Great location in a beautiful building, 2 minutes’ walk from the cathedral and Real Alcazar. Very welcoming staff. Huge room with small sitting area and large bathroom. Very comfortable bed.

Some of the furnishings were not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The wardrobe looked like it had been picked up at an op shop. Hand painted with chicken wire instead of glass.

Wonderful breakfast served on a sunny terrace roof top. Discount voucher for a local evening meal was very welcome

We loved the staff who were very welcoming. Marco was outstanding in his customer service! Loved our room that included a small terrace. Decor was very nice and room was very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop patio was an excellent space to sit and enjoy a glass of wine.

It was a beautiful hotel, and the room was well-appointed. Very centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go, plus the sound of the cathedral bells was beautiful.

I absolutely loved the location and the staff they were wonderful. My room was amazing as well with the balcony.

Unfortunately the wifi didnt really work for me. I got the neighbors wifi and that worked better but still not great. I also didnt really care for the breakfast.

What a beautiful house, hidden away just behind the Cathedral. Beautiful original features throughout the property which has been lovingly restored by the current owners. We had a delicious breakfast on the roof terrace. Highly recommend this gem of a place!

Staff are very nice and helpful. I had problem with my luggage and they were very nice to help me so much as to call the airlines and followed it up. They also help me booked my ticket for the attraction I wanted to go to. Kudos to Marco and Eva. They also have a very beautiful hotel. The tiles! 😍

The room far exceeded my expectations. It is clean, tidy, and spacious. The room is decorated well and pretty. The cost of my stay is reasonable, and it is worth the money. It is close to the Royal Alcazar and Catedral de Sevilla, for only 5 minutes walk.

Breakfast has to be ordered by phone each morning -even if you tried to order the night before -but phone didn’t work even after letting staff know on first day. Door to room needed fixing as very stiff which staff must be aware of.

Location was amazing for being able to easily walk to most of the city sites. We had rooftop breakfast one day and the views were great! Room was beautiful and clean with a nice large bathroom.

Location was great, in the old town area. The original features from wrought iron balcony to wood draws and the flooring all brought the old value to the accommodation.

Had difficulty with the air conditioning and could not get it off 27deg which is way too hot.

Staff were amazing and so helpful. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very well decorated and designed with a lovely interior courtyard. Beds were very comfortable and good pillows.

The bathroom had some signs of mold, there was no ventilation in the wc and the wallcoverings in the space were starting to get damaged.

Not the most modern/up to date — the door handle fell off, the locks use manual keys vs key cards, the doors had trouble opening and closing, the bathroom left something to be desired

Comfortable room, location, staff friendliness and helpfulness.

Breakfast could have been a bit more imaginative or different. As we are gluten free and one of use does not eat meat or can tolerate dairy we were limited.

Excellent location of hotel. The staff were wonderful, very accommodating, nothing was ever too much trouble. Very comfortable bed, in a lovely spacious room. Nice breakfast sitting outside on the terrace. Would recommend.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had breakfast on the hotel roof terrace on a couple of mornings, this was good value with a view of the cathedral.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and delicious and we had the option of time and where to eat it. We chose the rooftop and it was a perfect way to start the day. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. We hope to return someday and stay longer.

No washcloths but that seemed to be a thing where ever we stayed in Spain.
