Staff was lovely, very accommodating and respectful of religious needs.

Dead bug + stranger's hair in bed, tap water smelled bad.

Perfect location, lovely staff and cheap

Very hard to sleep. Very loud curtains, curtains only cover the side of the bed so no privacy, loud lockers, people coming in and out all night during the week days and slamming the doors

A bit optimistic at first as I booked for five days but this guesthouse has overtaken all my expectations. G Guesthouse is such an welcoming, social and overall good place. Shrek and his team are so welcoming and there to help anytime and it’s so easy to meet other travelers in the common room. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the location is next to itaewon station. Would definitely come back!!

I stayed only for a single night but the staff was really nice, the room is good and clean and beds are comfy. I've also met some great people on breakfast.

It's a 3-minute walk from Itaewon station, and there's plenty of things to do in the area. The staff's verynfriendly and helped us out with our luggage (lots of steep stairs). The room was clean and comfortable, more importantly: the beds were amazing! There's a laundry room and you can get clean towels at the reception; they also clean your room if you want to.

It was a bit noisy, but I think that's because there was a large group of students that went partying every night. Nothing big, just the city life.

Super nice staff and cool rooftop area. There's a nice cafe within walking distance (Maxim Plant).

Easy to meet new people, good location, very friendly and accommodating staff - there to help out whenever you need them.

Very nice and polite staff. Willing to help with recommendations and everything. A lot of travellers and backpackers coming to this hostel, so nice opportunity to meet new people and other cultures. Great night life location.

Facilities could be better, but did not expect much for this price, so it was ok.

Good location if you want to check out itaewon. Comfy beds, clean dorm. Good showers. Some of the staff very friendly, especially the owner!

The kitchen shared area is quite small and not somewhere you’d really hang out to meet people. The rooftop is very cool but it was closed the one night I was there as something was being filmed. Feels quite big and not very social, however I was only there one night.

Loved the location in Itaewon, so close to multiple cafes, clubs and Metro. Great staff, super helpful. Put in a request for a lower bunk and this was provided and had a curtain. Breakfast was basic with toast and cereal but great and coffee was really great! Aircon was very good and quiet. Liked that there was a microwave and fridge in the room. There is a really nice social vibe to the place, met quite a few lovely travellers from here so would recommend. Rooftop is also nice for drinks at the end of the day!

Didn't like the plastic sheet with velcro that the bed was lined with, often made the sheets come undone during the night. Staff volunteers often came in quite noisily to the room to change the beds regardless if any travellers were asleep or not. Bathroom floods really easily (Room 14) and lack of ventilation left the room feeling quite damp. Lockers were either very large or not very big depending on what bed your given.

super social hostel! staff is friendly as well as some of them are also travellers themselves :) Location is good, nearby the Itaewon metro station and the facilities are outstanding!!

I liked the vibe of the hostel, the hostel staff were just amazing. They helped me with storing my luggage and also, help me with a ladies dorm when i accidently booked a mixed dorm room for stay. The staff were always welcoming and also they respond to your queries before you check in if you have any questions for them. Hostel is very clean and very safe for dolo travellers. You will definitely have a great conversations with people staying there and the staff too.

Breakfast included with toast, jam, juices, coffee, tea, milk. Staff was super nice and helpful. Fridge and microwave in the room and also in the common area/reception, which has a small kitchen area, microwave, and fridge too. Common room can get quite full because it's not very huge. But that's a good opportunity to get in contact with other people! Room size was good, there's enough space for 6 people plus luggage. Just a few minutes walk from Itaewon metro station.

Beds were ok, not the most comfortable I had during my travels. Some matresses make some noise when turning over. Curtains only close on the long side of the bed. There's no curtain at the end and at your head. Shower and toilet is in one room, which gets completely wet when showering. There is only one toilet/shower for 6 people in the room, but I never had to wait, and there are more on the third floor.

Staff very friendly and helpful, cool hostel in Itaewon so very good location. Made friends there, there is a common area with card games. Breakfast was enough : toast with jam, cereals, milk

Not a lot of privecy in the rooms, like there are no curtains for upper beds, and the shower/bathroom is kind of small and always wet.

really cool design, felt like a warehouse but in an good way, was extremely clean given that too. Friendly staff, easy to meet people in the social area. Good value

maybe this is more of an itaewon thing but the area is not as lively/vibrant as billed up to be, this is likely due to the halloween tragedy so maybe bear in mind.

The location and the hospitality

Basic facility

Came in late and the key was set out for me... left early and was easy to drop the key off. Decent dorm room to spend a single night.

Apparently it is acceptable to leave your phone off silent in a dorm room, and be called multiple times over night.

I made a lot of new friends here. The location is definitely very central and near to almost everything that you need (metro, food, bar, convenience store)

the staff was really nice and they had breakfast included in the morning! a lot of culture exchange because a lot of travelers :)

there is no elevator so you need to use stairs with your bagagge but the girl staff help me!!
