Great location and staff. My only issue is that they turn off the AC at night without your permission.

Great and strategic location, within walking distance to Myeongdong Street

The location is outstanding. I've tried four different hotels in the area and this one is the best. Metro stations are nearby to take you anywhere around Seoul. You can walk out of the hotel and into the heart of Myeongdong with its vibrant night life, street food, shopping, and entertainment. With all the fantastic street food don't miss the Michelin soup shop named Myeongdong Kyoja for lunch, and an evening on "chicken street" enjoying Korean fried chicken and beer / soju from any one of 7-8 locations side-by-side. Staff was fantastic, rooms quiet and clean, and breakfast had a number of lovely options with the dining room on the 19th floor overlooking Seoul and the Tower. We loved staying here.

The only complaints I have is that our door was very difficult to open. We had to push and pull and push a couple of times to get in the room. And the bathroom is very small. You almost fall into the shower when walking into the bathroom.

Location is excellent. In the center of the shopping district. Subway station is near. Staff were nice and accommodating. Hotel price is reasonable.

Less spacious but okay due to it’s excellent location

Ibis is located in Myeongdong and it is where all the activities are going on and stores and street markets are going on .

There are no counter space or shelves to put toiletries for couples , pillows are so heavy, and mattress foam are sloping on one side, and bed is only queen size.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and gave us a map of the city, since Korea does not use Google maps. They also had a luggage storage service, which we used since we arrived before check-in time. The location is very convenient to a main shopping street with a night market, and also within 30 min walk to some of the palaces and large fish market. Also very convenient that there is an airport shuttle bus stop right outside the hotel.

It was too warm, as the A/C Is turned off during winter. Someone helped me open the window, but the person cleaning room, closed it, so it was hot again. The switch is near the ceiling, making it difficult for elderly to reach.

The room was nice and spacious. The water pressure was good.

The pillows seemed to be feather, which caused a minor skin reaction while I slept. The elevator kept giving a shock every-time I tried to press a button.

Location was excellent for the locations I was needing to reach.

Breakfast was, at best average. Coffee machine was the highlight. Not sure if the Lunar New Year dates were a contributing factor?

The hotel's staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is located close to the main tourist places in Seoul. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to Seoul.

The cleaning staff can do a better job cleaning the bathroom. It wasn't bad, but I noticed the floor wasn't properly cleaned during my stay.

They don't really make up the room. They just fix the beddings and change the towels and throw the trash. but they dont change the cups, the spoons. they dont wipe the tables.

A decent hotel with a very good location. There is a bus from the airport that goes directly to the hotel. The hotel is located on a pedestrian shopping street, which is very convenient. I liked the breakfast.

The location is super convenience and easy to access to eatery and shopping. The room is enough for us and can fit in 2 big luggage. I like the coin laundry service very much!! thumb up !! Easy to use and charge reasonable price.

Front office staff & manager. Manager Jacob was exceptionally helpful, attentive & has great problem solving skills. Asst manager Lucas helped solve our new luggage issues. Impressed with staff quick responses !!

Room lights were terribly dim!! We had to ask for extra lights for our room. Corridors' lighting's were also dim.

Excellent location in the hart of the city. Walking distance to most of the attractions and above the shopping street and the night market. Excellent staff, especially LIZ who helped us with tips, information and booking a trip.

Location is superb. It's right beside the Airport Limousine 6015 bus stop and besides the buzzling street between Lotte Mall and Myeongdong Shopping District. Room has one international socket while the rest are local sockets. The toilet seat has a warmer which is great for cold weather. There's one mini chiller for drinks and banana milk. One new bottle of drinking water per person per day whether you have drunk it or not.

The pillow is a bit too flat and not firm. The reception is on the highest floor of the hotel so it's not so intuitive to check out with luggage and exit the building as compared to other hotels. The main entrance looks very similar to the entrance of another apartment except for the bright IBIS sign.

Great location. It was next to Lotte dept store, Rimowa and Lululemon store and is 1 min walk to the infamous Myeongdong Night Market and street. There are many good cafes (salted bread!) next to the hotels.

Our room was dark and not well lit. Toilet was clean but the bathtub area was around 7 out of 10 clean.

More sports programmes on TV Bus service 6015 to/from airport accepts only cash. Should allow for card payments.

Quiet room with a nice view of one of the main roads running through Myeondong. Good location being just 2 minutes walk from the street food market and 4 minutes from Eujiro 1 metro station. Friendly staff.

Everytime one of us rolled over the other one could feel that movement through the mattress, which indicated it wasn't particularly good quality. Room size was quite small in comparison to our stay later at another hotel nearby.

Poor variety

Excellent location adjacent to Myeongdong Night Market; twin beds and room were larger than other hotels in Asia. Airport Limousine Bus stop is right in front of hotel; other bus/train stops also near. Front desk was friendly and promptly resolved a room issue. Hannah L. (Revenue and Reservation Manager) was extremely helpful prior to our arrival by answering questions re: Limousine Bus Stop, Travel card, safety, etc!!!

Hotel is in a good location. We were able to walk to many of our favorite places.

The lighting in the room was not adequate. Light bulb beside one of the bed was out the entire stay.
