Fabulous
We were welcomed warmly. The guesthouse was good for a group and the accommodations were big enough for us. The owner was also flexible with our group when we had another friend want to join. We all enjoyed our stay there because of the location and proximity to restaurants and shops.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Seoul. Very welcoming host. Clean and cosy. There's a large living room for you to hang and store your luggage if needed.
No breakfast included. Front door is actually the back door entrance.

Nice place in a great location, needs some work
Location, friendliness of the owners, atmosphere, price
It is a bit rundown, compared to the description. The terrace, the outside stairs and area, the rooms and the living room, it needs a refurb. On the other hand, for this price in the heart of Seoul I'm not complaining.

Location is good and convenient to move around.
Room is quite small for 4 adults and amenities are not so sufficient. No space to open our luggage.

Good location - very close to the subway and many nice places to eat!
Warm and nice homely feel.
