G Guesthouse Itaewon, Seoul

Very close to the metro station, easy to find. The room and bedsheets rather clean and spacious.

It was very noisy, both the area (understandable for Itaweon) but also the hostel itself. There were loud conversations occasionally outside the dorm in the middle of the night at various occasions. The bathrooms/toilets could be a bit cleaner.

I stayed in the 4 bed female dormroom. Totally loved my stay, and defintely recommend. The location is perfect, close to clubs, pubs, shops, restaurants, and public transport. Clean room, nice shower and Clean bathroom, beds are comfortable, lovely people that work at the guesthouse, the owner is very friendly. And laundry is very cheap :)

Friendly guests and staff in an exciting part of Seoul! Simple but abundant breakfast options. Comfortable sleep albeit a little squeaky in the top bunk!

Great environment to meet new friends

There's a used bed in my room that had not been occupied for 4 nights, but no one tidied up.

Breakfast was simple but good because it was also free/very cheap. Bed was comfy, room was quiet, bed had curtains on it. Rooftop area was cool but it was winter, would be very cool in summer. Such friendly staff.

Not much space to store luggage, provided a small locker with key for valuables. If you don't like steps could be a problem if you're on the higher floors.

You are surrounded by really really nice people who are helping you with every problem! I enjoyed staying there a lot. Also three minutes away from the main itaewon station and party street. The rooms are clean and warm! Will definitely come back.

Hot water gets cut at some time in the night. Some of our group members gave up having a shower because of that.

The best place to stay in Seoul.

Great location near the metro, lots of bars, restaurants and cafes around. Breakfast is simple but good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Small common room but it has a good social atmosphere and it's easy to meet people.

Not super clean- the facilities are looking really run down and the building probably needs some maintenance. Major thing to be aware of is the top bunks in the dorms don't have curtains while the bottom bunks do, so if you want some extra privacy you better hope you get given a bottom bunk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having one bathroom in your room is a big plus, and it was comfortable to use.

The room was really hot. The breakfast didn't offer much variety, but it was free and you could have as much as you wanted.

The location was very nice, the metro station was around the corner and lots of food- and party places nearby.

The beds were quite old fashioned and the ceiling looked a bit shabby. I had an upper bed which gave me no privacy at all. The shower/toilet was very small and seemed not that hygienic. One day when I took a shower, I got companied by a huge suffering cockroach who seemed to die. Prety nasty...

The location is very good, as it is in the middle of the Itaewon neighborhood, just a few meters from the metro station of the same name, so it is very easy to find. It is possible to leave the airport and change metro lines and arrive at the hostel. In the surrounding streets there is a wide variety of international cuisine restaurants. as well as clubs and bars. Breakfast starts at 8:00 am. The difference is that it has a rooftop with a good view of the city and is very spacious.

There are several stairs and no elevator. But it is not a big problem.

I had a great time at the Guesthouse. The personal was really nice, the area is filled with bars and supermarkets and the metro station Iteawon is 3 minutes again walking. It is located at a very central point and you can get fast to the main touristic attractions. I met great people there and the stairs/rooftop are good places to chill and easily get to know new people! I really enjoyed my time there and I recommend it :)

Very hard to sleep. Very loud curtains, curtains only cover the side of the bed so no privacy, loud lockers, people coming in and out all night during the week days and slamming the doors

A bit optimistic at first as I booked for five days but this guesthouse has overtaken all my expectations. G Guesthouse is such an welcoming, social and overall good place. Shrek and his team are so welcoming and there to help anytime and it’s so easy to meet other travelers in the common room. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the location is next to itaewon station. Would definitely come back!!

I stayed only for a single night but the staff was really nice, the room is good and clean and beds are comfy. I've also met some great people on breakfast.

It's a 3-minute walk from Itaewon station, and there's plenty of things to do in the area. The staff's verynfriendly and helped us out with our luggage (lots of steep stairs). The room was clean and comfortable, more importantly: the beds were amazing! There's a laundry room and you can get clean towels at the reception; they also clean your room if you want to.

It was a bit noisy, but I think that's because there was a large group of students that went partying every night. Nothing big, just the city life.

Super nice staff and cool rooftop area. There's a nice cafe within walking distance (Maxim Plant).
