Very clean - housekeeping are super efficient

Asked reception about the bus to the airport. They might have been confused by my question and directed me to the taxi service downstairs. Spent the evening finding out where the limousine bus service went from in Coex and how to get tickets. There is information on the hotel website and it would have been useful to have been shown this.

The room was great and comfortable

Nothing went well. it was a nightmare.

I recently stayed at Park Hyatt Seoul for 9 nights, booking one of their suites with the expectation of a peaceful, luxurious experience. Unfortunately, what I received was far from the standard one would expect from a Park Hyatt property. After confirming my reservation and paying a premium, I was informed—via a generic note—that there would be elevated noise levels due to nearby underground construction. This important detail was not shared prior to booking, which feels incredibly misleading. Despite voicing my concerns, the hotel offered no meaningful compensation, upgrade, or gesture of goodwill. For a long-term guest in a high-end suite, this lack of consideration was deeply disappointing. The Park Hyatt name carries a reputation for refined service and guest care, but this experience fell short on both. I strongly urge future guests to check about the ongoing construction before booking—and reconsider if you're expecting peace and quiet.

Beautiful rooms

Massive construction work kills hotel access, endless waiting for the lifts, allocated poor rooms on low floors not close to each other despite requesting long in advance (apparently more chance if you don't use Booking!)

The room was excellent and attractive. It was very clean. The concierge staff were very helpful and attentive.

I asked for an early check in due to my flight. I had a response agreeing to that which magically disappeared when i arrived. My room was not ready until 6pm! Very poor given the expense of the room. I was given a temporary room but I wanted to unpack. The reception staff often did not appear to understand me. The service at reception was only okay. I normally stay at the IHG but unfortunately it was fully booked due to Frieze and Kiaf. The lift system was annoying. The breakfast on Level 2 was not great relative to expense of the hotel.

The room was brilliant and I loved the aesthetic. Additionally very close to the station.

They don’t have toothbrushes and you have to pay to get one.

Great customer service. The staff were phenomenal. Housekeeping was on point. Overall Park Hyatt is extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. The view from my room was amazing.

The property itself was perfect except for the constant banging from the street construction site. This has nothing to do with Park Hyatt Hotel because government work has to be done as per order.

Hotel room was bright and nice bathroom layout. Location was close to some nice shopping malls. Very easy access to subway .

The hotel is clean, spacious and the cityview is exceptional. Ofcourse the location is the best in Gangnam and near the metro station. Hyatt chains are always high level. The staff was also nice and helpful. Will come back with my family.

Construction work on the roads destroyed the view and also caused the traffic to get there is extra longer. Also the parking lot is a bit tight.

Location is good. Metro stop outside the hotel and Coex mall across the road. Staff are attentive with authentic customer service

We like the simple yet refined design, Le Labo toiletries definitely are our favourite. Great location in Gang nam centre, accessible to Coex mall and Hyundai mall, also only 1min walk to metro station.

a bit disappointed with the bedding, not as comfortable as other top tier hotels. The biggest problem was the 24/7 construction around the block, had trouble falling asleep and sometimes the noise woke us up in the middle of the night so a huge downer for light sleeper.

Good rooms good location

Multiple elevators required to get around. 2-3 elevator trips needed to get out of room to street. Also they charge to use changing rooms ????

With such a great bathroom, you will want to take bath and have a great view on the city. But in our room, from the left side was another rooms, from which ppl could easily see how you take bath. Only cause of this I put 9 instead of 10

Rooms were beautifully spacious and clean. The view from the room and bathroom was gorgeous. There was even a welcome present from the hotel. The elevator was by the front entrance to the subway.

The location was not close to the main Gangnam shopping area but close to the Coex and Hyundai shopping Centre. There was no main foyer and reception was on the 24th floor. Had to switch lifts everytime you went to reception and guest room floors as you went up or down floors due to security.

Amazing staff very helpful , Peter duty manager helped me in emergency situation and was very tentative. The concierge team did amazing job by arranging the private family skiing trip to Valvadi Resort. All staff are very welcoming and helpful

The rooms are nice, with wooden floor, no carpets ! The bathroom is really nice

I had asked for city views, but it was sooooo noisy (no double glazing) that I didn’t sleep at all the first night ! They kindly change me for the remaining nights, and I did sleep well. Take earplugs any way if like me you are a bit sensitive to noise. I could gladly have used a plaid on the lounging chair

Loved the gym, it had great views from the 22nd floor. All staff were so helpful. Very clean and comfortable and large room. The bath was amazing, and had a great view. I loved that the subway entrance was right outside.

Expensive, but we got what we paid for.

Great architecture. Displayed pretty lovely art pieces. Room was really comfortable, you get abundance of natural light. Service was great. So as room keeping. The trainee named Lee Ya help us so much throughout from the guidance to explanation. It made our stay much ‘homely’.

Lift waiting time might be a lil longer. I do believe English proficiency could be much better for some staff.

Samseong subway station right in front of the hotel entrance. Very close to a few shopping centers, cafes and convenient stores. Room was spacious and with good view, a bit noisy but understandable from the floor to ceiling windows, which we were warned about. Staff at the hotel was very helpful.

Had some minor connectivity issues with streaming through WiFi. Having to change elevators to get to the rooms from the entrance was also a minor hassle.

Everything was just PERFECT ! The room was better than a dream.

the view from the room - exceptional! it wasn’t noisy at all, despite the construction happening outside. Breakfast had a good choice of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Peter and his team from Bell Desk were exceptional. Room service and guest service (on the phone) were always on time, they took all the requests very professionally and never forgot a thing. I cannot stress enough how the staff is doing the best, the hotel deserves good ratings solely thanks to them.

The facilities are a bit old, the elevator sometimes took longer than expected, the toilet in the room made a long loud sound after flushing, and the A/C in the room was also very loud and uncomfortable, it only faces the bed, which is not very practical.

Amazing room with a lot of space and the coolest view. Also the subway is literally at the foot of the building.
