Comfortable room.

Elevators - one needs to go to top floor each time to connect with rooms or breakfast area. Food - options in hotel are limited as LL bar is not accessible for dinner for families.

Beautiful rooms

Massive construction work kills hotel access, endless waiting for the lifts, allocated poor rooms on low floors not close to each other despite requesting long in advance (apparently more chance if you don't use Booking!)

The room was excellent and attractive. It was very clean. The concierge staff were very helpful and attentive.

I asked for an early check in due to my flight. I had a response agreeing to that which magically disappeared when i arrived. My room was not ready until 6pm! Very poor given the expense of the room. I was given a temporary room but I wanted to unpack. The reception staff often did not appear to understand me. The service at reception was only okay. I normally stay at the IHG but unfortunately it was fully booked due to Frieze and Kiaf. The lift system was annoying. The breakfast on Level 2 was not great relative to expense of the hotel.

Bad service. Bad food. Very expensive. Bad comfort.

Good rooms good location

Multiple elevators required to get around. 2-3 elevator trips needed to get out of room to street. Also they charge to use changing rooms ????

Rooms were beautifully spacious and clean. The view from the room and bathroom was gorgeous. There was even a welcome present from the hotel. The elevator was by the front entrance to the subway.

The location was not close to the main Gangnam shopping area but close to the Coex and Hyundai shopping Centre. There was no main foyer and reception was on the 24th floor. Had to switch lifts everytime you went to reception and guest room floors as you went up or down floors due to security.

Amazing staff very helpful , Peter duty manager helped me in emergency situation and was very tentative. The concierge team did amazing job by arranging the private family skiing trip to Valvadi Resort. All staff are very welcoming and helpful

The rooms are nice, with wooden floor, no carpets ! The bathroom is really nice

I had asked for city views, but it was sooooo noisy (no double glazing) that I didn’t sleep at all the first night ! They kindly change me for the remaining nights, and I did sleep well. Take earplugs any way if like me you are a bit sensitive to noise. I could gladly have used a plaid on the lounging chair

Loved the gym, it had great views from the 22nd floor. All staff were so helpful. Very clean and comfortable and large room. The bath was amazing, and had a great view. I loved that the subway entrance was right outside.

Expensive, but we got what we paid for.

Great architecture. Displayed pretty lovely art pieces. Room was really comfortable, you get abundance of natural light. Service was great. So as room keeping. The trainee named Lee Ya help us so much throughout from the guidance to explanation. It made our stay much ‘homely’.

Lift waiting time might be a lil longer. I do believe English proficiency could be much better for some staff.

Samseong subway station right in front of the hotel entrance. Very close to a few shopping centers, cafes and convenient stores. Room was spacious and with good view, a bit noisy but understandable from the floor to ceiling windows, which we were warned about. Staff at the hotel was very helpful.

Had some minor connectivity issues with streaming through WiFi. Having to change elevators to get to the rooms from the entrance was also a minor hassle.

Interesting layout where the actual lobby is on the highest floor and you have to take the lift to go down to your hotel rooms. Location of the hotel is wonderful - its across the street from the malls so you are still away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to sneak over and grab delicious food and other goodies from the mall which is linked to 3 other malls and has everything. All staff greeted each guest attentively and pressed the lift button on their behalf. Their room service food was absolutely fantastic. A wide selection of local korean and international fare. Room had the most amazing view of the coex mall intersection you really can't beat it. We stayed for a week and coincided with NYE. There is a small view of the fireworks at the temple from our window. We liked the bathtub with the stone facade probably the coolest part of the room, room was pretty spacious and overall design of the hotel was very zen.

The entrance of the hotel is not as grand as other hotels. Facilities not as impressive as other hotels Housekeeping refills were piecemeal - on some occasions there were too much of one amenity and not enough of another. You can tell that the furniture has been there a while.

Overall, I had a great experience at Park Hyatt! Staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. My room was exceptional, spacious, elegant, and comfortable and offered a fabulous view of the sunset in the city—the perfect place for my much-needed rest.

I will be hard pressed to find a nicer hotel or room that I have stayed in. Room layout was excellent and spacious and location of hotel was fantastic for my needs. All the staff I met were very polite and quick to offer assistance. Would love to stay here again if am back in Seoul.

Its a bit of a small inconvenience to have to change elevators to get from the room to lobby, then from lobby to ground floor.

Lived to its expectation!

The Park Hyatt Seould is a beautiful property in the heart of the Gangnam area. Staff were friendly and bent over backwards to take care of us, booking us taxis and making sure we were well looked after. The rooms are beautiful and well equipped - the rock-wall shower was a delight and the views over Seoul were splendid. The price point for this property is insanely good.

No real complaints about the property, we loved our time here. There is a lot of construction going on outside that we could hear in the mornings, but it was a very minor inconvenience and to be expected in a city of this size.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Loved the room view and the facilities. Best hotel I've stayed in so far. I also really appreciate how welcoming the staff were. Most hot staff are usually cold in five star hotels so it was a nice surprise.

Having to change elevators to go out is a bit annoying but other than that very minor detail I can't complain!

The room was confi and the amenity was great! Staff were all so helpful and the room service was delicious. Great location to get around Gangnam Area.

Like other 5 star hotels, bluetooth audio would have been great to have in the room.
