully stunning and relaxing. The staff were always attentive to all our needs e.g. early taxi pickups and very friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
