Location is great! The reception people were very good.

Outdated and needs renovation.

It was a beautiful hotel, and the room was well-appointed. Very centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go, plus the sound of the cathedral bells was beautiful.

I absolutely loved the location and the staff they were wonderful. My room was amazing as well with the balcony.

Unfortunately the wifi didnt really work for me. I got the neighbors wifi and that worked better but still not great. I also didnt really care for the breakfast.

We loved our stay here, it felt like home Everything was so cute and homely in this hotel Location is more than perfect. Best experience in hotels so far

What a beautiful house, hidden away just behind the Cathedral. Beautiful original features throughout the property which has been lovingly restored by the current owners. We had a delicious breakfast on the roof terrace. Highly recommend this gem of a place!

Staff are very nice and helpful. I had problem with my luggage and they were very nice to help me so much as to call the airlines and followed it up. They also help me booked my ticket for the attraction I wanted to go to. Kudos to Marco and Eva. They also have a very beautiful hotel. The tiles! 😍

The room far exceeded my expectations. It is clean, tidy, and spacious. The room is decorated well and pretty. The cost of my stay is reasonable, and it is worth the money. It is close to the Royal Alcazar and Catedral de Sevilla, for only 5 minutes walk.

Great location close to cathedral-very clean spacious room and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast and lovely rooftop terrace near cathedral.

Breakfast has to be ordered by phone each morning -even if you tried to order the night before -but phone didn’t work even after letting staff know on first day. Door to room needed fixing as very stiff which staff must be aware of.

Great location and the 24 hour staff was friendly and helpful.

Early check-in at no extra cost, very helpful staff, 24hr reception and nice views from the terrace for breakfast.

Location was amazing for being able to easily walk to most of the city sites. We had rooftop breakfast one day and the views were great! Room was beautiful and clean with a nice large bathroom.

Location, architecture and design.

Location was great, in the old town area. The original features from wrought iron balcony to wood draws and the flooring all brought the old value to the accommodation.

Had difficulty with the air conditioning and could not get it off 27deg which is way too hot.

Staff were amazing and so helpful. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very well decorated and designed with a lovely interior courtyard. Beds were very comfortable and good pillows.

The bathroom had some signs of mold, there was no ventilation in the wc and the wallcoverings in the space were starting to get damaged.
